Chapter 63: Chapter 63

Jason and Ryan tore Liam's body apart before turning around. Iris hopped down from the tree and walked towards the destroyed body. She sighed.

"You boys are sadistic sometimes." She grumbled.

Her hand was suddenly surrounded by fire before it went towards Liam's corpse. The three watched it burn before walking away.

When Jason reached the waiting room, he immediately hugged his mate. He kissed her on the lips, whispering nothing but loving words to her. Sara smiled against his chest, enjoying her mate's comfort.

They looked over to see Dimitri sitting alone, leaning forward, with his head hanging between his legs. They felt their hearts break when they noticed he was crying.

Sara got up and sat beside him, she rubbed circles on his back, trying to comfort him. Dimitri continued to cry though, giving a voice to his heavy heart.

Sage eventually sat on the other side and hugged him. Sara soon joined in and gave her dad a loving kiss on the cheek.

"She's going to be okay, dad." Sage whispered.

Dimitri didn't say anything, he only shook his head. His daughters looked at each other, not knowing what to do. They looked over as Iris hesitantly stood before him. She then knelt down and put a hand on his shoulder.

"I know I'm not your daughter, but you still acted like a father to me. And Rose acted like a mother towards me, I owe you both my life. But....I did something else." She smiled.

Dimitri gave her a confused look, Iris only smirked as she lifted her hand. It was engulfed with green smoke.

"Magic does a lot of crazy shit." She chuckled.

They stared at her with confusion until someone gently tapped Dimitri's shoulder.

"Uh...I need clothes...magic apparently doesn't create those..."

They all looked up to see Rosalie nervously standing there, a simple towel was covering her body. Dimitri blinked before hugging her.

Rose frowned when she noticed the dried tears on his face, "Hey, baby, look at me."

Dimitri silently looked at her, "I'm here, okay?"

He nodded before shoving his face into the crook of her neck. Rose sighed and mouthed a thank you towards Iris.

Both girls looked the smiling skim-walker.

Sara suddenly smiled, "What else can you do...revenge wise? I have an ex-mate that I want to...prank."

Iris grinned, "Oh, it can do lots."

"So, what are you going to do?" Sage asked as she, Iris, and Sara searched for the man.

Sara smirked, "I told Iris to put a spell on him so that every time he tries to hook up with a girl, he'll just automatically say what is on his mind."

Sage chuckled, "Oh no."

When they finally found him, he was flirting with some girl. Sara smirked and nodded at Iris. The young skin-walker started whispering latin words before green smoke went into his eyes.

"Now, wait for it." Iris whispered.

Sara's ex grinned at the she-wolf, "You're not good looking, but I need release, so, I'm going to screw you anyway."

The girl's eyes widened as so did his, he didn't have time to react before she slappes him across the face. As she stormed off, Sara laughed.

"Why did I say that?" He mumbled as he started walking out of the kitchen.

Sage shook her head, "Good job."

"How long will it last?" Sara asked.

Iris smiled, "A three weeks."

"That should do."

They watched as he continued to accidentally tell every girl that he was only planning to have sex with her. After a while they decided to go find their mates.

As Sara walked into her room she was stunned to find Jason sitting on the bed, with roses. He smiled at her and walked over.

Sara blinked, "What are these for?"

He scratched the back of his head, "I want to apologize for not opening up to you and keeping my secrets from you." He whispered.

"I understand why you did it, you don't have to apologize." Sara smiled and kissed him on the cheek.

Jason smiled, "Can I just tell you something? I need to get it off my chest."

She nodded and sat down as he nervously bit his lip.

"When I first met you and fooled you into thinking you were my mate, I...I was blown away by your beauty. However, my hatred for werewolves still blinded me. I took my anger out on you and when you were asleep...I...I would cut myself."

Sara's eyes widened and filled with tears, she went to say something, but he silenced her.

"What I was doing to you, was the same thing those mutts did to my parents. I-I...I hated myself for it. After I took your father and left, Iris told me how broken you seemed. Then you found your mate and I got jealous, I realized at that moment, that I didn't hate you. I loved you and still do. I freed your father and dealt with my so called punishment, so you could be happy again."

"I'm so, so sorry for doing all of that to you. I still get angry at myself and still tell myself that you don't love me. I mean, how could you? I abused you and raped you. You aren't supposed to love me...you sh-should hate me. But...you still love me." His voice cracked as he looker at her.

Sara gently cupped his cheek as she wiped away his tears. Her own tears rolled down her cheeks as she crushed her lips to his.

When they parted, she hugged him. "What you did was very wrong and I did hate you for it. But then...you just...changed. I know, usually, you should never go back to a man or woman who abused you. But...you showed me that you regretted what you did and you are perfect for me. I guess I got lucky." She chuckled.

Jason grinned, "I love you."

She smiled and kissed him again, "And I love you."

They sat in peaceful silence until Sara felt a wetness soaking her shorts. Her eyes widened as she looked down.

"Jason..."

He frowned as he looked down, he didn't say a word as he picked her up and sprinted out of their room. He quickly apologized when he scared Dimitri by running him over.

Rose immediately knew what was happening and started to follow them. She then skidded to a halt and rolled her eyes.

"Snap out of it, Dimitri!" She yelled at her husband. "Your daughter is about to give birth!"

He frowned, but followed his wife. When everyone reached the infirmary, Sara was immediately rushed into a room. Dimitri growled a little when the nurse told him that he couldn't enter.

"Demetrius, stop glaring at her. She's just doing her job." Rose sighed.

Dimitri growled again before sitting down, his wife frowned at him.

"Can you please talk? You haven't talked since I was..." she trailed off.

