- Gabriella's POV -

"Will you stop doing this?" I asked as I just looked through the windshield, not glancing at him but my heart wouldn't stop beating loud.

"Stop what?" He asked while focusing on driving the car.

"Stop fetching me from school." I said as I faced him.

His face turned hard, still facing the road, "I don't want to talk about this again, Gabriella. Let's not fight over this."

"Oh come on Butch, please. You are Butch Fender, the Alpha of Crescendo Pack, I knew you have bigger responsibilities. So stop wasting your time on me." I stated, trying to make him understand that we are different.

He is the great Alpha Butch Fender, admired by a lot of people but here he is, serving a vampire like me which is considered to be an enemy of werewolves.

The car came to an abrupt halt which made me hold the seat belt tightly.

"Dammit Gabriella! Don't you understand it!? You're my mate, my fucking main priority is your safety! Stop resisting, just let me do what puts me at ease." He stated madly but at the end he tried to be calm and I could see the anxiety covering him.

All of a sudden, I felt pity. However, werewolves shouldn't see us together or they will hate Butch for being with a vampire like me.

"But Butch-" I was cut off when Butch have already taken his seatbelt off and pulled me into a kiss, sealing my lips with his.

For that moment, I felt my heart explode as my systems were on a rocketship. The great Alpha Butch Fender is truly my mate.

He passionately kissed my lips and I... I was shocked and pleased with his soft, warm lips that touched mine. It was just a dream come true. Before, I was just a fan who stared at him from afar and I couldn't ever imagine that this day would happen.

I couldn't believe that he is actually the mate I have been waiting for.

He broke from the kiss after a moment and my eyes fell into his swollen lips. I just couldn't take my eyes off of it, it's too tempting and I wasn't satisfied yet.

"Don't push me away, Gabriella. I would never abandon my mate." He said using his husky voice but I was hypnotized with his kiss that my eyes stared at his lips in every word he said, following how it moves, tempted to put my lips on those lips.

He was facing me, but I didn't even dare to look at his eyes as I couldn't take my eyes off those beautiful tempting lips. My heart keeps firing on its own, I feel so hot despite his air conditioned car.

His lips quirk into a smirk which woke me up in reality and my eyes looked up to his mischievous blue eyes. I suddenly felt embarrassed from what I had done, I was to drawned to those soft warm lips that made me stunned and hypnotized.

I looked down, trying to look somewhere but him. I couldn't dare to look at him because I have already embarrassed myself enough. My heart wouldn't stop beating fast and loud, my stomach was filled with butterflies that I could barely breathe.

Oh shit, only Butch Fender can make me lose my confidence... he could make me weak and look stupid.

"Look at me Gabriella." He softly stated as his fingers held my chin, lifting it up to make me face him.

I couldn't help but look at him and here my heart again, beating like crazy as I saw Butch's oceanic blue eyes that is very mesmerizing.

"I'm your mate, you cannot deny that fact Gabriella... I'm all yours." He said and kissed me again.

This time, I responded to his passionate kiss.

- Maive's POV -

He left after saying those words... he left in such a swift speed that he just disappeared in my sight.

'Mine.' The last word I heard from him before he disappeared.

And here I am, still sitting on the table inside an empty room. My heart wouldn't stop screaming for Daxton. My body is still yearning for him... isn't satisfied with what just happened as my mind keeps processing if this is just a dream or not.

What has gotten into me? What just really happened?

I could still smell his alluring perfume over me, I smell like him and I knew for a fact that I am not imagining things or daydreaming. Daxton kissed me... he was possessive over me.

I didn't even have the courage to ask why because first of all, my mind was processing... my heart was busy screaming and my body was hypnotized by him.

My mind was empty to even ask him questions because of the pleasure he gave me, still I couldn't stand on my feet as I remained contemplating what happened between us in this empty room.

Why would he be so possessive? Why does it seem like his voice was very familiar as if I heard it long before we met?

Why would he kiss me if he has a fiancee? I felt like a bitch for letting him but what can I do? I was so lost every time he was around, I was too pleased with his touch that my mind was clouded to even think of resisting him.

I felt like my body belonged to him especially after hearing him claim me, deep inside of me agreed. I don't know what part of me, but my body was pleased with him being possessive.

I messed up my hair, oh damn it! He has gotten me all over! I don't have power over his seduction because everything he does is tempting... he is a fucking temptation!

After a long contemplation, I took a deep breath calming myself and decided to stand on my feet and come out of the room.

I then headed to the place where Uncle Zorious was probably waiting for me. Oh damn! Darkness is nearly invading the place, he must have been looking for me!

When I reached the area, I saw his gray car and when he saw me, he ran up to me and examined my body.

"Are you okay, Maive? Where have you been?" He asked worriedly.

I looked at him still out of myself and said, "Let's go home."
