Madison POV

I clenched my jaw tightly as I stared angrily into his eyes. I am not mad he is flirting with me, I kinda love when he does but I am mad he is here again in my office and would leave me in the middle of a conversation again.

“Get out of my office now” I replied as I tried to take steps back but he didn’t let go of me.

“Piero right? You are not hearing double are you?” I asked him noticing he didn’t move an inch.

“Baby girl, I give orders not you” he replied and I sighed as I look to my right.

“So what are you looking for here? Get it and leave” I replied with a shrug. He carved his brows at me and I shrugged again. Zach finally let go of me, I look at my table to probably do one thing or the other until my legs got swept off the ground with his hand around my waist and the other beneath my legs. My hand automatically curled around his neck as my eyes widens in shock.

“What the!” I exclaimed as I shook my body vigorously in his hands.

“Put me down, now!” I demanded but he ignored me and began to walk to the door.

“I am leaving with what I came for” he simply replied. And my jaw dropped again.

“No, let me down. I have patients to attend to” I replied struggling to free myself.

“Forget the patients, you’re permitted to take care of me only” he replied and I laughed out immediately and rolled my eyes.

“You can’t just kidnap me, you know. And about your enemies, they will come after me I guess” I replied and saw him smirk, is he supposed to?

“Don’t worry about them, I’ll take care of them” he replied and walked to the door and I began shaking again.

“That’s not the point, you can’t just resolve problems with violence” I replied and he sighed

“Damn you are a beautiful talkative” he groaned

“I appreciate the sentiment but I still have to go back to work” I replied

“Can’t you sneak out for a little while?” he asked and I blinked my eyes rapidly at him.

“Look at you! Sorry, but I take my job seriously. Maybe you should try learning something from me” I replied and with a grinning face he replied “Maybe I should”

“Now, put me down” I faked a smile at him. Zach took his eyes off me and finally walked out of my office still carrying me in a bridal style.

“I can’t go around with you carrying me this way, for goodness sake, you are in a hospital” I groaned.

“I already spoke to your CEO, I would be leaving with you and he has granted you permission to”

“What?”

“You can confirm from that Dr. Melvin or whatever you call him” he replied and immediately I saw Dr. Melvin walking towards us, I can’t define the face he has on.

“Dr. Madison..” he called out and I look at Zach expecting him to put me down but he didn’t.

“Am I to leave with him?” I faked a smile at him. Melvin looked at Zach for some time before he looked away “Yes, he already spoke to the chairman and he said you can leave” he replied.

I gulped down with the feeling of defeat…

Zach turned to walk away still carrying me in a bridal style, I don’t blame him, it is because I don’t weigh too much.

I rolled my eyes and look around the hospital to see patients and staff looking at me and some muttering words amongst themselves.

The thought of me having no idea what they are talking about makes me feel uncomfortable.

“Uhm, I think you should put me down. I can walk myself please” I muttered to Zach but he acted deaf ears and ignored me.

“Zach?” I called again then turned my face to his chest. I could see his bare chest since he left about two of his buttons open.

“This is actually embarrassing don’t you think?” I asked him but he remained mute till we left the hospital.

As soon as we stepped out through the doors, Zach slowly dropped me down to the ground and I adjusted my dress with a low groaning sound.

“Where are we going?” I asked him as I fold my hands. He took out a black glass and wore them over his eyes. A black Maserati GranTurismo car pulled to a halt before us and a man in a black suit stepped out of the car to open the back seat.

“Save your questions and come in with me” he replied instead as he grabbed me by my arm to the car.

I reluctantly sat in the car with Zach by my side, “in case you don’t know, this is kidnapping Zach” I replied and hear him chuckle.

“Whatever you call it, let’s leave” he replied as he leaned his head against the headrest of the seat. I scoffed and turned away.

KINGSLEY POV

The car drove into the mansion through the big broad gates and pulled slowly before the main entrance after about an hour's drive. I step out of the car along with Kevin and tucked my hands into my pocket.

“Greg is waiting for you,” Kevin said as he walked to me. I nod my head and followed him from behind into the mansion. There were faces I could recognize around “What happened to the rest of your team?” I asked one I could recognize.

“You mean Gabby and the rest?” Kevin asked me as I nod my head in reply.

“Oh, they are dead already. A fight happened recently and he got shot along with some other men. They could not survive, they died on that spot” he replied as we took a walk up the stairs

“And that was the same fight that got you shot huh?” I asked him

“Yeah”

“Shit!.. we will handle Zach for sure, and all that has to do with him” I replied and in less than 3 minutes, we got to the door that leads to Greg’s office.

“I really think it would be easy for us to deal with him that would be by striking him from his weak point” Kevin said before I opened the door.

“He has one?” I asked in total surprise

“Yep, Zach has been seeing a woman lately and its clear to us that he loves her and she is a doctor” he replied.
