●Nuri's P.O.V.●

Daniel said he would be here in 15 minutes. But after I hung up, I couldn't find the man.

"Did I see something wrong because of stress?"

It was already 30 minutes I called Daniel, but it felt like ages.

"Where is Daniel? Should I call him again?" I pulled up my phone from the table.

"No! I've already disturbed him pretty much. I can't do it anymore."

Suddenly I heard my room doorbell. I became excited.

"Daniel."

I placed the phone back on the table and ran to the door, and almost opened it.

But I stopped midway. I peeked through the keyhole and sighed in relief. It was Daniel in a black shirt and trousers. I opened the door and saw him standing there with a worried look.

"Hey! Nuri." He waved his hands.

●Daniel's P.O.V.●

I booked a cab and managed the office's work somehow. I felt Yun-Joon was screaming behind me, maybe.

"Aisssshh.

I've never done something like this in the middle of work." I rubbed my temple, thinking, "Why am I behaving like my family is in an earthquake though I am an orphan?"

I sighed heavily, sitting in the cab, waiting to get there as soon as possible.

I was sure Yun-Joon was going to inform the boss about all this.

"Ah! My first complaint in the office.

Oh wait, second, first was going late for a foreign business trip."

"What's happening in my life all of a sudden?"

The cab reached Nuri's hotel. As I paid the cab driver and exited the cab, I studied the surroundings, finding the man from yesterday. But I couldn't find him anywhere.

I took the elevator to her floor. It was on the 6th floor. As I rang the doorbell again, I studied the whole floor. It was empty.

"Ah! Why is she taking so much time, huh? Aaigoo! "

Suddenly the door opened, and she stared at me without a word or any movement.

"Hey! Nuri. May I come in ?" I asked because she was just standing there without any movement.

After my request, it felt like Nuri came back to reality. She nodded in response. I entered the bedroom, and she closed the door behind me.

"Please take a seat." She requested.

I sat on a couch near the bed. Nuri sat on the bed.

"Are you sure you saw him ?" I asked.

"Do you think I am lying?" She snapped.

"Woah! Woah! What did I do?" I tried to ease the environment.

"Am sorry. It's just that I'm stressed. I'm sorry." Nuri lowered her head, staring at the floor.

" I don't know how he found me. I saw him staring at my building for like 10 minutes." She explained.

"Do you think I will see wrong for 10 minutes?" Nuri added with an upset tone.

After thinking about the situation, I glanced at her and said, " You should change your hotel right now."

She gave me a "are you serious?" look.

"Look, Nuri, if you want a safe trip, then you should change this hotel. Because if he follows you to this hotel, he can follow you to this room." I opened the top button of my shirt to ease the tight shirt.

"But if you don't wanna change, it's fine. The kidnapper can say hello to you sometimes." I added as I made myself relaxed on that couch.

She jumped and walked real close to me as she leaned closer, making me sink on the couch.

"Are you scaring me ?" She said while glaring at me.

I could feel her breath on my skin. Her big brown eyes were only a few inches away from mine and her lips too. My eyes traveled more down to her pointed chin, neck, and----

"Daniel, don't look down. Don't look down. Don't look down.

I am not looking down." I closed my eyes and repeated in my head, "I won't look down."

"Open your Eyes! Daniel! I am asking you something."

I heard her speaking, but I couldn't open my eyes. Because If she caught me looking down there, She was seriously going to think I was a pervert. But She looked good with a tight shirt.

"Okay! Damn! Daniel. Noooo! Think of something else. Think of something else. Think Boss is dancing in a sexy dress."

I imagined the Boss dancing in a sexy skirt.

"Ewwwwww!"

Finally, I felt a little better.

" Daniel?" Nuri demanded, " Open your eyes."

"Yeah, I can do that, but please, can you land somewhere else ?" I suggested with closed eyes.

After that, I felt her breath disappear from my skin.

I sighed in relief as I opened my eyes.

As soon as I opened my eyes, I saw Nuri on the bed again, sitting in an awkward position while blushing.

She looked cute when she blushed. I wanted to squeeze her cheeks, but I controlled my feelings for the time being.

"I am not scaring you, Nuri. I am just suggesting it to you. But the decision is up to you. Okay ?" I smiled.

"Okay." She answered.

"Woah! Suddenly what happened? She just became ready. She is strange." I thought as I stared at Nuri with confusion.

"Okay! Pack your things. I am looking for a good hotel until then. Okay?" I asked.

She nodded in response and started packing things.

Suddenly I got a call. I pulled out my phone from my trousers pocket and saw the name on the screen was boss. After thinking for a second, I received his call. I only received the call but couldn't even speak a word.

"Yah! Daniel !"

" I told you to take leave after completing work. Which part of it you couldn't understand, huh ?"

"Don't think I am not able to know what you are doing in the office."

"Go back to Office and complete the work first."

"Or else you know me."

My lips were still in a position to say hello. And then Boss hung up. I closed my mouth. (¯―¯٥)

I knew Yun-Joon would call my boss.

I told Nuri to pack her things, and the boss was getting hyper on the other side. I scratched my head and then asked, "Nuri, Can you go to the hotel yourself if I tell you the details ?"

"Why? Is there any problem?" She stared at me with her big puppy dog eyes.

"Ah, don't look at me like that." I thought as I closed my eyes.

"I have some work undone in the office. I need to go back." I explained as I smiled sheepishly.

"Oh. Sorry. It's my fault. I called you even without thinking if you are busy. " Nuri gave a weak smile.

"Please go back to work. I can manage to go alone. Don't worry." She added.

Nuri packed all the things, and I booked a cab for her. She left, waving bye. I kept staring at the leaving car she was in.

"Ahhhhh! This is All Boss's fault. Uuugghhhhhh!" I yelled.

I hoped for her to be fine this time.
