Alpha Damien’s Mansion

Scott.

Fear and panic filled the mansion. The territory was quiet. It could be likened to mourning . Only this time we were preparing for war.

The search party brought news to Alpha Damien. They had found the hide out of the Dark Alpha and his cohort . The disappearance of people was fast and rapid .

Now , there was a leaf to something big. I will finally see Elena again . I hope she’s okay and doing well. Months had passed and we were working tirelessly on getting her back.

Now, I must prove myself worthy as we go into battle. I have never been allowed to war since I wasn’t the golden son of Damien Brooks' name.

This was a different time altogether. My father is invested in this battle as well and so must his sons.

Once my father heard that , it was a Dark Alphas doing, his countenance grew weary. I heard him say “ Brother”.

The dark Alpha is his brother “Asher” . He fought my father over the throne. He wanted to rule so desperately that his drive for fame and power took him to the dark side.

It was even rumored that he killed his own father, hoping that the people will crown him Lord and ruler as the next Alpha. He thought his brother was soft and weak. He couldn’t bear to see my father rule over him.

He started disobeying the rules and regulations of our colony. He practiced dark magic and he was caught. My father should have eliminated him at that point, thrown his body and never to be remembered.

But instead he banished him. He was supposed to end up being a rogue but no he wouldn’t survive it. He went for something out of this world beyond the ordinary .

He is now married to a witch . She has never been seen by anyone but it’s only been heard that she moves in the shadows and has endowed him with enough magic that made it so difficult to penetrate him.

I am terrified and scared. How can we defeat him with canal weapons? I watched as everyone put on the armor which protected them from being stabbed straight to the heart.

I looked at Elijah, he had no fear in his eyes. He was ready to kill and tear anyone that stood in his way. They were all chanting and gyrating. I couldn’t even join in .

I was nervous , my heart was beating loudly but if there was a way to get Elena to safety , then I must do this . I must do it.

As I stood there at the side, I noticed someone peering at me through his armor, his armor looked slightly different, it wasn’t so noticeable until he approached me closely.

“Scott, Scott” he called out.

I moved two steps backward. Who are you?

“I’m Elena’s friend , I want to help, but you need to know the truth, I'm a vampire. “

The moment I heard the last line, I drew out my sword ready to start the battle.

No, no …. There’s no need for that . He said

As we whispered to one another, other warriors kept staring from time to time.

“I’m from the Locke wood clan, I work here undercover for my clan . We have been in search of the dark Alpha. We had a hunch that there’s a lady associated with the dark Alpha in this mansion.

I decided to work here as a cook to keep a close eye, I had suspected it to be Elena . So I kept on watching her, “ he said.

So, you mean Elena is working with the dark Alpha ? I laughed so loud. You’re insane .

He paused for a moment before getting back into his story.

I’m not saying Elena is the one he continued. I’m saying it’s infact not Elena and if it isn’t Elena , who then?

There’s only one more female who lives in the Alpha mansion.I’ll need to apologize before saying this he whispered but I beat him to it as I exclaimed.

Luna Sandra!!

I held my mouth in shock, could it be ?

I’m coming to the war front, I’ll help you save Elena.

I know their hideout and I know a way out. You can finally get back your regard and respect from the people of your clan.

We shall be in the forefront of the battle leading the way . I’ll tell you all you need to know. If there’s really a ditch in the Alphas mansion then she already knows our moves . We will be ambushed along the way .

We need to move differently . As he said this, I saw myself being appreciated by someone in a long time. A surge of feelings to do more came upon me.

I was confident and ready for battle . We both marched to the forefront of the warriors.

Everybody listen up! I roared

I shall be leading this team to victory today . You follow my command, my orders and you do as you are told.

My father looked at me , for the first time he was proud of me, he took a step backward and let me go forward. Elijah went close to him to whisper something but he shoved him aside .

This is what power felt like . My father didn’t know that I might have a clue or a lead but he believed in me . He instructed that everyone follow my lead.

My shoulders were high up in the sky , I wasn’t about to be the laughing stock again.

Me and the Vampire boy, “Kevin” we started dishing out strategies , drawing maps and plotting graphs . It wasn’t going to be an easy one but I was sure that we will succeed.

I looked around , Luma Sandra was nowhere to be found. I went ahead to ask my father ; he said she was down with a fever .

We were being careful , if anyone found out that a common chef was going to battle with the warriors of the Training Academy, it’ll be a calamity. Let alone for them to find out , he was a vampire. That was a taboo, very unacceptable by my people.

Elena.

I haven't seen Elijah since they took him away. I have been licked up here alone, no food no water.

There was no way to get fresh air, there just a little circular hole , I heard a voice talking outside and the other men greeted.

The voice sounded so familiar , I peeped through to see who it was .

Oh my gosh, it was Luna Sandra . I watched her as she slowly took the form of a little child as the dark Alpha approached . She bowed to him and kissed his feet.

They were discussing but I couldn’t hear them . What was happening. I wish I had told Scott everything. Something was definitely fishy about this woman .

I was scared for Alpha Damien , the word “ eliminate the threat kept ringing in my head” .

But why was the dark Alpha after Damien’s life, what did he take from him that made him so mad . Did he just go about claiming people throne and abducting the colony for himself?

They were coming towards here, what did they want. Luna Sandra is really way low, to think she’ll come here and look me in the face.

Turns out that exactly what she was doing. Came up to me with a smirk on her face.

Luna Sandra”Sheryl.”

Well, we’ll, well( slow claps)

You, pathetic and foolish girl. You posses all the powers but yet you act like a fool.

It’s okay if you have nothing to do with your powers but we’ll rip them out of you and make you useless.

You thought you had won by trying to turn Scott against me?

I rule the mansion . I am the one whom Aloha Damien adores and soon he will die and I shall take over.

Then, I can release his stupid wife to…..

Sheryl, Enough!!!!

No, don’t stop me Lord Asher. It’s time for me to take what belongs to me.

I said enough!!!! He repeated.

I went quiet and transformed back into Sandra Luna. Make sure age dies today. We don't want words getting out. I said with a smile on my face.

Everyone associated with Damien must die , they killed me when I was a little child and he too must die.
