●Nuri's P.O.V.●

"Nothing!

Just eat your food! Don't mind me !" Daniel narrowed his eyes on me.

I flashed an awkward smile before concentrating on my food again. But soon, Daniel said, "Two days wasted successfully!

Do you want to visit other places or just want to stay at my place, and chill all day!?"

"You meanie." I pouted.

"I want to go to the beach!" I whispered.

"So, no Lotte?" His eyes were fixed on me.

I shook my head.

"Can we go another day?

I am missing the beach."

Daniel scratched his chin, thinking something deeply.

"How about we plan a trip to Jeju Island ?" He asked, still rubbing his chin.

My eyes widened at his words. I threw my hands in the air, "Perfect !!!!"

"Cool!

Finish your dinner fast. We need to pack our bags.

We will be there for three days." Daniel explained while checking his watch.

I glanced at my fork and then at my plate. Then I stuffed all the food at once in my mouth and started chewing it. Daniel stared at me with shock.

"What are you? A pig?" He rubbed his temple, being embarrassed.

"Idhdiwanhjdukfl" I said with food in my mouth.

"Yah !! Just finish it first!

You don't need to talk! " He crossed his arms over his chest.

Soon I gulped all the food down and said, "Let's go!

We need to pack things !" I stood up from my seat.

"Whenever I think I can understand this girl, and she proves me wrong!" Daniel murmured, followed by a sigh, but I could hear him.

I giggled and stood there watching him leaving his chair with embarrassment. We paid the bill and soon left the restaurant. This time I was the one who held his hand tightly and pulled him towards the apartment.

Reaching the apartment, I only changed my shoes with slippers and ran with the speed of lightning to the bedroom.

I was more than excited because it was Jeju Island we were talking about. It was the place which I had only seen and heard about in k-dramas.

I took a bag and put all the clothes I could need in that bag. Daniel walked in and stared at me without saying anything.

"What ?" I said as I kept packing clothes.

"I said for three days, not for life long!

Stop packing!" He said with an annoyed voice.

"You won't understand I need all these." I pointed at the clothes I had packed.

Daniel rolled his eyes then walked to his cupboard.

"Pack jackets.

It can be a little cold there." He started packing his things in his bag.

"Fine," I replied.

"Wait! How are we going there!?" I stopped packing and looked at Daniel.

"By flight! Of course!" Daniel kept packing his clothes.

" Ooooh Yess yes, Yesss!!!!" I jumped and started dancing like a weirdo.

After dancing like a total crazy for 2 minutes I realised Daniel was still standing there. The reality hit me hard. I licked my lips as I turned back to see Daniel.

He was standing there like a statue as if he had seen a ghost. I hoped his soul didn't leave his body after watching my weird dance.

"Daniel…?" I called his name while smiling awkwardly.

He woke up from his never-ending daydreaming and replied, "Eh ?"

"You're fine ?" I asked.

"Maybe…!" He said, staring at me continuously. All of a sudden, his face turned red.

"Your face? Turned … red ?" Daniel pressed his left hand on his face, hiding it from me.

His eyes widened, and soon he threw all the clothes in his right hand to the floor and escaped the bedroom with the speed of light. I blinked a couple of times, thinking about what just happened.

It was 6:10 am, the next day. Daniel and I were inside the flight, moving to Jeju island. It didn't cost much, and as described on the website, it was supposed to take us there in 1 hour.

I was extremely excited and was jumpy all morning. Daniel was only giving me glares and rolling his eyes from time to time.

The plane took off, and a bright smile appeared on my lips, thinking I will be at Jeju Island in 1 hour.

"You can calm down for now.

It will take at least 1 hour." Daniel said as he laid back on the seat.

"I know, I know.." I said, smiling.

"Great! You know! Then stop jumping around now for God's love. Everyone is watching!" Daniel said, rubbing his temple.

"Fine…" I pouted.

●Daniel's P.O.V.●

"Fine…" Nuri pouted because of my scolding.

And she turned to the window. Pfffftttt. From dancing in joy to jumping around in excitement, everything she had done from yesterday night to today morning made me smile and laugh so many times.

It would be a lie if I had said I felt annoyed, watching her actions. I enjoyed Her every little, silly action. And I only scolded her to tease her. She pouted, but I knew she would get another silly idea to make me go crazy again.

"Daniel…"

And there she was again cheered up with her idea.

"Now what ?" I said with an annoyed face.

Nuri became furious, looking at my expression.

"You know what? Forget it!" She said.

I could sense the anger in her voice. I pressed my lips together to suppress my laugh anyhow. She was behaving so cute. I was already feeling as if we were going on our honeymoon. The word made me blush. I lowered my head, blushing hard. But it was true that everything was going on between us, which made me feel like we were a married couple already.

