Iqmat was in her bedroom, sitting on the bed and with laptop on her laps. She supported the laptop with pillow and working seriously on it; her bedroom was so cleaned, tired up and looking so beautiful. She on the television and a movie was displaying on it but she didn’t pay attention to it, just keeps working.

Few minute later. Iqmat closed the laptop, put it and the pillow down on the bed at her left hand side and got down from the bed. She wore a brown slippers on the floor beside the bed, and going out of the room. She opened the door, and closed it back as she stepped out to the corridor.

She was walking along the corridor and going downstairs; she got to the staircases and started climbing the staircase down. She got down to the living room, and going to the kitchen. She was the only one that was at home with the maid; her father had went to work and her mother, and Ashar’s mother too went out on the wedding preparation.

“Good morning Ma, what do you want Ma?” The maid that was in the kitchen asked as Iqmat entered the kitchen, and stopped what she was doing.

“I just want to get tea!” She replied with low voice and took a mug on the table.

“Let me make it for you Ma------“The maid said, took a towel and cleaning her hand.

“No! Never mind, I will make it by myself!” She said with low voice, and passed beside the maid.

“As you said Ma!” She said with low voice and continued with the vegetables that she was cooking, and Iqmat started making the tea.

After pouring beverages inside the cup, she opened the dispenser water and pouring hot water inside the mug. She closed the dispenser water, used the spoon inside the mug to mix the beverages and the water together and leaving the kitchen. She got down to the living room and going upstairs back with the mug in her hand.

Sound of the door opened after some minutes; Iqmat entered into her bedroom and closed the door from behind. She put the tea on bedside locker at her left hand side, she laid down on the bed and wants to continue with her work when her phone started ringing. She took the phone side her on the bed, it was Suleiman that was calling and she picked.

“Hello big head! You just have time to return back my call!” Iqmat said as she picked the call, and looking at each other on a video call.

“Sorry for that sis, I have been busy!” Suleiman was walking along the street.

“Where are you going to, that you are dressing like this? Where are you going to?” Iqmat asked with low voice and looking at him.

“Just want to get something from the mall Sis”

“And you are dressing like this, I don’t really understand your dressing” Suleiman laughed loudly.

“This is how we dress, I am into music now Sis” Suleiman said with laughed.

“Hmm! If it’s here in African, they will have pack you with mad people before the check your background and know that you are fine, that nothing happen to you”

“Sis!” Suleiman said as he busted in a loud laughed.

“Am serious! Well, call father now and let him know when you are coming home” Iqmat said.

“But I don’t tell you that I am coming now, so why are you asking me to call him” Suleiman said with serious look.

“You have to come, so that he will stop disturbing me. Just forced me to see the board of director last week and you that, please come home”

“We have talk about this Sis, It can’t be possible. I can’t leave my work, I am a music producer here”

“Be the CEO doesn’t mean that you should not have time to your music career. Even Nigeria is a ‘place of entertainment’ you will blow here as a music producer than there” Iqmat drank from the tea and put it down back.

“Sis! Sis!! I don’t know why you are disturbing me on this, you are there now so handle it” Suleiman said with loud voice.

“It look like I am begging you now right, let see maybe after the wedding you will come home or you won’t” Iqmat said with loud voice.

“Why will I? What is going to happen after the wedding?” Suleiman entered into the mall.

“You know about Daddy’s health and he need a rest right, so soon he is going to step down as the CEO. Also after the wedding I am going back to California, so let see maybe you will come home or you won’t”

“I still don’t understand Sis, going back to California, how is that possible? Are you going to leave your husband in Nigeria and go to California? How is that possible, who does that?”

“You shouldn’t worry about that, I have my plan. Just tell you” Iqmat said with low voice.

“Plan! And it’s you and Ashar that are planning that because I don’t get; does Ashar going to leave his father’s company and the post of CEO and follow you to California”

“You shouldn’t worry about that!” Iqmat said with smile.

“Hey! Listen, don’t tell mummy or Daddy about this at all. They mustn’t know anything about this plan, I just told you to know that you don’t have any choice and you should start preparing yourself. After the wedding they will be knowing what is really going on” Iqmat said with low voice and looking at Suleiman dropping some items inside the basket.

“I won’t tell them. I don’t know your plan, but I want you to rethink on it. Because it’s not possible to leave your husband in Nigeria and you will go back to California, and also it’s not possible for Ashar to leave his father’s company and go with you to California----“Suleiman said with low voice.

“You shouldn’t worry about that! Some people are going to happy on this” Iqmat smiled.

“Well! Just be careful sis and rethink it as well” Iqmat looked up and breathe in as he said so.

