Chapter 106: Chapter 106

"What are you doing here?" Alessia asked as she saw Dred enter her Dad's hospital room.

Dred looked seriously at Alessia, who was arranging the things on the table when he felt like Alessia was being dragged in a very calm wind that was swaying her.

Dred could do nothing but scratch his neck. He looked at every corner of the room where they were. Each post in the room had a little lamp facing upwards, and his walls were painted brown, which almost looked like wood glued to the wall. The floor was white with a marble of blue and a hint of gold. Then Dred didn't realize that he was already looking at Alessia, who was still arranging the stuff he gave to her father. Dred looked at Rainer, who was lying down and was hoping to wake up soon because Alessia needed him.

Alessia was just looking back very carefully at how she was moving gracefully, and Dred didn't realize that the words came out of his mouth unexpectedly.

"You're beautiful," said Dred, out of nowhere.

Making Alessia blush but also lost what she felt when she thought of facing her husband and was clueless. Dred was wearing a fitted white shirt, black jeans, and rubber shoes. In Alessia's eyes, Dred looked like someone who was about to kick your ass, but seductively.

"If you say this, you're going to leave me after Dred. No thank you," Alessia said, crossing her arms in front of her chest.

"No, I'm about to ask you to spend time with me."

"Like a date," said Dred, looking like a teenage boy asking his first crush on a friendly date.

Alessia raised her other brow and smelled something fishy, and she didn't hesitate to say, "Are you going to leave me?"

"Or are you planning on going back? Haven't we already talked about this? " Alessia said, caressing her arms, feeling a little bit worried.

"No, it's not like that. I'm just really drained at work. " Dred said, and Alessia was just staring at him, confused and unsure.

"I'm not saying this because I've done something for you, Hun, but can I receive an award or some treat for handling your company, please." Dred started caressing her hand and kissing her on her shoulder, nearly making Alessia moan, and Dred couldn't help but to chuckle and hug her from behind. Dred wasn't sure if she was hearing his heartbeat, but he didn't care at the moment.

"Alright..."

"But how am I going to leave if I'm wearing this?" Alessia asked as she was wearing a pajama and a simple shirt.

"Don't worry, we'll get your clothes at home," Dred said to her, and she just nodded.

Alessia felt tired before Dred entered the room. She was talking to her dad about how she was confused as to why and what was happening to her, especially when Blade asked her

"Did you ever regret what you did?"

Alessia was just lost for words, looking at the person in front of her, and she decided not to talk. The air humidifier, the sound of Alessia's father's heart rate, and the air conditioner were the only sounds that surrounded them.

"At first I was, and I'm glad I did," Alessia said

"I did pull myself back up," she added, between sighs.

Alessia looked at Blade. She didn't know what deal she had for saying this, but it was making her tremble and lose words. Then Blade handed an envelope to him without saying anything, but Alessia just humbly held onto it and looked at him. Then he decided to open it.

As she read what was written, she couldn't help but put her hand to cover her mouth.

"She's not my daughter, and I want to be clear that I didn't cheat on you."

"I was just too naive because she showed me a video and even knew that there was someone out there that looked exactly like me." Blade said

And Alessia was just looking at the record that it was negative and there was not a single cent that connected them both.

"I know there's no sense. I just want to clarify that I didn't cheat on you during those years." Blade said

And he faced the door and left Alessia standing still in turmoil.

Alessia snapped out of it and focused her mind on Dred and what would happen on their date today.

"But who's going to take care of Dad? Wait, let me call my mom." Alessia didn't finish her sentence because she saw her mother standing by the door.

"Mom, what are you doing here?"

"Didn't you say you're going to rest? " Alessia asked, confused.

"No, I suddenly miss your Dad."

"Aww." Alesia said, looking at her mother with sympathy, "Dred and I are just leaving. Bye, mom! " Alessia said, pulled Dred out, and quickly entered the elevator.

---

"Go pick something you want." Dred and Alessia said she didn't hesitate to pick a dress and gladly took a bath the night before she went to the hospital to watch over her father.

She picked up a black jersey dress and a pair of Converse. She approached Dred as she picked up the paper bag containing Alessia's used clothes.

Don't be bugged, you don't smell like a hospital. You still smell like a baby. "

"My baby," said Dred. That made Alessia blush.

Dred and I went to the park a short distance from where they came from. Alessia didn't have a clue where they were, but as she got out of the car, she saw there were a lot of people biking, a family on a picnic, and even a couple that was just by the lake enjoying the sun nearly setting.

Dred pulled Alessia over as he rented a bike for both of them, and Alessia was very excited about it. Then, as they were biking, they tried to hold hands and talk about all sorts of things. Alessia enjoyed Dred's company, and then Dred stopped as they passed an XBOX store with an Xbox gaming console that you can play when you rent it for like 10 minutes for only $1.

They played Guitar Hero, and Dred couldn't believe Alessia was so good at this. Unfortunately, Dred lost, and they decided to park their bike near a fountain and walk towards it holding hands.

Dred was holding her hand tight and deeply sighed as he slowly released her grip, which Alessia noticed, so she looked at it and then looked at the man walking past her.

"I-i have something to c-confess."
