I looked at the book she was holding and took it.

"Who's our grandfather? I don't have a grandfather anymore because they're already deceased. Are we going to resurrect the dead?" I quipped.

"That's your problem," she retorted.

"Heidi, you're confusing. I can't understand what you're saying. How are we going to do that if he doesn't want anything to do with me? He doesn't even want to talk to me."

"That's your problem, not mine." I frowned. I needed to convince Nikolai to come with me. Even if I begged him, he didn't want to.

"It's a great thing that his family hasn't met you yet. I'll implant in his memory that you both had one grandfather and a mansion where you met."

I just nodded at her, pondering on how to get Nikolai to come with me.

Heidi and I didn't immediately start our plan because we were preparing ourselves. I also did some research so I wouldn't fail.

"I'll just pay you for helping me. To inspire you," I informed her. We were both in her condo discussing our plan.

"I'll flip the situation, okay? Nikolai is obsessed with you, and he was thinking of hypnotherapy. Basically, in his mind, his family adopted you to study you, and he asked me for a favour to put a memory in your mind and asked me to do hypnotherapy for you. He's manipulating things to get you, including using me and the people around him." I liked the idea. The design is very obsessive and dangerous.

I just nodded at what Heidi was saying.

"Maybe he'll fall in love with you."

"Be confident in yourself," she teased me.

"He's going to think he's the villain, but he's the victim," this sounded exciting.

We took action, but it wasn't easy because Nikolai was already done with me.

"Please, after this dinner with me, stop following me. I won't follow you anywhere. You won't see me," I said, feeling hurt, "Just grant me this, please? For the last time."

"Can't you see I'm busy? Miss, I have a meeting with my investor, and you're wasting my time," his words hurt, but I didn't falter. He was acting as if he didn't know me.

"Please?" I pleaded. Women should not chase. It's in the man's DNA to be the pursuer. They are hunters, and women are the prey.

"Grant me this…"

He looked into my eyes for a moment.

"If ever I see you around me, stalking me, I'll sue you… desperate woman… let's meet at the Shangri-la hotel."

"Could we meet in Makati instead? At my place. I promise I won't do anything. We'll just talk. I want to clarify things before I fly to Italy. I don't want to fly with a burden in my heart. I want to leave all my heartache here - including you."

"Okay, fine," he conceded.

"You're blocking my way," he snapped when I blocked his car.

He's so hard to please. I tried several times to convince him. I clenched my fist.

"I'll make sure you kneel in front of me so you won't leave me. You'll suffer from the pain I'll make you feel," I stated while watching his car drive away.

The hypnotherapy was successful, but it wasn't easy. There were scenarios in Nikolai's mind that weren't true - he was hallucinating and delusional.

Heidi made me listen to her and Nikolai's hypnotherapy so I knew the memories in her brain. Heidi is asking Nikolai what he sees. I'm not at the place because Heidi said it's not allowed.

I'll fucking make you fall in love with me and after that, I'll fucking dump you the way you did to me. I'll fuckin triple the price. The woman who hit you is wrong. I will never rest until I get my revenge.

You're a CEO and smart but you're not aware that I'm a woman and I use my resources and connection. You're not the only rich son Nikolai, but you're the only one with a lot of money. You forget that women are dangerous. I will pass and crush you like pepper. It's a good thing I didn't tell you that I'm a scammer.

Men lead the world but women lead men.

Heidi erases the memory of me and Nikolai and she changes it to a brand new one. I like the outcome, when he wakes up he is acting in the new memory.

I'm a scammer, I want to be proud of myself. My parents are separated. We were once rich. My father has a company. And I became a scammer.

They're indeed a grandfather existed.

Nikolai has a grandfather in real life. So I needed someone as a grandfather.

I rent an old man to act as my rich grandfather. But I killed him; he deserves to die because he is old enough. I rented parents from the province to act as my fake parents since my real parents separated again.

Every person was acting including Florence and Georgia.

Nikolai is rich and owns a company selling beauty products and women's clothes.

Heidi and I inserted fake information into Nikolai's brain. And Nik created and imagined fake things.

His cousin is the worst especially Keith who digs deeper into our situation.

No plans are made perfect - there's always a hole.

Revenge is no good. It didn't make me feel good but made the situation worse.

It's not my fault that Lanvin Nikolai Mclaren is gone because; it's his fault because he was taking drugs, cigarettes and his addiction. And the medicine that I gave him affected his brain.

Lanvin is forever living in his imagination. We're happy in his fake world.

I heard this word from someone, “love doesn’t solve all your problems; it creates more problems.”

Revenge won't bring goodness to anyone.

Some love turns into hatred, and that's okay. This is a reminder that not everyone we love or have deeply cared for will be our lifelong companions. That's fine; in the next life, you'll make it right—kidding!

All of us have soulmates, and it's up to us to choose them. It's hard to choose the right person if you can't break the pattern of falling in love and recognizing people who are walking red flags. If you want happy and lasting relationships, focus on yourself, understand yourself, break patterns, and most importantly, change your mindset. Nothing beats a person with a healthy mindset. I believe people with healthy mindsets are more lovable because they help us grow and are a blessing in our lives.

The time will come when things will align for you.

I believe there will come a time when you'll get what you want at the right time meant for you.

Your struggles and challenges are tools that shape, enrich, and prepare you for the life you desire.

Everything takes time, and I know the wait will be worth it.

Is it tough? I know it's tough, but hang in there. You'll overcome it. I believe in your ability, so believe in yourself too.

When you're on top of the mountain, you'll look back at the struggles you've been through and realize that without your past experiences, mistakes, and errors, you wouldn't appreciate what you have right now.

Protect your sanity at all costs! Hold on to it because it's the compass that guides you through the storm.

This is a reminder that you're not noodles, you can't get what you want instantly.

I'm happy that social media promotes having a peaceful life. Trust me, living a private and peaceful life is different—no one can harm you or ruin your plans. Silence is a killer.
