"You... You're my sissy", Angel said as her hand lifted unconsciously and caressed Lily's cheek. Lily smiled and nodded. "I missed you so much, sissy", Angel hugged Lily so tightly that it made Lily to move a bit so Angel would loosen her grip.

"I missed you too, sis", Lily said and hugged Angel back with the same warmth like she did in the past.

Lily pulled back from the hug and said, "You've to keep this a secret for now. Don't tell anyone. Especially Sam. I want him to recognise me on his own." Angel nodded. "Anything as long as he is the target."

Lily and Angel laughed.

At Phoenix Hospital,

Lily and Angel walked through the hallways of the topmost VVIP floor and reached the last room in the corner with four bodyguards guarding it. The guards let them in the room when they saw Angel.

"Here is your hubby. I'll be outside, you can have your time", Angel said and walked out.

Lily looked at the unconscious Sam on the bed and sat near him while she caressed his face slowly. "Baby, you didn't take good care of yourself right? I told you if you love me, you gotta take good care of yourself."

She held his hand with both her hands and kissed his knuckles. She took off her heels and laid next to him on the bed while looking at his handsome face. Her fingers traced his facial features and lips slowly as she memorized each and every stroke of his face.

"Why are you so handsome, my Devil?", She asked and kisses his cheek. "You would have thrown me out if you were wake right now, wouldn't you? What's taking you so long to recognise your wifey? Seems you don't love me enough. Humph!"

Lily tilted her head while she kept her face on her hand that was on his chest as she looked at his face. She tapped on her chin and smiled brightly. She caressed his cheek and slowly leaned down towards his face while closing her eyes.

Her soft lips touched his lips while she melted completely. She kept his hands on her waist and sucked his lower lip slowly. Her hand moved to his sturdy firm chest as she licked his lips and sucked them well.

She broke the kiss and looked at his face while she spoke, "You see I'm taking advantage of you. Come on get up and pin me down on the bed and make rough love to me, baby." She pouted and laid her head on his chest as she looked at his face.

She tapped on his chin and bit it lightly.

After laying on his chest for a while, she looked up at his face and spoke, "Baby, get up and kiss me while grabbing my waist." She took one of his hand and kept on her breast while she looked at his face.

"Don't you like my boobs? Come on, wake up and suck them while playing like you used to", she said while she massaged her breast with his hand. "You have gotten too boring these days", she said and pouted cutely.

She went closer to his face and rubbed her nose with his then smiled. "I'll come back to annoy you as Lily later. Be fine, my baby. You know I love you so much, right, baby?", She said while she kissed his nose first then everywhere on his face.

She stood up and kissed on his forehead while she caressed his hairs gently.

"I love you, my hubby. I'll get you better."

With that she stepped out of the room and went to the doctor's cabin. She saw Angel talking to David, Sam's related uncle and doctor. Angel smiled as she looked at Lily and gestured her to come in.

"Hello, I'm Lily", Lily said and shook hands with David. "David."

"What's his condition, uncle?", Angel asked in a serious tone. "Seems he is losing hopes to live on. If his will is so weak, we can do nothing to save him now. He'll lose himself", Dave said to which Lily frowned.

"Is there any way?", Lily asked worriedly. "No, unless he gets some hope or a reason to live on", said Dave in a worried tone. Lily bite her lower lip and held her forehead.

Angel patted her shoulder to which Lily sighed. "I can't tell him yet who I am."

"Uncle, take care of him. Don't let him die or else I'll make sure you don't live peacefully in this lifetime and I mean it. Hope you know who the Shengs are", Lily said in a cold tone while her green eyes turned darker than ever.

Dave gulped in fear as he remembered the words she said in her past life. "Who are you?", Dave asked while he shuttered. "I just introduced myself to you. I'm Lily Sheng", Lily answered with a poker face.

Dave gave her a suspicious look but did not say a word.

"Sis, take care of him. I've to leave. It's urgent", Lily said and hugged Angel. "Sissy, can I kiss you before you go?", Angel asked in a teasing tone to which Lily gave a poker face.

"When will you stop teasing me, sis?!"

They laughed and Lily gave a kiss on Angel's cheeks then left.

"Ms. Sheng, you don't have to worry about anything. We've arranged everything for your lecture", said Mr. Barack, the head of Harvard University. Lily gave a nod and left the office.

Walking through the hallway, she reached her classroom and went to sit on the second seat in the middle. The classroom was almost empty, only a few students were present at that moment since it was evening lecture.

Lily listened to the professor carefully while she noted down the important points in her iPad. While she was studying, she felt her mobile vibrate. She checked the caller ID and declined the call immediately.

By the time she finished all her lectures, it was 6 in the evening. She took her bag and walked out of the classroom. As she walked through the hallways, she again got one call from the same number as earlier.

A scowl formed on her face when she thought of the annoying person.

Getting into her car, she told her driver to drive her to the apartment she bought just twenty minutes away from the University in Harvard square. As her black Bentley flying spur drove toward the gate, she was stopped by the guards.

Lily opened the windows and showed a golden black VIP residential card to the guard. The guard was shocked to see the card. There were only five of those cards which everyone knew of but no one ever saw. It was his first time that he saw the card.

The gates opened and her car drove in. She got down and her four bodyguards behind in the other car followed her. "My car is here, right?", she asked to the chauffeur to which he nodded.

"Good."

Lily walked towards the building named Coral-A and took the elevator. She went to the 54th floor where her apartment was and opened the door with her card key.

It was a three bedroom luxury apartment with one separate study room for her. Her things were already shifted here in this apartment before she reached so she did not have to worry much about it.

Lily looked around the apartment and went to the living room balcony. The view was beautiful with the lights shining like stars. She took a deep breath in and released it with annoyance when she heard her mobile ring.

She checked the caller ID and sighed deeply.

She decided to pick up the call and talk it out once so the person wouldn't annoy her so much.
