Laura escorted Axel to the door and locked it behind her, She returned back to the house and slumped down on the car feeling occupied. She should probably talk to Vincent and see how things are actually going on with him.

There is one thing she knows, locking herself up in Tracy house isn't the best solution and she needs to return soon but Axel just made things complicated for her, she had to find the two warriors that worked for Lorenzo personally but how is going to do that when her appearance is not permitted in Silver pack.

Tracy walked in not quite long and gave her a glare. "Did you break the door with your power, look at it all messed already in the morning" She complained, she should have fixed it already but her mind skipped that.

"Sorry, just messing around" She lied, even though there was this strong urge to tell her everything probably she has a solution to her problem.

"It's great you've been practicing but don't destroy things okay?" Tracy made herself clear and I nodded.

"I'm just coming from the palace and you won't believe it" Tracy said, as she carry the bag you brought in to the mini dinning table.

"What happened?" Laura asked, curiously.

"Alpha Jacob threw Lorenzo in the prison" Tracy said.

"Oh, I know about that" Laura had said the word before I realized I have just exposed myself to her.

"What do you mean you knew?" Tracy asked.

"I..." I don't even know what to say so I just kept quiet.

"Did you sneak out?" She arched her brows at me suspiciously.

"Probably, but I swear no one saw me" She defended herself but Tracy wasn't buying it.

"You know how dangerous it is!" Tracy warned, completely wild at her.

"I'm sorry" She apologized, and Tracy just ignored her and went to her room.

Tracy knew Laura might put her in serious trouble one day and she won't survive it under Alpha Jacob.

Laura returned back to the basement as she prepared to try out some new trick she had learnt.

Her mind drifted off to Vincent again. How is he doing? She wondered.

"I'm perfectly, okay!. You should return things are crazy here" Vincent voice rang the bell in her heart.

"Crazy hell!! I told you to stay off my mind!" She cussed at him.

"You called me, And I'm glad you are still worried about me" Vincent replied.

"Okay, so can you go away I need to practice" She rolled her eye, even though he can't see her.

"Practice for what!" Vincent asked.

"Vincent, please just go away" She replied, stretching her arms and legs that seemed to have stiffened a bit.

"I will, can we meet?. It doesn't have to be in my palace, can you come see me at our usual spot, no one is going to know. I missed you and I'm lonely here without you, alot had happened and it's been a while, can you just give me an opportunity to see you again" He begged, Laura stopped she was doing and thought about it.

"It's too dangerous, I can't" She replied.

"I promise to protect you. I know you are with that old woman and I also have a lot to tell me if you can give me a chance to see you" He pleaded.

"Have you spying on me, Vincent!" She frowned.

"I missed you!" He defended.

"That's so uncalled for" Laura protested.

"I need to go now but, I will wait for you at the spot tomorrow by six in the evening. Bye, I love you" He said, and she shivered after his last word. As much as she wished to sit down now and think about Vincent the more trouble Laura knows she would get from Tracy so she just warned up and starts training.

Her Auras are strong and that's why she almost hurt Annabelle the other day but all thanks to Tracy and her twin sister from hell, she can now control them herself but if she ever lose control then it's over for her target. Del and Tracy had warned her severally on this matter and she nodded off but not completely sure it won't be used on people like Jessica, Vincent ex- wife that won't stay on her Lane.

She finished up practice and quickly rushed to have her bathe since Tracy ignored her completely like she doesn't exist. And for the first time since she got here, she washed her hair and made sure to apply extra shower gel while taken her bathe.

Probably, already agreed to Vincent but not her physically because she still wasn't going anywhere.

She unclad as she applied lotion on her soft skin and even dried her hair and packed it up to shorten the length from the back. When she was sure Tracy had gone to sleep, she strode to the mini dinning table and ate to her fill before she returned to the room to get her clothes.

"I shouldn't dress ugly, right!" She thought.

"So, you are going?" her wolf said, excitedly.

"I won't be there for a long time, so you don't have to get yourself worked up" She rolled her eye, as her eye caught a black gown she had grabbed while escaping.

She grabbed it and removed the hanger then drop it on the chair. She unclad and quickly put on the dress, then apply her lip gloss.

"This is craziest thing I've ever done" She chuckled while applying the gloss.

"I just pray that witch doesn't stop us" Her wolf added.

"Witches don't sleep at night" I laughed.

"This one does" Her wolf replied, and she bursted out laughing but stopped when she knew it could wake Tracy up. After she is done with her touch up, she stared at the mirror in the front of her and admired herself.

She picked the dress Incase she needs to rush back from the spot, a girlish gown won't fit that kind of meeting.

Vincent already left the palace after his clash with Alpha Maeve that won't stop bothering him about an alliance.

Brenda doesn't even like the idea at all even after finding out she was his mate. She loved Vincent and will always do so any mate should just stay away from her.He had mind linked Adam he is going on out and they can continue their conversation the next day since he doesn't know when he would be back.

He sat there eagerly waiting for Laura to show up but an hour's pass and she didn't, the next hours passed and still didn't show up. It getting dawned on him she was going to show up so he stood up ready to leave before he had some rattling from the West side of the bush.

"Sorry, I'm late" Laura appeared, panting heavily like she was been chased.

"Laura!" He rushed to her and hugged her tightly while She still tried to catch her breathe.

She hugged him back, after a while and they remained like that forever before he pulled away to see more of her face.

"You should have told me about your plans before leaving" Vincent said, as he grabbed her hands and caressed.

"I'm sorry for everything" She stated, and they both looking into each other eye with love, passion.

"About the rejection..." Vincent muttered, hoping she had because he wasn't going to repeat it.

"I'm sorry" She apologized.

"Are you saying, it was all a..."

"Can we not talk about it, I have limited time here" She interrupted

"Why don't you just come with me to the palace" He persuaded, but Laura wasn't prepared for that.

"I'm sorry, I can't. I have limited time here too" She explained, Vincent wasn't happy she turned him down but he is glad to meet her after all this days.

"I got something for you" He said, as dipped his hand into his pocket then brought it out clenched.

"What's that" She wondered.

"Guess" He said, and she cracked up.

"I don't like guessing" She tried to snatch his hands but he raised them up.

"Do you always have to be naughty!" He arched his brows at her making him look more handsome to Laura who just looked away shyly.

"This" He released his hand and silver shining necklace fell with only the hook holding it in his hand. It had their names customized on it.

"You made this" Laura stared at it closely admiring it and how their name was carved on it.

"Yes, let me put it on for you" He walked behind her and put the necklace round her neck, he had to push some hair off her neck to get a clearer view of the hook.

"Done" He walked to her front to see her admiring it.

"You like it?" He asked.

"I love it as much as I love you, it's beautiful" She said, without realizing she just spilled the word I love you to me.

"Did you just say, you love me" Vincent asked, with joy in his eye and it was then Laura realized what she had spilled out.

"Um, I meant the necklace and..." He didn't allow her finish her statement, she was grabbed by her waist and pulled them closer.

He leaned in gently till their lips touched and her eye closed immediately including Vincent. He started off with her lower lips and they kiss in sync until he wanted everything at once. Laura was overjoyed when he began to claim everything that it's especially her ass.
