Storm POV

Almost two weeks have passed and Beatrice still hasn't come in, I tried to call her but her phone seems to be switched off. I went to their house several times but she was not there. She can't leave without telling me because we're both okay and I don't remember anything that we fought about.

During the two weeks that I didn't see her I couldn't concentrate at work, I often went to the bar and drank because of frustration. She promised that she wouldn't leave me and she wouldn't do what I went through in my past but why now do I feel like it's happening?

I didn't know that she was the same as the woman I met, no different!

"Storm enough! Just go home if you're going to drink here in the office." Kaye said, for two weeks she was always here, no matter how many times I pushed her away, she still didn't budge.

"Kaye, can you just leave me alone?" I said emphatically.

"I won't let you stay like that. Storm, why don't you just accept that she left you?"

"Just like you did? Why don't you also understand that I don't want to see you here?" I said.

She sighed. "I'm not forcing myself on you anymore, I'm here as your friend Storm, I'm also worried about what's happening to you. You're neglecting your work, maybe she's not the right woman for you, look at what's happening, you're losing focus because of her. What if she realizes that she doesn't really love you and she just used you,"

"She's not that kind of woman, Kaye, I know her," I promise.

"You've only known each other for a year and a few months, how can you say that you know her? That she can't leave you. Where is she now? She's gone! She left without saying goodbye!"

"Shut up!" I shouted and threw the glass I was holding with only wine in it.

"S-storm!" she stuttered calling my name.

"Leave!" I said seriously.

"No, I'm not leaving here,"

"I said leave! Leave me alone!" I shouted at her loudly so she quickly left my office.

I sat down with my fist clenched. Bea can't leave me without saying anything. I need an answer as to why she did this to me because if she cheated on me she would regret meeting Storm Kyzer Alcantara.

I got a new glass again and then filled it with wine, knowing that I haven't been able to work properly for almost a few weeks but I don't care.

The door opened and I saw my sister. "Brother, what are you doing in your life? Look at yourself!" she snorted at me.

"Just let me do what I want, Kiara," I said.

"Why would I do that? I'm your sister so I care about you! What do you think you're doing to yourself? You're always hanging out at the bar drinking, when you're at home you're drinking too, right here at the office? You're neglecting your work!"

"I don't care! The company won't disappear even if I don't work!" I shouted at her, I didn't want to raise my voice at my sister but I couldn't help it. Why can't they understand that I'm hurting?

"Brother, I know you're not okay because of her, but don't neglect yourself. I know how brave you are and I'm just here, your sister. I won't leave you even if everyone abandons you,"

I sighed and didn't speak anymore. She sat next to me and then hugged me like a child.

"Please bring back my brother, it's been two weeks. If he left, let her. As you said, you didn't fight or she didn't tell you that she was leaving, it was her decision." she said calmly.

"No Kiara, I'll make sure I will find her no matter where she hides. I need to know why she left without saying goodbye, why she just left me." I said seriously.

"M-maybe it's because she doesn't love you? That's why she left because she couldn't tell you that? What if Kaye was right that she only used you, she only used us,"

"I don't know Kiara, if that was true she would have taken her mother with her but no, she left alone. I need to see her, she should make sure she has a good reason because now she will regret that she met me," I said emphatically.

"B-brother,"

"Stop it, Kiara, you can't force me to believe what you say. You also know Bea and I know you don't believe she can fool me. So I'll do anything just to see her,"

What I'm saying is true, I won't hesitate to forget my love for her if I find out that she only used me for her interest. I was not born in this world to be fooled. But I believe she can't do that to me. In almost a year that Bea and I have been together, I know if she is true to me, so I don't believe anything they tell me because I know the woman I love.

I know I can find her soon, I know if she has a reason and that's what I need to know. I can't just think about things especially with Bea because I know she can't hurt me.

We stayed like that for how many minutes, my sister didn't say anything and she just hugged me.
