Chapter 134: Chapter 134

Unknown Figure
Viktor..
I looked at the note in my hand and decided to stop by Landon's house first. As I got there, I walked to his door and bent down to slip the note under his door. I was about to walk away when I suddenly heard his voice behind me.
"Viktor!"
It was Landon. I continued walking quickly so I can drive away and avoid talking to him, but he quickly ran forward and stood in front of me.
"Viktor-" I slowly looked up at him and seeing the tears in his eyes hurt so much.
"I checked your house and you packed out your clothes, where are you going to Viktor?" Landon asked and I felt tears sting the corners of my eyes too.
I didn't know what to say or how to process all the emotions I was feeling at the same time.
"I don't know, Landon. I'm sorry." I sniffed and Landon grabbed my hand.
"No, let's just forget about everything that happened and start over, please, I don't care about what happened, no one does," Landon rushed his words, holding on to my hand.
"I'm sorry, but I can't stay. After everything that's happened, I have to leave." I wanted to stay badly, but I knew that the life I had formed for myself could never be the same.
"Please, don't leave me. Please." Landon sniffed.
"I wish I can stay, but it's dangerous if I remain here and I don't want to hurt anyone again," I said.
"Please understand, it'll be easier for me if you understand." I blinked back the tears in my eyes.
"We can figure it out together. We can work out something," Landon continued pleading and I knew that there was only so much I could take before I break and change my mind.
"I'm a monster!" I said frantically, "there's no fixing me and no matter how much I try to hide or surpress it, the demon in me will find a way to rear it's read!"
Landon sniffed and it looked like he wasn't going to argue again.
"I hate that I have to leave, trust me, I do."
"But I'm glad that I was able to open my heart to someone and that you were the one."
"And I don't regret any bit of it," I added and he nodded.
"I love you, Landon and I'll be selfish if I stayed knowing what could happen."
"I love you too," Landon said and he moved closer to me. He leaned closer and was about to kiss me, but I pulled him into an hug instead.
I knew if I kissed him, I might not be able to leave again. I would definitely change my mind.
"I'm glad that I met you, and I'm never going to forget you," I said softly.
"Yeah, me too," he replied, his breath lingering on my shoulder.
I broke the hug and I blinked back the tears in my eyes, forcing a smile.
"Goodbye." Our hands slowly separated and I walked away, climbing into my car.
I closed the door and started the engine. All the tears I had been holding back finally flowed out of my eyes and I kept wiping my face before driving away.
I wanted to leave this city and start another life. I didn't know where I was going to, but I wanted it to be void of anything supernatural.

Omniscient
"I did all of that?" Nathasha asked with her eyes filled with ignorance and surprise. She sat up straight on her bed.
"Yeah, you were acting all cold and badass," Nathan replied and she chuckled.
"You don't remember doing or saying any of those things?" Dante asked. He was confused and had no idea of how that could be possible.
"I don't, but there's something you need to know," Nathasha said as he remembered the dreams she had been having recently.
The one where she saw her replicas: the one who looked like a Vampire and the other one that made a dead tree blossom.
"What?" Dante asked curiously and raised his eyebrows.
"I've been having dreams where I saw replicas of me acting like a Vampire and doing magic," Natasha replied.
"You actually said you were the Tribrid," Nathan said.
"Yes, but how do you not know what you did or how to use the same powers you displayed earlier?" Dante asked.
"I'm more curious about how I can be a Tribrid. I mean, my father is definitely a werewolf and so was my mom," Natasha said frantically.
"I also heard a Mage and Vampire can't coexist in the same body, so how are you part Vampire and part witch?" Nathan asked.
Everyone had several questions going through their minds for which they had no answers for.
"We'll figure it out," Dante said with a smile, "Everything."

In a dark corridor inside a fortress at the edge of the city, footsteps approached. The rain fell in torrents and the wind strongly agitated the scanty flames of the torches illuminating the corridor.
Guards dressed in leather armors walked down the corridor, surrounding the figure of a person who couldn't be seen beneath the coverage of the long purple robe and hood.
"Open the door." An elegant masculine voice came from the figure and the guards opened the doors of a cell.
The rattling of the chains echoed through the silent night and it was followed by the loud creaking of the silver doors being opened.
The cell was completely dark and the figure picked up a torch, the wind threatening to blow the flames out.
The light of the flames faintly illuminated the cell and a part of the face beneath the hood could be seen.
Inside the cell was cold and silent, but there was a man at the end of the cell. He wasn't injured nor did he look tortured, but there was frustration, agony and depression written all over his face..
He opened his eyes as he noticed the new presences in his cell and he stared at them blankly.
There was a collar on his neck, the material of the collar was unknown, but it had a green glow. Harmless it appeared, but it seemed to be the nemesis of the prisoner.
"Let's start again, shall we?" The man in the hood said and his voice filled the cell with dread.
