“But you had to let me know Ryan, I did everything for him, you know it more than anyone. Just why?” Her cries made my heart tightened.

“Julianna I’m sorry” I finally found the way to apologize. I know I was wrong because I hid everything from her but I just did it because I didn’t want to hurt her.

“Alright” she nodded at me and left. Another problem is here. Shit.. everything because of this Mark.

“You made her upset when she was fucking pregnant, you better pray that anything shouldn’t happen to my baby and her because of her emotions” I said calmly and stood up. Without caring Mark I went to Julianna’s room and saw she was laying on the bed while looking at the ceiling.

“Julianna” I slowly walked towards her, she looked at me and sighed. I climbed onto the bed and laid beside her and caressed her hair.

“What happened to him?” She asked me while holding her tears back. There’s no point of hiding the truth now.

“According to someone’s plan he was killed.” I kissed her forehead and said.

“Why? Who? He never did anything wrong to anyone” Julianna buried her face against my chest and sobbed.

“It was probably the same man who kidnapped both of you years ago.” She didn’t say anything and just continued crying.

“Don’t cry Julianna, sleep now.” I hugged her to sleep as her breaths slowly became calm. After Julianna was asleep I got up from the bed and walked out of the room. I went to their garden and looked around. I remembered everything that happened in the past.

“What are you doing?” I heard Mark’s voice and I turned back to see him. He was looking at me while raising his brows. I sighed and looked away from him because I didn’t want to fight again.

“Nothing” I spoke and sat down on the bench.

“How did Marianna become your surrogate?” He asked, I looked at him. It’s useless to tell lies now.

“Grandma found her and I did what I was asked to do” I simply said as his jaws unintentionally clenched. I can understand the pain inside of his heart because he loved her and cherished her like no brother would ever do to his sister.

“Can’t you find from her what happened back then?” Suddenly Mark asked.

“I tried for years but gained nothing” Before I went to the military I asked about it from grandma but the thing she said was I don’t know and she didn’t do anything.

“But I know she knew something” I said as Mark sat next to me.

“There’s no evidence found about anything because everyone was killed related to this matter. Especially dad’s murders” I could clearly hear his broken voice. Of course, he should be heartbroken because his family ruined within a blink.

“One man remaining, maybe he knows something. That man was one of the men that kidnapped Julianna and Noah” I looked at him and said.

“Where?” he asked me with an impatience filled voice. I sighed and explained what Chris found and told me that day.

“We will be able to find out about everything if we catch him” Mark let out a deep sigh and look at me. Of course we would be able to but I don’t know how hurtful truth can be.

“I’m going tomorrow” What the hell?

“Mark, you know it is dangerous to go alone and find that man.. We know that they are not that easy” I sighed

“Who said I’m going alone? You’re fucking going with me Ryan. You fucking married my sister and forcefully became my brother-in-law so you better come with me” Forceful became his brother-in-law? What the hell?

“I didn’t become your brother-in-law forcefully. I was always and Julianna was mine” I looked away from his fucking annoying face and said because I was really pissed off.

“We’re going tomorrow and take your son here and let him stay with Marianna until we come back and you better go and sleep in the guest's room don’t you dare to touch her” He stood up from the bench and frowned at me.

“I’m sleeping with her. She’s already pregnant, what more do I have to touch?” I smirked at him and stood up from the bench. I looked at his face and found he was really furious so before he could react I walked past him.

“I’m going to take Noel now” I said as I walked out of their courtyard and got into my car. After I came home I went to Noel’s room and grabbed a few suits for him and packed them. After I was done I wrote a little note for uncle Haden and placed it on Noel’s table.

I looked at Noel and saw he was in a deep sleep so without waking him up I carried him to my car and placed him on the backseat safely and drove Mark’s house. As I entered the courtyard I saw Mark was still there.

“Sleeping?” He asked me as I carried Noel out of the car. I nodded at him as she caressed Noel’s cheek.

“I found Noah’s pictures. Both of them are alike” Mark spoke with both a hurt and happy tone.

“I’m going to sleep. Ask Chris to come with us” I nodded at him and took Noel into Julianna’s room and placed him next to her. As soon as I placed him on the bed he rolled into Julianna’s embrace. This guy.

~ Julianna ~

I woke up in the morning and I felt someone was hugging me. Of course it should be Ryan. I opened my eyes and looked at the little hand but to my surprise it wasn’t Ryan it was my little prince. When did he come? I sat up and looked at Noel who was peacefully sleeping. I didn’t want to wake him up so I slowly got up from the bed.

“Mommy” I stopped as I heard his sleepy voice.

“Mommy is here baby, sleep” I kissed his forehead and covered him with the quilt.

“MOMMY YOU’RE HERE” Suddenly Noel snapped, opened his eyes and shouted. I smiled at him and kissed his cheek.

“Yeah, mommy is here” Noel nodded at me and at the same time Ryan came into the room.

“Daddy, you’re here” Noel smiled brightly at Ryan and raised his arms. Ryan walked towards the bed and lifted him up.

“Noel stay here with mommy for a few days. Daddy has to go to a business” I looked at Ryan and my heart suddenly felt uncomfortable because of his words.

“Where are you going? What business?” I asked him as he looked at me and smiled.
