●Daniel's P.O.V.●

I went close to a sleeping bear and took a seat beside her. She was sleeping while keeping her head on her backpack. I understood she was so bored that she slept here in that little place. Haha.

I didn't want to wake her up. I saw a loose strand of hair fall on her face. It looked so cute, but it was disturbing her sleep.

I tugged the loose strand of hair behind her ear and caressed her hair. Her face became relaxed again.

"I should click a picture of her like this."

I started finding my phone in my trouser pockets. But then I realised my phone wasn't there.

"Oh Shit. I forgot my phone on the desk of my cabin. Aaaaiiissshhh!"

For the last time, I caressed her hair, and then I walked fast towards my cabin.

●Nuri's P.O.V.●

I thought I was sleeping because I had a dream that Daniel was caressing my hair. I tried to open my eyes to see who was there. But with a blurry vision, I saw someone entering the office through the glass door.

I rubbed my eyes. Finally, I saw there was no one near the door. I yawned as I pulled out my phone from my backpack. I saw the time and noticed it was past 7 pm.

I glanced at the glass door and thought, "Daniel is still not here? What is taking him so long?"

I yawned once again, stretching my back. It was painful because I slept in the little space on the couch. Soon, my eyes fell on some people coming out of the Glassdoor.

I became excited as I thought Daniel would come out of there with them.

But I saw a handsome man walking forward while analysing me. I stared back as I tried to remember if I knew him.

"Naaah! I don't know anyone here. He is staring at me, maybe Because I look out of place." I thought. But after a few seconds, I felt he was coming towards me.

I studied my right and left to check if he was coming towards someone else. But there was no one except my sleepy ass sitting on a comfy seat.

He raised an eyebrow staring at me as he stood close to the couch.

"You ?" He asked with confusion on his face.

"Did you come here for an appointment ?" His face was serious.

That handsome man fixed his glasses in place as he placed his hands on his waist. He was wearing a Maroon Shirt with a black suit and trousers. He was hot.

I smiled awkwardly. I couldn't understand why I was getting this much unwanted attention.

"No. Actually, I am here for-- "

I couldn't finish my sentence.

"No, no. She is waiting for Daniel !" Someone cut me off.

I sighed. I was 220% sure that Jee-Hyun or Ted must be near because they took the responsibility to cut my every damn sentence from the middle.

I shifted my gaze to the left, and Yes, that was Ted. I sighed again.

Ted and Jee Hyun walked closer to us and stood close.

The handsome man raised an eyebrow.

"Daniel ?"

"Yeah! She is Daniel's friend." Jee-Hyun added as they exchanged a look.

"Why do they act as if I've said something really wrong whenever they hear Daniel?

Does Daniel not get along with anyone here? But he is a helpful and kind person." I thought.

"Wow! Daniel's friend, huh? So pretty?" The handsome man scoffed.

I narrowed my eyes on him. Then he suddenly smiled.

"Where are you from ?" He asked with a sweet tone.

"India," I answered.

" Yeh, you look like a foreigner." He smirked.

He was talking casually, but that sentence felt so ugly to me. "Ewwwwww."

"Why does he talk like this? It feels like he is flirting in every little sentence." I tried to maintain my usual face as I thought. Though, I was not feeling well because of his flirty tone.

"Well. Daniel's friend is also my friend.

Hello, I am Yun-Joon." After saying the last part, he bowed a little.

"Wait. Wasn't he mocking Daniel because I am his friend, and now he is saying that Daniel's friend is his friend? He is weird." I was having constant self-talk inside my mind, hearing his every sentence.

I stood up and bowed a little.

" Hello. This is Nuri." I smiled as I answered.

"Nuri?

Wow. Sweet name, huh ." He smiled at me.

Okay, he was handsome!! And he was trying to show off his looks.

"Thanks." I smiled back.

Suddenly Jee-Hyun and Ted also bowed and said, "Yes. Daniel's friend is our friend too."

I made a weird face watching them bowing like their waist could break any moment. I said, "Okay. Okay. Of course."

I tried to force a smile. I just wanted them to stand there normally, not breaking any bones. Finally, they stopped bowing and smiled. I forcefully smiled, but I didn't know how long I could hold it.

" So Nuri, are you here for Job? Or Education?" Finally, Yun-Joon asked.

"No! No! I already have a Job. I came here to visit South Korea." I answered, smiling.

"Oh! You know, I know every beautiful place you can visit here. If you want, You can- "

Yun-Joon couldn't say his whole sentence when we heard it.

"No. She is fine."

I turned my head towards the glass door and saw Daniel was Standing there with a not very happy face. His face was red. Maybe in anger. I watched him as he walked fast toward us.

●Daniel's P.O.V.●

I returned to my cabin to find my phone. But it wasn't on the desk. I started searching for it.

"Where Is it?

Aaiisshhh! Maybe she is hungry. Bad Phone."

After searching for 5 minutes, I looked inside my drawer. I tried to remember if I had put it inside the drawer when I was collecting all the files. And then maybe I had closed it without checking.

"Found it." It was inside the drawer indeed.

I sighed and took my phone. Before going out, I checked myself in the mirror.

"Still handsome as hell. Daniel." A girl employee said while giving me a seductive look.

I saw her from the mirror. She was watching me from behind.

"Have I asked you? " I glared at her.

Her smiley face turned into a frown, and She left while mumbling something.

Maybe she was cursing me. I didn't care. These girls only wanted to get in a higher position by making me a ladder. But It wasn't easy. I fixed my hair and went to the main door to exit.

But as I arrived near the glass door, I found Nuri was no longer asleep. And three hungry foxes were surrounding her, trying to get a chance. Nuri was smiling while talking to Yun- Joon.

I felt something was breaking inside my heart. Why was Nuri smiling while talking to them?

I was standing right behind the door, and she didn't even notice me. I opened the door and came out of the office. And the first sentence I heard was, "Oh! You know, I know every beautiful place you can visit here."

"What the heck!

Is Yun- Joon trying to take Nuri on a date?

That f**ker!" I clicked my tongue in disgust.

He was already with so many girls, but he was still trying to trap Nuri. I felt every part of my body was on fire.

" If you want, You can---"

I didn't let him finish his sentence and said.

"No. She is fine." I shot death glares at him.
