Chapter 118: Chapter 118

Part Demon

Dante.

I gaped in surprise, looking at the door as Landon walked in.

What was he doing here? No, what the hell happened to him??

He looked so rough right now and his face was scarily pale.

I moved closer to him with a raised eyebrow.

"What happened to you Landon," I asked.

"Viktor. It's Viktor." Immediately he said that, his eyes closed and I caught him before he could fall to the ground.

I lifted him up and shouted quickly, "someone call Dr. Jared."

I carried him down the hallway and I stopped as I got to an unoccupied room. Natasha opened the door for me and I walked in, dropping Landon on the bed.

I looked at his body, but there were no marks or scars on it. What the hell happened to him.

He mentioned Viktor's name, does he have anything to do with this. I knew he couldn't be trusted since we found out he was relates to the Redwoods, but Landon defended him.

"Do you think Viktor hurt him??" Nathasha asked and I shrugged, sighing.

My guts told me that he had something to do with it, but we couldn't be sure until Landon call explain what happened himself.

"But I thought he and Viktor are supposed to be in some sort of relationship."

"We still don't know for sure that Viktor hurt him in any way," Natasha said and I looked at her, breathing in deeply. I had to calm myself down, I don't want her to see get so worked up.

"Yes, he could mean that Viktor was also in trouble," Nathan supported her.

I looked over my shoulder as someone knocked on the door and Nathan went to answer it.

"What happened to him??" Jared asked as he walked into the room.

"We don't know, he came in and he slumped," Nathan replied and Jared nodded, dropping his briefcase on the table.

He took out his stethoscope and he began to examine Landon.

After ten minutes of letting him do his thing, he closed his briefcase and faced us.

"There's nothing wrong with him, but I think he was exposed to silver radiation that stressed him," Jared explained.

"So, why did he collapse and when is he going to wake up?" Dante asked.

"His brain activity is perfectly fine, but I think is some sort of self preservation," Jared explained. What was he saying?? He's fine?? Self preservation??

"So he doesn't want to wake up?" Natasha asked. What??

"That, or his brain is forcing him to rest," Jared replied.

"There's nothing I can do. We have to wait for him to wake up," he added.

"Alright, thank you. You can go," I said and Jared walked out of the room.

"If Landon came here in that condition, there must be something important he wants to say," Nathan stated, "a warning or something."

Yeah, he was right but we can't take any action until he can explain himself.

"Well, whatever it is, we can't know until he wakes up," I said, sighing and sitting on the small table next to the bed.

I looked up as Natasha walked closer to Landon and she placed her hands on his forehead. What was she doing?

"What are you doing??"

She closed her eyes and I stood up, walking over to that side of the bed, but Nathan stopped me.

"Wait, let's see what she wants to do."

I sighed and went back to sit down. Don't tell me that she still has some special things that she can do.

I looked up and I saw that Natasha's eyes were moving back and forth beneath her closer eyelids.

All of a sudden, Natasha and Landon began to convulse rapidly. What the hell was happening.

I stood up immediately and walked over to Natasha to take her hand off Landon, but I felt an invisible wave of energy push me back.

I and Nathan glanced at each other in surprise. They were still convulsing and I was scared so I attempted to separate them again, but the wave of energy pushed me back again. It was coming from Natasha, what the heck!

The convulsion soon stopped and the two of them were calm again.

"What was that??" Nathan asked and I shoved my fingers into my hair, breathing deeply.

"There's something else about Natasha that we don't know of. And I'm sure she doesn't know of too," I said and I sat down again.

All of a sudden, Landon and Natasha opened their eyes, gasping.

I stood up immediately and sighed in relief.

How did she get Landon to wake up.

"What did you do??" I asked and Natasha smiled.

"I projected my mind into his subconscious, but that's not important right now, there's something you need to know."

**

"So Viktor is part demon??" I asked, placing my hand on my forehead as I tried to digest all of the information I just got.

"Not really. He just has demon blood in him and it gives him destructive abilities," Landon replied.

I sighed, "They are going to come after me for killing Javier."

"But I killed Javier, they can come after me," Natasha stated and I looked at her.

"Wait, what??" Landon and Nathan exclaimed at the same time.

"Yes, she drove her hand into his chest. She hesitated, but I made her yank out his heart," I said, sighing deeply.

"If they know it's me, they'll come after me instead and I can't be killed," Natasha said, but I shook my head.

"I don't think you'll survive if he siphons the life out of you," I said and Landon nodded.

"We have to find a way to stop Pedro and bring Viktor back to his senses," Landon stated and Natasha was about to talk, but my phone rang out.

"Hold on." I reached into my pocket and I pulled out my phone. My eyes widened in surprise as I saw the caller ID and I looked up.

"What, who is it?" Nathan asked.

"Viktor. It's Viktor."
