Chapter 27: Chapter 27

It's been about a week or so ever since Sam returned but Lily hadn't visited him on weekends due to her studies and prolonged lectures. Sam seemed upset but someone else seemed more upset.

Sanna came to Sam's study room and knocked on the door. After getting permission, she opened the door and came in.

Sam furrowed his brows when he saw her red eyes and trembling lips. He stood up and walked over to her. He made her sit on the couch next to him and patted her head slowly while he hugged her.

"Dad, I miss momma", Sanna sobbed loudly wetting his shirt with her tears. Sam caressed her hairs and sighed. He pressed a button on the side table and a bot servant came in within a minute and bowed to them.

"Make something for kiddo", Sam ordered then turned to Sanna and gave a gentle pat on her head. "Do you want to go stay over with Angel?", He asked slowly to which she nodded.

"Okay. I'll get someone to send you in the morning. Now come one don't cry. Be good", he spoke in a calm and gentle tone.

After she went out, Sam called Lily and to his surprise she picked up within the second ring. "Hey, baby", her sound was a bit hoarse like she was doing some physical work. "You busy? What are you doing?", He asked as he tried to listen to the background sound.

"No, never busy for my King. What's wrong?", She asked in a soft tone while she drank water from the bottle given to her. She looked around and gestured a man with her finger who bowed and went away.

"Kiddo is missing you." As soon as the words left his mouth, Lily stopped on her way and massaged her forehead as her heart hurt. She missed her child but she couldn't tell her about her identity yet. She still had a few things to do.

"Don't stress. I sent her to Angel's place", he said to which she sighed and hummed in response. "Baby, I gotta take shower", Lily said as she got into the bathroom and stripped naked. "Is it? Show me", he said excitedly leaving her speechless.

Before she could reply, she was already getting his video call. She picked the call and looked at his face. "You know how much I wanna grab you and fuck you senselessly", he said looking at her lips on his mobile screen.

"You are really something, bastard. Now wait let me shower quickly", she said and kept the phone in the front while she showered. Suddenly she heard sound of slow moans which made her look at the screen in disbelief.

She couldn't believe he was jerking off while watching her shower on call. It would be a lie if she said that looking at him masturbating didn't turn her on. She was already dripping down her thighs.

"Bastard, stop. I've a flight in three hours, don't distract me", Lily chided as she finished her shower quickly and put on a bathrobe. "Flight? Where are you going?", He asked while his brows tugged together to form a frown.

"I forgot to tell you but I've to go an urgent meeting and research to Shanghai", she said in an apologetic tone. "When will you be back?", he asked unhappily. "Umm... I think a month or two", she said and it turned him more sad.

"Oieee don't he sad. I'll come back soon. Wait for me. I love you", she said and gave a flying kiss. Sam thought for a while before he smirked confusing her. "Well, I'll join you then."

Lily's eyes widened and she started shaking her heaf vigorously that Sam fear she might hurt her neck. "You can't come. It's my work, you distract me all the time", she scolded making him laugh.

"You get distracted", he said in a teasing tone. "I don't. It's your who always distracts me", she said and pouted. He so wanted to kiss that pout or poke it to make her smile or get annoyed.

"Such a kiddo!"

"I ain't kiddo, okie?"

"Aren't ya my kiddo?"

Lily nodded while smiling brightly and gave a kiss on the screen. "I love you, baddie."

"I love you more, crybaby. Let me know if something happens and inform me when you land", he said worriedly to which she nodded and smiled that made her eyes go smaller than they already were making her look adorable.

After talking for a while as she got ready, she hung up and boarded her car to go to the airport.

"Good morning, Mr. Andres", greeted a middle aged man as he extended his hand in front of Sam. Sam stared at his hand but did not shake instead he raised a brow questioningly.

"I wonder why Mr. Sheng wanted to meet me so eagerly", Sam asked as he sat on the head chair in the conference room. He did not bother ask the man who was still holding his hand out for a shake.

Being embarrassed by the way Sam treated him, he pulled his hand back and sat on the chair. This was Sheng Ziming, father of Sheng Ling and the second uncle of Lily. Sam glared at the man and said coldly, "Did I give you the permission to sit? Who do you think you are?"

Sheng Ziming felt more embarrassed and immediately stood up. "Just because I have good relations with the old man doesn't mean you can come around and sit here. Who do you think you are to sit even stand next to me?", Sam said coldly as he glared at the man.

Sheng Ziming felt hairs on his body stand in fear. Though Sam was half his age but the aura he exuded was something that could make one kneel in front of him. He was like the dragon who would eat anyone alive if they offend him.

No wonder even the strongest and most feared men around the world gave in to him!

"M-Mr. An-Andres... I... Came...", Sheng Ziming shuttered as his entire body shook in fear when Sam looked up angrily. "I don't have time for this. Scram before I kill you!", Sam ordered making the man immediately walk out.

Sam leaned on his chair feeling dizzy. His eyes went blurry but still he stood up and walked to his office to work.

He stared at the photo frame kept on his desk and smiled softly. "I miss you, wifey. Come back soon", he whispered and caressed lips of Lily in the picture. He tapped on her nose and imagined her cute pout that made him chuckle.

He had two pictures on his desk; one was of the old Jennifer and another was of Lily. He had added Lily's pictures at his mansion in his room with her old pictures.

Ali who knocked and came in the office saw Sam smiling alone and got scared. 'He must have really gone crazy after sis in law's death', he thought to himself getting goosebumps all over his body.

Sam noticed his presence and quickly composed himself. "What do you want?", Sam asked coldly bring Ali out of his thoughts.

Ali came forward and gave Sam a file as he spoke in a serious tone, "Joey is the one who had been stealing our money for the past seven months." Sam's eyes went cold when he heard it and the room's temperature dropped sending chill all over Ali's body.

Ali knew that when Sam was angry it wasn't a good idea to be around him because one mistake and your life will be on the verge of death. Sam gave a few orders and dismissed Ali.
