Chapter 63: Chapter 63
βNuri's P.O.V.β
After two days, I got leave from the hospital. Yoonah, Jeena, Ray, Kirti, and Daniel everyone, came to pick me up from the hospital.
Kirti stayed at a hotel near the hospital I was admitted to until I got leave from the hospital. Yoonah, Daniel, and Ray checked on Kirti from time to time when she stayed alone at the hotel.
It was almost 5 pm.
Daniel, Kirty, and I were in a cab, and Yoonah, Jeena, and Ray were following us with another cab. Kirti took the seat beside the driver seat, only to tease me with Daniel.
"You both look so cute together!" Kirty said with her wide smile from her seat.
Daniel and I blushed at her words. She was such a tease.
As we arrived at Daniel's apartment, I saw Yoonah, Jeena, and Ray also get out of their cab.
"Why are they here today?" I asked, tugging Daniel's plain black shirt.
Daniel placed his hand on my head and patted lightly, "Let's go inside, and you will know."
Daniel's lips curved into an adorable smile.
"Caught you!" We heard a scream and saw Kirti just took a picture of Daniel patting my head.
"Kirti, that's too much. Delete that picture!" I scolded her.
"No way!" She made a weird face showing me the picture she just took.
Daniel held my hand and pulled me closer.
"Let her take a better picture then," Daniel said and kissed my head, leaning a little closer.
My face turned red. I hid my face with my palms as Kirti kept taking pictures.
"Wow.. you two are so adorable!!!" Kirti kept screaming.
"Ughhh... Daniel.. enough.. let's go inside." I said as I pushed Daniel away lightly.
Kirty was dragging her luggage with her.
"Can you help me to carry some of my luggage?" Kirti asked Ray but Ray shook his head, saying no.
"You have no manners!! You monkey!" Kirti yelled at Ray.
"You Indian monkey!" Ray replied while shrugging.
I sighed and tried to carry the luggage with Kirti. Daniel pulled me behind.
"You are still weak. I'll carry those." Daniel said.
I nodded while smiling. Then Daniel glanced at Ray and ordered, "Carry her luggage to my apartment Ray."
"What? Why me? Didn't you just say you'll carry her luggage?" Ray complained.
Daniel didn't even look behind and kept pulling me towards the elevator. Finally, Ray carried Kirti's luggage while cursing Daniel and Kirti.
"You are the best Jiju in the world !!!" Kirti cheered in joy as she saw Ray carrying her bags.
"Anytime, sister. " Daniel replied.
Yoonah and Jeena were having fun watching everything. I was one of them too. Everything was normal again, except Kirti and Ray having a war every 5 minutes.
As soon as Daniel opened the apartment door, I saw the apartment was decorated with balloons, candles, and flowers. And there was a big banner hung on the opposite wall of the door saying, "Welcome Home Nuri, We Love You."
I stood at the doorway, and I saw others moving towards the couch. They stood in a line and bowed, "Welcome Home."
The moment felt like heaven. These people arranged a whole party for me when I came back home. I felt my tears rolling out of my eyes. They were tears of happiness.
They all came closer to me as they saw me crying.
"What happened? Are you feeling pain anywhere?" Daniel asked with worry.
"No. I am happy.
I am so happy to have you all in my life." I said with my tears.
Daniel wiped my tears carefully, not to hurt my head anywhere. Then he gave me a one-armed hug, and everyone cheered for us.
"Now, It's cake time. " Ray said as I saw him coming out of the kitchen with a large chocolate cake in his hands.
Ray placed the cake on the table, and Daniel pulled me to the table in front of the couch.
"For our love, Nuri." It was written on the cake. I couldn't feel better than at the moment.
I glanced at everyone in the room. Ray, Jeena, Yoonah, Kirti, and Daniel. They were smiling at me. Suddenly Kirti handed over a knife and whispered, "Cut it.."
I smiled widely before cutting the cake and sharing it with everyone.
***********
It was 8 pm, and everyone was dancing in the living room while playing the music system. After a little while, some more people joined the party as well.
Yun-Joon, Ted, Jee-Hyun, Daniel's Ajuma, and her husband. I smiled, glancing at them as I stood in front of the bedroom door, leaning on the banister.
"What are you doing here?" I heard a familiar voice.