I face-palmed myself to reduce the redness from my face. I hated it when I smiled like a stupid fellow because of Nuri, and the reason behind it had zero logic to smile on it.

"Is it the so-called sweet love where everything feels sweet? Maybe." I thought while cupping my face with my palms.

I turned right to look at her. Nuri was still looking out of the window. She was mad at me.

I patted Nuri's head lightly. She turned to me with an annoyed face.

"Pfffftttt." And till the end, I couldn't control my laugh.

"What?

Why are you laughing like that ?" She asked, being irritated.

"Haha… nothing…

You looked funny." I lied.

I couldn't possibly say how adorable she looked a second ago.

She gasped.

"Wow! Now my face is looking funny to you." Nuri crossed her hands over her chest, giving me death glares.

"You know what! You are being extra large mean to me for no reason these days." Nuri complained.

"Am I ?" I asked, acting dumb.

"Yes, you are.

I mean, You were mean from the beginning.

But you are extremely mean to me today! " Nuri complained.

"Hey !" I narrowed my eyes on her.

"I was mean from the beginning, huh ?" I asked.

"Yes! You were! Any doubt!?" She said, putting a fake smile on her lips.

【you two!

Can you stop being so loud??】" A man said from the seat behind us.

We both stopped arguing and glanced at that man. He sighed, looking at us.

"죄송합니다."

"알겠습니다." 【I'm sorry.】

【Alright, Sir.】 I replied while bowing my head.

A middle-aged woman spoke with a smile who was sitting beside the man,

"그들은 신혼 부부인 것 같아요.

그들은 신혼 여행을 갈 것입니다.

그들을 꾸짖지 마십시오!"

【Dear looks like they are newlyweds and going on their honeymoon. Please don't scold them!】

My eyes widened. Nuri and I glanced at each other.

"What have they said?" She asked, making a confused face.

I turned my head back to look at my front seat, and my face was red again.

Soon, I felt a jerk. It was Nuri who gave me that jerk.

"Can you explain what they said?

And why did your face become red like a tomato?" she asked, blinking a couple of times.

I didn't know what to say to her. I bit my lips, thinking of something to make up.

"Daniel ??? Are you there ?" Nuri said again with her loud voice.

"Ahh… Ssshhh!

That uncle behind us has told us to stop being loud." I said.

Nuri lowered her voice, "I see."

"And the lady? What did she say ?"

Shit! It was a hard question to answer.

"Nothing important," I said as I tried to maintain my poker face.

"But your face turned red, Daniel!!

What did she say to make you that red ?" She asked again with doubt in her tone.

"She didn't say anything like that.

It is happening to me quite often these days.

I don't know why my face kept turning red without any reason." I tried to make up some bluff.

Nuri kept quiet after hearing my explanation, but she was still in her deep thoughts. I heaved a sigh, finally feeling relaxed.

"Daniel, I understood," Nuri said again, making me jump in fear.

"What? What did you understand ?" I asked, smiling awkwardly.

"Your face kept going red like yesterday when you left the bedroom after watching my dance," Nuri said with great interest.

I blinked, staring at her too many times. I was happy at least because she didn't understand what that ma'am said, or else she would have maintained a distance with me, not to hear those kinds of things from people again.

I nodded my head lightly, giving her confirmation.

"You have to go to a doctor after we go back to Seoul, okay ?" She said.

I nodded again. Watching me nod, Nuri shifted her focus to the window. I smiled like a stupid again.

It was impossible to explain to her why I left the room yesterday in a rush. It was because she looked extremely cute while dancing like a monkey. Though, that wasn't a dance move from any angle.

After 1 hour of flight, our plane landed on Jeju Island. We exited the airport and took a cab to our hotel, so we booked for this trip.

Reaching the hotel, we checked into our room.

"Ohhh... It's a nice room, Daniel.

I liked your choice." Nuri said, giving me a thumbs up.

I sat on a chair comfortably. On my opposite side, there was the balcony. Nuri walked to the balcony and pulled the curtains, making the room brighter.

"Oh, look, Daniel, we have another balcony of the opposite hotel room here."

I glanced at the opposite balcony, which had a black glass. Soon the glass was opened by someone. I felt a little tired and closed my eyes.

"Omo...You booked this room to our opposite!!!" I heard Nuri's cheerful voice.

First I wanted to ignore her, but soon I realised that she didn't know anyone in South Korea. Then to whom was she talking here? I opened my eyes with the speed of flash and glanced at the balcony.

I saw Nuri was chatting with a boy who was standing on the opposite balcony.

I couldn't understand who Nuri knew here. Hence, I stood up and walked to the balcony. My eyes widened as I saw there was the boy. We met at the Seoul Tower, "Ray."

"Hey! Daniel Shi.

Nice to meet you again." Ray waved his hand while smiling.

"I didn't need a bitter-melon in my sweet as a honey love story," I murmured under my breath while glaring at Ray.
