It's been 2 weeks since I started working like that and to be honest it was really tiring. Yes really tiring and the fact that it gets harder everyday makes me annoy sometimes.

After that incident, I never saw Luke again. I mean I was pissed but I still miss him a lot. I'm currently thinking how am I going to reach Luke in this state? Should I go to his office? Should I call him? Should I text him?

"Hey Fate" I looked at Jordan who waved his hands in front of me.

"Oh hey" Jordan is Janet's co-worker, people there said that Jordan has a crush on me but I don't think so.

"Why spacing out in this beautiful day?" He asked as he put a bottle of milk tea in front of me.

"Thanks.. and just thinking a couple of stuff.”

"Your shift already ends.. wanna hang out?" He suddenly asked and I looked at the clock, he's right my shift already end. I turned to him.

"I have another work.” I said and he nodded.

"Let's hang out next time, I'm sorry.” I said as I take my bag with me and he nodded weakly. I walked to the lift and press the button to go to the lobby.

I got inside the lift and tapped my foot anxiously. My body was tired and I kept looking at the ground because there's so many things going on inside my head.

I bumped someone as I walked out from the lift, I looked up and a big smile plastered on my face.

"Luke."

"What are you doing here?" He asked in his usual cold tone.

"Working with Janet." I stated and he nodded. His eyes scanned me and suddenly pointed at my hand. I quickly hide it.

"Do you eat the chicken sandwich?" Yes I still send him food everyday. Everyday but I never personally give it to him, I just gave it to his secretary.

"No." I nodded knowing that he will never eat the food that I give him, maybe it all end up inside the trash.

"I think I should go." I said, I really don't want to get his cold shoulder today. I’m in a good condition to begin with.

"Go then, why still standing here?" He said coldly again and I just nodded. I walked pass him but suddenly he caught my wrist. I didn't expect that so I jumped a little.

He looked at the bandage and looked at me raising my eyebrows.

"Just stupid accident." I said avoiding his eyes.

"What kind of stupid accident that your stupid head cause?" He asked and I pulled my wrist from his grip.

"Stupid things." I said looked at my hand.

"If you can see, it's bleeding." He stated and I know it's bleeding but it still has the bandage so it will be fine.

"I'll just change it later." I stated and suddenly he grabbed my arm, pulling me to the sofa. He made me sit down and he sat beside me.

"Take out the new one." He ordered coldly, I looked for it inside my bag and took the small black bag out. He held my right hand and opened the old bandage. He threw it on the table and he looked at the cut.

He poured the medicine and it hurted and stung me real bad. I groaned and he quickly put the bandage on again. I kept looking at him and my heart is just so happy to see him especially this close.

"I miss you." I stated and he looked at me.

"Whatever.” He answered coldly and took the old bandage. He stood up and walked to the trash bin to throw it away. He walked towards the lift and pressed the button. I ran to him.

"Thankyou Luke." I said and he just nodded.

"Until when should I prove this to you?" I asked and he turned to me.

"Stop trying things, I won't even look at you." That sentence hit me like a cold water.

"So it means I have to try 2 times harder then." I stated and he turned to me disbelief.

"What? I like you.”

"Well as you know I don't date.” He said.

"Who says I'm going to date you.. I'm going to marry you." I said sweetly and he was speechless.

"Just go." He said coldly and I hissed.

"Thankyou for this by the way." I raised my right hand and he just looked straight not even turning his head to me.

"You know what Luke? The more you mean to me, the more I will like you." I stated and that made him turning his head to me.

"Stop doing this.. it annoys me, how many times do I have to tell you-"

"Hailey?" I turned and saw Michael, he walked to me and I hugged him.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Have to meet someone." He said and I turned to Luke.

"I'll see you soon Luke!" I tiptoed and kissed his cheek. I looked at Michael and waved at him.

"Bye Mikey.”

"I'll go to your apartment tomorrow.” He stated and I nodded.

"See you tomorrow then." I said and I have to go for another work. I don't want to be late. I smiled weirdly because I really want to see Luke's expression when I kissed his cheek but too bad..

Maybe tomorrow I can crash Luke's office. I miss him and seeing him for that short time didn't statisfied me. I'll just bring him a really good food tomorrow.