I knew who it was. The person stood beside me and leaned on the banister as well.
"I am observing happiness!" I replied.
The person chuckled, and then he slid his hand on my waist, pulling me closer.
"I can't get enough of your smell. You smell like roses all the time." He complained.
"You're weird!" I said as I shifted my eyes towards him.
His golden-brown eyes fixed on mine. I leaned closer and placed a quick peck on his lips. Daniel became confused as he asked, "What was that for?"
"I've just realised how handsome my boyfriend is." I said while smiling.
Daniel chuckled.
"So you're going home after some days?" Daniel's eyes became sad.
"Yes. " I replied.
"Okay...I also want to see how people stay in long-distance relationships." Daniel tried to force a smile, but his sadness was understandable.
"You can't even lie properly." I giggled.
"I am not lying. I really want you to do what you want. I will always support you." Daniel said with a serious expression.
"Do you remember, how did we meet?" I asked.
"How can I forget that?
We had a hug as soon as we met!" Daniel tugged a loose strand of my hair behind my ear carefully.
He was still scared to hurt my wounds. And he always hesitated while touching my face, head, or hands.
"I have never thought I'll end up loving a stranger I met the first day here!"
"I have never thought I could love anyone again," Daniel replied while he took a glance downstairs.
"These days have been kind of a rollercoaster of different incidents. A person could barely take half of the shit we have gone through." I complained.
"True. And we still are standing strong." Daniel glanced at my wound on my wrist where I had stitches.
"But we found so many good things along the way." Daniel's eyes fell on our new friends who were having fun downstairs.
I nodded my head as I got a little closer to Daniel. Daniel smiled, and his grip on my waist went tighter.
"Yes. I can't deny that. And I don't regret anything. I am happy we went through this journey." I said, kissing the tip of Daniel's nose.
"If we see the whole thing, the series of the incidents started from your remaining 11th day in South Korea, don't you think?" Daniel glanced at me as he asked.
"Yeah, we had our first kiss at the Namsan Seoul Tower! And you ran away after that kiss." I answered while giggling.
Daniel pouted, " I didn't want to! I hadn't left if your kiss hadn't made me red that much. I didn't want to look like a fool to you who can't control his emotions."
"Awww..but you still showed me your emotions.." I teased Daniel.
"Enough teasing me, Nuri." Daniel's face became grumpy.
"Today, I was supposed to be on the flight, going home. " I said.
"Yes. Everything would have been so different if we had never met each other at the airport that day." Daniel's eyes became sad again.
"But it didn't happen. We crossed paths, and our love story built up in 11 days." I placed a kiss on Daniel's cheeks.
"That's a cool name for a book, you know.
Eleven days of Love!" Daniel said with his widened eyes.
"Huh?"
"Didn't you want to be a writer?
It is your chance. Let our love story be your first book that gets published. Let people know about our unique love story." Daniel suggested as his eyes sparkled.
"You remembered it..?" I asked as a teardrop escaped from my right eye.
Daniel quickly wiped the teardrop as he said, " You're pretty much everything I can remember, and I want to remember until my last breath."
I stared at his eyes for a couple of minutes as I couldn't understand what to answer him. How could he love me so much?
I held his hand and pulled him towards the bedroom.
After we entered the bedroom, I locked the door from inside. The bedroom was dark. The only light we had in the room was the moonlight.
"Wh-what are you trying to do?" Daniel stuttered as he saw me locking the door.
I sauntered towards Daniel and pushed him in the bed lightly. As he fell back on the bed, his eyes widened. I stepped on the bed, and I hovered over him. His heartbeats were running fast.
Daniel was again wearing the matching Cream colored shirt with my cream-colored top. He never forgot to match my clothes. I smiled a little before unbuttoning his shirt.
Daniel held my hand after unbuttoning two top buttons of his shirt, and he asked, "What are you doing, Nuri?"
I freed my hand from his grip as I leaned closer and placed a kiss on his neck. He let out a low moan.
And then I whispered in his ear, "Let's write the final part of our book Eleven Days Of Love."
Daniel gulped.
But soon, his hand found his way to the edge of my blouse.
He slid his hand inside my top as he whispered, "As you say, Miss India. Mr. South Korea is all yours."
