"I don't expect anyone going against my rules...if any mistake is made then I'll have your heads on a platter"Victor made a low growl which sounded a little throaty as if to convey some frustration, his anger had flared up, his face contorted with rage. His lips were curled and his jaw was clenched. Justin slowly rose to his feet backing away from the raging beast before him and knew Victor had a lot of anger within him. The sadness which he had generated into anger.
For the first time after Alisa's death, Justin saw how miserable Victor was. He had changed so much from a happy jovial man to a full beast who didn't care about anything other than his child. It was the only thing to keep him alive hence Justin understood as he nodded silently and watched as Victor stormed out of the office and he followed behind
Justin watched as Victor headed upstairs and since he was staying for the night he decided to talk business with his older cousin. Being the oldest in the family wasn't easy for Victor; he had to carry everyone and everything. In the past, Alisa used to lift some of his burdens but now everything was on his head that was why Monica had to stay for a while to make sure the house was in good shape since Victor was always busy with his company work
"So I told you not to worry about the hospital... I'll handle it," Justin said as he reached up to Victor and decided to bring about something both men could talk about. Victor's anger seemed to have simmered a little because he nodded at Justin's words as they reached the top of the stairs and made a left turn heading to his room. Justin looked around and the house was quiet mainly because everyone was sleeping
"The new medicine purchase...I need an update on that...I don't expect complaints about ordering expired things" Victor said as they walked. They owned the Ellison private hospital, it was his but since Justin was a doctor he was the one to oversee everything that happened. He just regretted the fact that during Alisa's sickness she chose some other hospital to hide everything and she did a good job keeping her sickness for three years without anyone knowing about it
"I already asked Maverick to make a new order... everything will be delivered within this week"Justin replied more professionally as they reached Victor's room and with hesitation, Victor pushed the door open and walked in only to stop abruptly when his eyes landed on his bed. Justin was surprised why he stopped hence proceeded to see and what he saw made his eyes widened perfect shock
Sleeping in the center of the bed was Vivienne cuddling with several pillows and curling her petite body in a ball looking like an innocent child. Victor's eyes traveled to the girl's head and found his puppy snuggling to her head and the sight was something he didn't expect to see
"Victor I know…"Justin spoke, turning to Victor knowing full well he hated anyone invading his space, especially another woman in his bed. The bed he shared with Alisa and upon seeing Victor's expression which had morphed into a disdainful one. Justin swallowed nervously as sweat formed on his forehead and knew Victor was about to murder someone in cold blood. Shifting his eyes to Victor's hand they were clenched tightly and veins were popping out
"Get her out now!"Victor made a low savage snarl that sounded aggressive and full of rage. Justin nodded quickly and cursed under his and prepared to rush to the bed but he stopped when Victor spoke again
"Have someone prepare another room for me...let her be" he said sternly and left from there leaving Justin Frozen in place. He was shocked as he shifted his eyes from Victor who already left then to the troublemaker sleeping peacefully in his bed
"I think she's the true definition of trouble... Victor will kill her one day" Justin remarked with an exhale as he ran his hands in his hair feeling refreshed all of a sudden. Nothing scared him more than an angry Victor but he
"I knew from the start that you are crazy but who knows?"Justin said with a chuckle when he was close to the bed and watched as Vivienne snuggled more to the pillows and mumbled something about a grumpy man. His eyes narrowed into slits and had to admit she was pretty. More like sleeping beauty, however, she was the first one to sleep in Victor's bed and he didn't get angry as to throw her out. Justin shook his head as he covered her up making sure she was comfortable, he wanted to take the puppy but dropped the idea. If Victor didn't request for his beloved pet given as his birthday gift by Alisa then why would he? Justin turned off the lights as well as the AC and left the room. Of course, the surrogate had to answer Victor the next morning on what she was doing in his room when she was given a good room.
"Done," Justin said as soon as he entered the master bedroom which Julia had prepared for Victor and Victor was getting ready to bath ignored his cousin and took out several times from the wardrobe
