Lucy arrived at the party looking beautiful as ever. It's been a long she felt free and dangerous. She smirked at a guy staring at her but never allowing anyone to touch her. Her mission here is to enjoy herself to the fullest, by that she meant having a nice dance and some drinks with her girls and not with any guy.

She sighted them from afar as she got into the club. Loud music blowing everywhere, people dancing and grinding at each other. She squeezed her nose when the smell of alcohol hits her hard. It's been a long she experience this. Everything felt new to her but she'll learn to get used to it even if it's for on the night.

" Girl, you dressed to kill," one of her friends said and the rest agreed.

" That was the plan after all to dress to kill. This night is going to be a memorable one so why not use it right " she said with a smile

" Go girl, that's exactly what I love hearing"

Lucy giggled and took a sip of the alcohol given to her. She spoilt her face at the unfamiliar tastes. She kept drinking till the cup was left with nothing, Her face formed into a smile loving all the feeling she was getting right now.

" This is lucky I've always wanted to see. The one that enjoys herself without caring about the consequences. I've missed seeing this side of you. Aren't I right girl?"

They all chorused " yeah"

She smiled loving all the attention, she was moving to the tone of the music, her body needed a dance so she said " let's dance "

They agreed and all went to the dance floor to dance. She was whining her waist without care. Sh. Felt confident with herself. She was sure Ivan was going to be proud of her when he sees her like this. This lucy was bad and never close to the other lucy at all.

A guy came to dance behind her, she pushed him away at first but he was adamant to leave so she allowed him and they danced together. Her waist moved to the beat of the music. Her body was on fire and she satisfied all her body wants.

The guy held her on the waist as she kept grinding on him from behind. He loved the fact that she was doing that to him making him tighten his hold on her waist.

Ivan wasn't in the mood for dancing or drinking. The moment he stepped foot into the club his previous wish flew out the window. No, he only wishes for one thing and that is to be with lucy. He misses her a lot.

His friends left him alone and went to the dance floor to dance while he was here sulking over a girl but it didn't matter since she was his girl, his heartbeat.

He took a sip of the water in his hand. That water was a cover-up to make his friends shut up about him not having a drink. They didn't know it was water. He sighed loudly again and looked around.

People kept dancing as if there was no tomorrow. He wishes he could do that but at least with lucy beside him. He sulked and looked around again then something caught his attention.

A lady and a guy dancing but something seems to get his attention. The lady was trying to pry off the guy away from her but he didn't budge.

Ivan got up in one swift and went for the lady's rescue. He pushed the guy with enough strength and landed him a punch on the face. The guy fell to the floor holding his bruised face. He groaned in pain.

" When a lady says she doesn't want you then respect her and don't force yourself on her ” he yelled.

The commotion got the attention of people around. Everyone stopped dancing to see what the noise was all about.

Lucy was shaking, why was he here? Why did he have to be her guiding angel? Ivan saved her from the guy trying to force himself on her. She broke into tears. What has she done?

Ivan went on to beat the guy to the pub but lucy was able to stop him by holding his arm.

" Stop Ivan"

Ivan froze upon hearing that voice. He snapped his neck in the direction and couldn't be more shocked that the girl he just rescued was his girl.

His eyes turned red and just like that he attacked the guy again. He hit him multiple times in the face, the guy began to cough out blood.

People ran to stop I am before he kills him. They succeeded in doing that by holding his hand.

" you mess with the wrong girl man. Don't ever come close to my woman!" He was angry

Lucy knew this was more trouble for her and their relationship. She wiped her tears.

Lucy was quiet and Ivan too refused to speak, he was still angry over what happened.

" I'm sorry" she started

" Why did you have to dress like that?" He asked in annoyance " were you trying to spit me?"

She shook her head repeatedly " No! I just thought I can have some fun with everything going on right now"

" Then that doesn't mean you should put on a dress like that for crying out loud lucy. Any guy would want to try his luck with you. Some decency  wouldn't be bad "

She pouted " you caused it. If you hadn't left me like that I wouldn't even think of coming to the party"

He raised a brows "t you the one that drove me away?"

" but still I would have wanted you to fight for us"

" Which I did but you still pushed me away," he says.

" you should have tried harder" she pouted.

He was confused right now " I don't get why ladies behave like this. You wanted this and I respected you so why is it my fault now?"

She fiddles with her nails " I'm sorry, I knew I caused it all".

He chuckled " come here" she did what was asked of her.

He wrapped his arms around her as he hugged her tightly " I love you lucy and nothing can ever stop me from loving you"

." I love you ore Ivan," she said and pulled away.
