"Come on Steve." I said to her while I fixed the things she was going to bring because Jenny said she would take her and they were going to the amusement park

"Are you sure you don't want me with Jenny?" I asked her while hugging myself, I'm not sure I want to stay at home while my son is out, it's not like I don't trust Jenny and Justine. It’s just that I just didn’t think I’ll be spending my day off without Steve

"Nope, you should stay and have time for yourself." she said to me and I was just looking at her

And then she hugged me while saying "You deserve a break sister, so Justine and I will take care of Steve and we'll be back by 6pm." he says

"5 pm"

"5:30! Say byebye to mama Steve!" Jenny and Steve said did what he was told and I approached him to kiss him and then hug them both, wave them good bye and I just entered when I saw that they were away, Christian delivered them and I didn't know about it and he didn't get out of the car to greet me but I didn't pay much attention and just went inside to lie down on the sofa

I didn't know that having quite a room is also deafening, and I was just rolling on the sofa and moving around when my phone suddenly rang, I didn't know that it wasn't relaxing either, I wish I could just go with them, maybe that case I can still take advantage of my day off

"hello?"

"Are you free today Lily?" Liam asked and my heart went crazy hearing his deep voice

"I don't know--" I said to her

"Meet me at 6801 Restaurant at 3 pm." he said and I look at the clock and it was already 1pm but it was only 11 am when I saw it

"I have to--" and I didn't finish what I was going to say because he turned off the call and he's been like that for the past few days, but I didn't mind because I knew he was also busy at work

But after that incident at the VIP Room he didn't even tell me but I know he's courting me, not just through vocal and it's not because of Steve but because of what we felt, I also don't know but thinking of him rich making me want to throw him but no matter what I do he still comes back

After that incident Christian didn't talk to me much and I was starting to think he was busy at work but when I remembered he did confess to me I didn't think much about how he could feel because I don't have the very intention to focus. it of attention and even worse to return what he felt

I remember the other day I was planning to take a chance on Christian just to forget Liam but I was so smitten with that boy so I also couldn’t help but not think of him

I roamed my clothes and just find a simple fit where I can move properly, I wear a pair of jeans, rubber shoes a simple black shirt that I tied with a knot in the front to give it a style and high pony my hair using the back of my white cap

I was ready to go when I sent a message to Jenny, to have fun and to take care I even told her that I would leave the house and told her as well where I left the key

I was a little bit early and I got there by 2:55 pm, so I just chose to sit on the chairs. And I was given a menu, I looked at the price of their food and I was swallowed because it was so expensive, one course cost a lot and you can give it to someone who doesn't have anything to eat during the day

"You're here early, did you miss me?" he asked me

"Are you losing your mind Liam?" I asked him and he chuckled which sounded heavenly to my ear, but I shook my head

I was looking at him while looking at the Menu

"Have you chosen something you like?" he asked me, making me back to reality

I was about to answer him when a fur that looked like a blazer flashed at me and looked at me, I was too stunned to speak and I was trembling, I started to hide from the cap I was wearing and then he turned to Liam

"Nice to see you here, saying that you weren't up for a marriage." said Midzy and I was stunned even though years later she still had the same habit

"And now you will replace me with something like her." she said, and then she whipped up my cup revealing my face and I was looking at her scared and she scoffed

"Looks like the rat was after my left overs." said Midzy

And I didn't know what to do but I turn my gaze at Liam who's smirking making me confused, thinking that this is all a set up and Liam knows everything about my personality

"Are you referring to yourself Miss?" he asked and Midzy he messed up his hair in disbelief and turned to me

"I don't know where did you get the nerve to go on a blind date like this when you have a--"

"Liam! Let's go!" I shouted together and walked towards my cap he had set aside

"Wait I'm not done yet."

"Can you stop? Did that marriage damage you so much? Good for you, because you're not at the same level as your brother." Liam said and Midzy was shocked as Liam left her and she even saw how she held the waist of the person she hated

Thinking that did he knew? After all those pursuing that guy, he will just fall for the first reason why they agreed to arrange marriage. Midzy was furious and dialed her mother's number

"Mom you wouldn't believe what I just found out."

Midzy didn't stop wanting to warn Liam that, that sister of hers already had a child with someone. But Violet was also ready because she knew her brother that she won't stop at nothing and decided to tell Liam in the middle of the street

"Steve is my child." Violet shouted and Liam didn't seem to be shocked which made Violet's world collapsed but Liam held her hand

"Give me permission to explain everything, if you're not ready now, inform me. I'll wait for you."
