At Phoenix hospital,

Sam took his medicines and sat quietly looking at the television.

'The newly opened interior designing firm, JenLi Interiors is rising with a thundering speed in the business world. The CEO of the company has yet to make a public appearance.'

Sam heard the news and felt the name of the company was kind of similar but couldn't make out why. He recently heard that this firm was rising way too faster than any other interior designing firm.

The company came into existence around two or so years back but within a few months it went from being unknown to one of the most sort interior designing firm. Within a year and half, it turned out to be the world's largest interior designing firm.

Everyone was curious to know the person behind the brand but the CEO never made an appearance. It was fearsome how the person built this entire empire without letting a single person in this world know who he or she is.

Sam really wanted to meet the person who owned JenLi Interiors.

He turned off the T.V. and looked outside the window but just then he heard someone knock on the door. Ali came in and showed Sam some papers and got his signatures on all the papers.

"Make sure to not leave anything untested", Sam said to which Ali gave a nod.

"Sam, you shouldn't get the surgery", Ali said in a low tone but shut his mouth when he got a death glare from Sam. Though Ali was three years older than Sam, he feared Sam knowing the temper of the man was too dangerous.

Even the military people feared him when he was angered let alone other people. Well, he served in army for a few years by his father's side.

When Ali opened his mouth to say something, Angel came running and pushed open the room door with a bang as she entered. She came towards Sam and shouted, "What the hell did I hear? You're getting sugery next week?!!"

Sam did not say anything and stayed quiet as he looked outside the window.

"But why? There are almost no chances now", Angel said in a worried tone. She knew that if Lily was to know this she would be sad and angry at the same time. She didn't wanted her lil sis to be upset because of this idiot.

"I don't have any reason to continue to live on. So shut up and get lost", Sam said coldly. "B-But-", Angel sighed deeply and shook her head. Why was it her that had to get crushed between the two of them?

She was so annoyed at that moment. Both the husband and wife were so stubborn.

"But what?", Sam asked looking at her. "Nothing, we've to attend the birthday of the first son of Shengs in five days", she informed to which he nodded.

"Get my discharge papers", he ordered to the nurse who came to give him medicines.

"Your condition is getting worse and you want to do surgery? Do you think sissy would be happy if she knew?", Angel scolded to which Sam gave a cold glare.

"She left me alone so she shouldn't be sad now that I want to come to her. It was her choice to kill herself so it's my choice to give up on my life. Why live on when I got no one to live for?"

"What about Sanna? You know if you leave her, she'll have no one", Angel said to which Sam sighed deeply but did not say anything.

He stood up and put on his blazer then walked out with everyone walking behind. Getting into his car, he drove to the company where he had a few meetings to attend.

"Why did you had to leave me alone, wifey? Did I not love you enough?", He asked looking out of the car window and sighed deeply. He massaged his forehead as he remembered how she would act childish around him all the time but would get cold the next moment if someone else talked.

"Oieee", Jen called out from the bed making him turn to her. He came near her and chuckled while kneeling in front of her as she pointed at her heels. He took off her heels and kissed her feet making her smiled brightly.

"Such a kiddo", he patted her head and chuckled looking at her. "Ain't I your kiddo?", She asked pouting at him. He poked her pout with his index finger and laughed then gave a peck on her lips while he answered calmly.

"Of course, you are my cutie lil baby."

She held out her arms and wrapped her arms around his neck placing a sweet kiss on his lips and smiled. "You're the best hubby in the world", she said while she rubbed her nose with his making him smile.

"And you are my cutie lil wifey", he said and tapped on her nose.

Sam was pulled back to the reality when the car stopped in front of his company. He sighed and got down from his car then walked inside the building.

"What do you want?", Lily asked on the call while she took off her dress in the bathroom. "Talk to me properly. I'm your mother", Kaylyn said in an arrogant tone making Lily roll her eyes.

"Come to the point", Lily said not in a mood to entertain the lady on the other side. She took off her inner garments and got inside the bathtub filled with warm water. Her mind was drifting off to a certain someone but she did not let her mind get distracted.

"If you are looking at the CEO'S position then I want to...", Lily cut off her mother before she completed the sentence. "I am not looking at any position. I got enough capabilities to open my own company. You don't need to tell me anything, my dear mother."

Lily rolled her eyes as she said the word 'mother'. This woman did not even deserve to be called by that title.

Kaylyn laughed when she heard what Lily said and did not let go of the chance to taunt Lily. "Capabilities and you? What can you even do...", Kaylyn was again cut off before she could complete what she had to say.

"You don't get to tell me what I can do and what I can't."

With that Lily hung up and turned off her mobile. She got out of the bathtub and took shower then went to look at herself in the long mirror in the bathroom. She looked at her body and felt it was too beautiful in this lifetime than the past one.

She sighed and thought god was too unfair to her in both lifetime.

In her past lifetime, she was a little fat but had one man to love her and this time she had a perfect body but no one to love her. Earlier too she had a messed up family condition and this time yet again she had the similar situation.

In her past life, she was born in a middle class family but everything belonged to her yet again she was upset and this time she was the richest but here her family members were scheming against her for money.

Lily shook her head and chuckled then walked out and put on shorts and shirt. She went to her room and took her laptop as she started doing some office work and her studies.

All of a sudden she felt her head hurt too bad and her ears started ringing some voices she least wanted to hear. She tried to distract herself from those things and continued to work but they got more severe.

Lily kept her laptop aside and closed her ears with both her hands. She screamed loudly and shouted, "Stop. Just stop."

"You're a slut. A whore."

"How much for one night?"

"Like mother, like daughter. Both are whores."

"You should just die instead of staying alive and living with such shame."

"Hey, you call guys at home and give them some good service right?"

The voices kept on ringing her ears making her head spin and hurt more. Lily screamed as loud as possible but they did not stop. She panicked and immediately took four sleeping pills and fell asleep.
