I wrapped my hand around his arm as I said, "I'll have to take my phone from Beta Connor before we leave."

"Alright, by the way, he's also coming with us. The party would only be Alphas and Betas then some pack warriors for protection. We will be taking some warriors with us too." Alpha Clause replied to me as he led me towards his bedroom door.

"Okay." I replied to him as he pulled the door open when we reached it.

We made our way towards the stairs and walked down. I saw Beta Connor in the living room standing beside the couch as he talked with Brittany as soon as we stepped off the stairs. He turned to me when he heard us and stepped towards us as he stretched out my phone which was in his hand with a smile as he said, "Here is your phone, Luna."

I smiled back at him as I took it from him, "Thank you, Beta."

Brittney looked at me with narrowed eyes as anger showed on her face and it seemed that she didn't want me to talk to Beta Connor. I felt a bit irritated with her reaction because how dare she even get angry at me when I was Luna.

She looked at him as she took his hand, "Come on, Connor. Let's go."

I glanced at Alpha Clause as I asked him, "We're going with Britney too?"

He nodded as he replied, "Yes, Beta Connor asked me to let him bring her as his date to the fall bal."

I raised my brows in surprise, "Whoa! I guess Brittany is completely over you now and doesn't want to come between you and I."

Alpha Clause looked at me with a serious expression as he said, "She does not have a choice. She can't come between us, she wouldn't dare, so she must let go of her feelings for me or whatever it is that she has for me."

"I'm glad to hear that." I replied as my lips stretched into a smile.

"Me too, baby. Let's get going now." He said as he leaned closer and brushed his lips against my forehead.

He leaned back as his alluring dark eyes captured my brown ones. I felt my heart race at the intensity of his stare and I smiled at him as I replied, "Okay, let's get going."

We started towards the door and some of the pack members that were in the living room which were the warriors followed us out of the pack house. I assumed that they were warriors since I wasn't sure who has which rank as I was just made Luna two days ago. We walked out of the house and made our way to the parking lot where there were several cars. Alpha Sloan led me to a Black Lamborghini and I couldn't help, but grin as I exclaimed, "Oh my! This car is so sexy."

Alpha Clause chuckled in his velvety deep voice as he looked at me, "You think this car is sexy? Just wait until you see my Mustang yet."

I raised my brows as I said, "I would love to see it, it will probably be just as sexy."

He nodded, looking pleased that I was gushing over his cars, "Alright, I will show you tomorrow. The chauffeur usually drives me, but I want to drive tonight because I want to be close to you and I don't want extra company."

I felt my smile widened into a large grin as my heart raced and I wondered what he actually meant. He made his way to the passenger seat door open and pulled it open as he glanced at me, "Get in, baby."

I smiled at him as I climbed into the car and his lips tugged up into smile as he staredat me. He closed the door for me and walked around the car to get into the driver's side. We started driving out of the parking lot and onto the road. He grinned as he glanced at me, "So tell me what else have you heard about me as one of the Five?"

My smile widened as I replied, "But I already told you."

He hummed and nodded as his hand grip the steering wheel and his eyes stayed on the road, "Yes, I know that, but I want to know more."

I felt amused as I said, "Well there isn't more, but I have heard a lot about you and the Five, especially you. You are very well admired by all the wolves, especially the she wolves. You're also very much desired by them and both genders look up to you."

He looked pleased with my answer and he said, "Then they must be talking about you too now. I wonder what they are saying."

I nodded as I thought about it too, "I would like to know what they are saying about me too now that I am mated to you and became their your Luna, well this part of the world's Luna anyway."

"You're still all werewolves' Luna just like I'm all of their Alpha."

His words made me smile and we continued talking throughout the ride. As soon as we arrived, I knew that because the place where the Fall ball was taking place was at the town hall which was very large and packed with important werewolves. Flashy cars were packed in front of it and there were several lights on the double doors and around the building. Classical music could be heard as it played inside the hall. Excitement coursed through me as I saw all this.

Alpha Clause killed the engine and glanced at me with a smile on his lips before pushing his door open and climbing out of the car. I turned to my door too and opened it then climbed out. As I shut the door, I saw Alpha Clause walking around the car as he approached me. His lips tugged up into a smile as his captivating dark eyes captured my light brown ones. I felt my face heat up in a small blush at the intensity of his stare.