Dimitri looked at her, but still didn't talk. He quickly looked away, his eyes dull with guilt.

"Push!" The doctor ordered.

Sara sighed, "This motherfucking baby needs to get the hell out of my vagina!"

Jason bit his lip, trying not to laugh. He gently grabbed Sara's hand, giving her a reassuring sqeeuze. She let out a cry of pain as she pushed again. Sweat soaked the hair around her face and soaked the top of the hospital gown.

"Okay, one more push!"

She took a deep breath as she pushed the hardest she could. At the sound of her baby crying, she snapped her eyes open and glanced at her baby.

"Congratulations, it's a boy." The doctor smiled, handing the baby to his mother.

Sara cradled her son against her chest and smiled. When he opened his eyes, she kissed him on his forehead. Jason slowly scooted closer and smiled at his son with pride.

"Can we name him Dimitri? I know that's my dad's nickname, but...I really like it. Plus, my dad did a lot for me." Sara asked.

Jason chuckled, "Of course, baby girl."

She smiled, "His middle name?"

"Mind if we use my dad's name?" Jason whispered.

Sara grinned, "What was his name?"

"Aaron."

She grinned, "Dimitri Aaron Black. Well, actually, it'll be Dimitri Aaron Valentine."

Jason grinned and kissed his wife on the temple, "I can't wait till you're Mrs. Valentine."

Sara was about to answer when she felt another contraction. She hissed in pain and handed her son to Jason.

"Doc..." Jason voiced.

The doctor spun around, her eyes widened. "Okay, you're going to have to push. Again."

Sara blinked, "Another one?"

"Your dad has many twins in his family, right?" The doctor asked.

"Yes."

"Well, it's genetic and...seems like genetics took a liking to you."

"How the hell did the other doctor miss a baby?" Sara growled.

"I'm not sure, but you'll be surprised at how often that happens."

For the next four hours, Sara pushed. The nurse eventually took her son to the nursery as Jason held his fiancé's hand.

"Holy shit.." the doctor gasped.

Sara frowned, "What?"

"Uh...we're going to have to do a c-section."

"Why?"

"You're having triplets."

Sara slowly looked at Jason, he paled as her eyes turned black.

"You are never sticking that thing in me. Again." She seethed.

Jason laughed nervously, "Of course, honey."

"Okay, well, maybe you will, but we're using protection and birth control." She huffed.

The doctor swallowed, "Uh...guys?"

"Oh, right, sorry." Sara blushed.

After seventy-two hours of labour, Sara smiled down at her two sons and daughter.

"So, what did you name them?" Rose asked as she sat on her husband's lap.

Sara grinned, "He is Dimitri Aaron Valentine, our second son is Dominic Jason Valentine, and our daughter is Karla Rose Valentine."

"Karla?" Dimitri whispered, curiously.

Jason smiled, "My mom's name, her middle name was Christine but uh..." he trailed off.

Rose chuckled, "Good thinking."

Sara kissed her babies on their foreheads, "Dad...I hate genetics."

Dimitri smiled a bit, Rose chuckled as she kissed her husband on his cheek. She then held out her arms.

"Let me hold one of my grand babies." She said excitedly.

As she kicked her feet and grabbed her granddaughter, she accidentally kicked Dimitri in the balls. She quickly apologized as he leaned forward a bit, grabbing his jewels.

"Where are my great grand babies?" Harper sounded as she suddenly burst into the room.

When she spotted them, she instantly grabbed both boys and kissed them on their foreheads. She then spotted her great grand daughter and grinned.

Maddox sighed, "Be prepared, your daughter will come home with a lot of pink clothing."

Sara chuckled, "Good, I like pink."

Jason frowned, "Oh goddess."

The whole family, including Sage, Mason, and their children, spent time in the hospital room. It consisted of Sara and Sage trying to get their father to speak more than one word, and Sara getting protective over her children.

"Where are they?"

They all looked up to see Damon walking into the room, holding his daughter and son. Following, was Rachel who rolled her eyes at her husband.

Sara laughed, "Hey, uncle Damon!"

"Hey!" He frowned when he noticed his quiet brother. "What's wrong with him?"

"Well, besides getting kicked in the balls, by accident, he won't talk. At all." Rose sighed.

Sara frowned, "We're working on getting him to say more than just one word."

Damon frowned, he turned and handed his kids to his wife before walking over to his brother.

"Your daughter just had three kids and you're sulking. Speak." He ordered.

Dimitri's eyes turned black as he glared at his brother. "I hate being ordered around." He growled lowly.

Damon smirked, "Got him to say more than one word!"

"Ass." Dimitri grumbled.

Rose chuckled, but noticed the guilt back in his eyes. She sighed and kissed her husband on the cheek.

Xavier and Xander eventually joined, they also tried getting Dimitri to speak, but he eventually kissed each of his daughter and grandkids on their foreheads before leaving.

Sara frowned, "Is he depressed again?"

Rose sighed, "I think he's just tired. He's still healing from the chains."

"Is he going to have scars?" Sage asked.

"I hope not. They'll only remind him and he'll get upset."

Sara smiled down at her kids, "I think these three need to go to bed."

The nurse walked in a few minutes later and took the babies. Once they were in the nursery, Sara sighed and curled up against her mate.

Rose smiled, she kissed her daughter on the cheek. "Goodnight, sweetie."

Sara smiled, "Goodnight mom, tell dad that we love him and don't blame him for anything. That's probably why he's so quiet."

Rose had tears in her eyes, "I will."

After everyone left, Jason wrapped his arms around her and closed his eyes.

"I love you, baby girl." He whispered.

She smiled, "I love you too."
