Lovely POV

I am now facing my friend and can say that I am too stressed by what she is doing. I have reprimanded her several times but she is not listening to me.

"What are your plans now?" I asked her.

"I won't give up,"

I sighed. "Can't you see that they are happy, Kaye? Why don't you just accept that thing? Just let them go and get on with your life. There are a lot of men out there." I said.

"I'm not done Lovely, if that woman thinks she got Storm I won't let her!"

"What can you do, he already loves someone else. The police are looking for you right now because of your stupidity. I was shocked that some police came to my condo and looked for you." I said.

"I won't allow myself to be caught,"

"After what you did to Kiara, I'm sure that Storm is mad at you right now. For Pete's sake, Kaye you messed with the Alcantara!" I shouted at her.

"I don't know that it will happen, okay? I told my men not to hurt Kiara because she's Storm's sister, I'm not stupid enough to sympathize with one of the important people in the life of the man I love,"

"But you can't do anything because she was hospitalized," I said.

"Everything would have been okay if Kiara hadn't intervened, I can't let her go that day because I'm sure she'll report it to her brother!"

"You can't hide them for long because Storm will look for his sister, you know they are richer and have many connections. If I were you, just meet with the Alcantara and apologize, tell them that you just did that because you love Storm so much and you realize that no matter what you do, he won't come back into your life and ask for another chance." I said.

"You think that's easy Lovely? Storm won't believe me after what I've done and I'm not ready to let go of the person I love,"

"Kaye, you know the consequences of your wrong actions, so I hope you think carefully before it's too late," I said worriedly.

"I've thought about it Lovely and I'm not ready to lose. Storm doesn't deserve a woman like Bea."

I just leaned back in the chair because of the words my friend said. It seems that no matter what I say, she won't listen to me.

She looked at me. "Don't worry about it Lovely, I won't blame you for the mess I got you into. You've only been my ally and friend. You've helped me a lot and that's enough."

I stood up and hugged her tightly. I knew it was wrong not to tell the police the truth that I knew where she was, but I couldn't give up on Kaye because she was my best friend. I will try to do everything to convince her to change her mind. I can't blame her for being like this, she just loved too much. Knowing that she is a good person is just blinded by love.

Storm POV

"How was your driving lesson?" I asked Bea, we are currently eating dinner.

She looked at me and smiled. "It's fine, my mentor said I can learn quickly, so I can drive now."

"I'm so proud of you!" I said.

"Oh, you should be! I worked so hard for it. I was so scared on my first day, I thought I was going to die. The mentor you hired for me is so strict," she grumbled.

"To make it easier for you to learn, you need that so that if I don't drop you off or pick you up, you won't have to commute anymore," I said.

"Thank you so much baby, for everything you do. I owe you so much for that."

"You can pay me not using money, you know," I said.

She raised her eyebrows. "And what is it then?"

"Marry me," I said seriously.

She quickly hit me on the shoulder so I laughed. "You're fooling me around again,"

I looked at her seriously. "I'm serious Bea," I said.

"I know that and I'm willing but not yet."

I just shook my head and went back to eating again.

"But baby, I don't need a car," she promised with a sneer.

"Kiara gave that to you, don't tell me you're going to reject my sister's gift?" I said.

"Honestly, I'm still ashamed of her now because of what happened, even though we talked, I still can't help but think about it."

I held her hands. "Kiara is kind and you're both victims."

She smiled at me and we ate. We just talked about things, we didn't talk for almost a week. I admit that I'm mad at her for her decision to leave me, she can talk to me and tell me what's going on so that their lives would not be put in danger. Sometimes women are hasty in their decisions.

After we finished eating, I just drove her to their house. I want her to go home as safely as possible and Kaye hasn't been found yet, so it's hard to be complacent. Kiara indeed gave her a car, she said it was a gift, at first she didn't want to accept it but I forced her because my sister might sulk.

After we arrived at their house, I didn't go in because it was too late and I knew that Bea was tired too, so I didn't want to bother them anymore.

"I'll go ahead, baby," I said to her.

"Okay, be careful when driving, please," she said, which made me laugh.

"I know that, I can't die yet because we're still getting married." I tease her.

I saw the reddening of her face. "Go now so you can rest."

I just nodded and started my car again.
