The time clocks 1.30pm,i bid mom with a goodbye kiss and she wished me a safe trip. I took all my things and left in the taxi parked outside  already waiting for me. I decided to go to school in a cab.

As the cab man stopped at the front gate of the school, students were already ready, all dressed in house clothes and looking happy for the trip.

I walked to the spot we planned to meet, maybe I might find Abby and Laila there. But they weren't there yet.

What could be taking their time..... I sighed.

I kept checking but found nothing, so I decided to call them.

" hey girl, you're looking nice" Laila voice interrupt .

Thank God one of them is here ....

I turned to answer her with a smile.

I was dressed in a simple milk gown with a touch of mint green, that stopped above my knees. I also left my hair down.

" you're not looking bad yourself " yes it true she was dressed in a nice blue skinny jeans and a white crop top ,which made her looked good in a nice way.

" thanks love" she said as she twirled around in a funny way.

I laughed at her as we both made our way to the school compound. We decided to wait for Abby there, we called her number but it wasn't going through.

What could be taking her so long..

" maybe she is on her way here " Laila pointed out and I nodded at her in agreement. She might be on her way.

" look who is here" came Ivan's annoying voice, behind him are his fellow crew.

I rolled my eyes at them and decided to just avoid them. Upon all places, why do they have to be here. Why can't they just leave me alone.

" if it isn't the feisty waitress " one of the cool guys said.

I hissed at them and Laila greeted ivan with a wave of  hand like saying "hello". I Can't believe the nerve of this girl.

Let her be,its all your fault. You keep on denying that you don't like him, now that  someone decided to show him some affection, let her. It's all your fault........ My subconscious scolded.

They later left except for Ivan who decided to flirt with Laila and the stupid girl was giggling. Oh how I hate her right now

I rolled my eyes as they kept flirting with each other as if I wasn't even there. Upon seeing me roll my eyes, Ivan smirked at me and said " are you jealous, lucy"

I scoffed, " who in their right mind would be jealous of someone like you"

" I would " Laila uttered immediately while looking at him and Ivan smirked like saying my question is answered. It's time like this, I hate Laila. She annoys me sometimes.

Then tell her he is the handsome jerk you have crush on.....my Subconscious scolded

I shake my head as if to come out of a trance.

"Laila if you're done, you can come join me in looking for abby" I gritted out  and left .

Annoying set of human being .

IVAN'S POV

Immediately Lucy left, I mentally fist bumped the air. I've been looking for ways to make her jealous and I'm happy that I succeeded right now. I gave her friend a disgusting look when she wasn't looking.I hate it when girls throw themselves at a guy, it lowers their standard. That's why I admire Lucy, she is so reserve and beautiful . I have a feeling that she already has a crush on me.

I really want her to, no, I need her to. That was my plan all along. James adviced that I should make her think that what she told me about the dream doesn't mean anything when actually  it truly does. At least now I'm happy that the dream isn't one sided. All the cold shoulders I have been giving her was my revenge for lying to me before. When I'm satisfied of making her jealous and angry, then I'll stop.

Lucy might remind me of Linda(my ex) with resemblance, but they are different when it comes to what is in the head. Lucy is just so good and I regret how rude I was with her on my first week of resuming this school.

" Ivan you aren't saying anything, what is wrong" Lucy's friend tried saying in a seductive way but failed miserably. I pull out of her hold and kept a few distance from her.

Poor thing, she didn't know that I was only using her.

I rubbed my face " look, don't you think you should follow her to help look for who it is she is looking for" pointing at were Lucy followed, to which she just shrugged her shoulders .

" if you're her friend indeed, you would go after her " I said before leaving her with her mouth agape. She was shocked at my outburst.

I went straight to where my friends where sat at and I know they all saw what happened but didn't say anything except for Thomas who just joined us.

" look man, stay away from Lucy. Leave her alone man, she doesn't want you. " he said to my face with clench teeth.

Really, the nerve of this guy

I pushed him out of my face and threw a punch at him. I have always wanted to punch his face since I found out that he cheated on Lucy. This was the perfect opportunity.

" who do you think she want" I  mock " you? " I pointed at him.

People began to gather when they saw what happened. Some were singing " fight ! fight!!  fight!!! "

" At least I already had a taste of her and I have prove .Tell me, what about you" he smirked after ending his sentence "have you even kissed her yet" he mocked back. He sound so disgusting.

I moved forward and land him a punch which I know would surely bruise for weeks.

" you're nothing but a dirty garbage to her, she is done with you, mother fucker and don't ever talk about her like that again " I held his collar as I shouted at him.

How can he say something like that about Lucy, especially in front of the crowd. He has no single respect for her. What prove is he even talking about?... Did he .....did he

Could the prove be videos.......i thought .

He is gonna hear  from me if I find out that he did have a video of Lucy in bed.

I took my bag from the floor and turn to leave but was met with a shocked Lucy, she was among the crowd with her two friends. She was looking at me in shocked.

Now she would think of me like a psychopath who loves to fight. I refuse to see the judge in her eye which was why I walked away.

I kept fastening my pace as I walk to the school basketball court .

I don't want her to think bad of me, but I wanted settling scores with Thomas. I want to make him understand that Lucy  isn't for him and would never be his again.

" Ivan? " a voice called out. I turn and was surprised to see Lucy.

" you followed me? " I asked in surprise while she nodded with a smile.

" Lucy, I'm sorry about what happened back there I was only-" I felt warm lips on mine before I could complete what I was saying .

What!

When I saw that she didn't pull away,i drew her closer and deepen the kiss. Her lips tasted like strawberry, maybe its the lip gloss.

We decided to end the kiss because we needed  to breath. I can't believe that this just happened.

I smiled at her and she did same.

" OK, I have a confession to make " she smiled as she said this and I think I already know what she wants to say

" OK the truth is, Ivan I-" I cut her off with a kiss again. I pull away from the kiss and shushed her while she playfully hit me.

" I think I have an idea of what you're about to say. I thought girls love it when a guy propose first " I jokingly said and she pout.

I went down on one knee and held her left hand in mine. I know it might look cheesy to some people but who cares, anything for my girl.

I cleared my throat dramatically " Lucy, I think I'm falling for you,"

" No I don't think, I know I'm falling for you and I can't help it anymore. Anytime I see your beautiful face I just want to call you mine. I know I got no flowers on me right now but I promise to give you bunch of them later. Please Lucy, help my poor heart by doing me the honour of becoming my girlfriend " I searched her eyes for answer as I confessed to her.

She looked surprised, then she giggle and it was nice listening to her giggles.

" yes Ivan, I'd definitely love to be your girlfriend " she said out loud with a smile that shows her pearly white teeths. I moved forward to kiss her but what she said next made me nervous

" but" she said and I gave her a curious look.

" tell me Lucy and I'd do whatever you want" I was nervous, I don't want her to reject me.

" but, you have to treat me out on a date "

" I'd do anything you want, I'll even take you to the moon and back. That is to show you how much you mean to me" I made a heart shape with my hand while she shyly awed at me.