“Sis! Your wedding is not far again oh, it’s like its close now” Suleiman asked and Iqmat smile.

“Yes! It’s remain three weeks now, so happy for that!” She said with smile.

“Three weeks, seriously!” Walking around the mall.

“Yes now, so start planning yourself on how to come home!” Iqmat said with loud voice.

“Please Sis, come out with your plan first and then I will know what to do” Suleiman said.

“Okay! It’s you and father that will be handle that after wedding, then you will know what to do” Iqmat said with loud voice.

“Alright Sis! I will have to go now, later Ma. Love you!”

“Okay now, love you too big head!” Iqmat said with smiles and hanged up from the call. Iqmat mood changed as she hanged up, holding the phone with her two hands and thinking.

“Nothing to do than to execute this plan, I pray I don’t lose from the both side” She breathe in and thinking deeply.

Somia’s uncle came out from his small office downstairs and got down to the living room, he took the remote control on the table and sat down on the chair. Yusufar’s mother was in the dining room with a maid and setting table for her husband.

“Where is Yusufar?” Somia’s uncle asked with loud voice from where he was sitting.

“In his bedroom Sir!” The maid replied back with low voice.

“Go and call him for me, tell him that I want to see him!”

“Alright Sir!” The maid said, left the dining room and going upstairs.

Yusufar was in his bedroom, laying on the bed and watching movie. He was a vest and a short trouser, put his laptop and his phone beside him as usual. Since from that day that his father had ordered his boys to shoot him, he hasn’t set his eye on him or talk.

“Who is there? Just come in!” He said with loud voice as he heard a knock at the door, the maid opened the door and entered.

“Well done Sir! Dad want to see you downstairs now Sir” She said with low voice and standing at the entrance.

“Tell him that I don’t want to see him, I don’t want to talk to him” Yusufar said with loud voice.

“But Sir, he is waiting for-----“

“Obey my words, and go and tell him that now!” Yusufar shouted and the maid left.

The maid climbed the staircase down to the living room, and standing beside Somia’s uncle.

“He said that he is busy for now!” She said with low voice.

“What is he doing?” The maid didn’t know what to say just looking on the floor.

“I said, what is he doing when you get there?” He asked with loud voice.

“He is watching movie Sir!” The maid said with low voice.

“And he said that he is busy, busy with what exactly?”

“You know what, go and tell him that I am calling him!” His mother said with low voice from the dining room.

“Alright Ma!” The maid said with low voice and left, going upstairs back.

Few minutes later, she and Yusufar showed up from the corridor and climbing the staircase down. Yusufar ignored his father as he got down, didn’t even greet him just faced his mother.

“Mother! I am here, you called me-----“

“I am the one that called you, so do the right thing” His father said with low voice. Yusufar had known, turned back and standing at the front of his father with bad look.

“And what is Father?” He asked with loud voice.

“Is that how to behave to your father, have you see me this morning? Even for week now” Yusufar didn’t utter a word just looking at him.

“Hmm! Well what I called you for is that, three days’ time is my swear in as APD&D party chairman. So after I will be busy, so now I think it’s time you joined me at the company. Teach you all what you have to know and later I will leave one of the company for you”

“So Starting from next week, we will be going to work together”

“But last time I checked, you are not the one that called me home. I came home because of my own reason, so I have nothing to do with you, Father!” He said with loud voice.

“You know what makes you to join politics, you have your reason for be greed and took over someone else’s property with your. So bury it alone father!”

“Watch your mouth and stop be rude to your father!” He said with low voice.

“Oh! Father, I am not the only one you gave birth to, so call one of your child. I have nothing to do with you, Father!” He said with loud voice and wants to walk out.

“Don’t walk out of me, Son! If not you will regret it and I know who I am” His father said with anger and with loud voice.

“Order your boys to kill me, or turn me to a handicap right?” Yusufar said with loud voice but his father was just looking at him with smile.

“That is what you can do, but I don’t care. Call your first son if you need anybody, I don’t want to have anything to do with you, Father!” He said with loud voice and walking out.

“Be careful Son, I can do and undo. Don’t try me Son!” He said with smiles, got up and going to the dining room to eat. Yusufar climbing the staircase upstairs and didn’t care.

His mother followed him after minutes and going upstairs to meet him. She opened the door and entered into his room.

“Are you here to judge me on my behavior toward your husband, Mom?” Yusufar asked with low voice and sitting on the bed.

“No! I am here to tell you to be very careful, your father is deadly!” His mother said with low voice.

“I don’t want you to join him in the company now, because of his bad behavior. Maybe after his death, you can but still you have to be careful. Please son, your father is deadly!”

“And that is why I have to be brave as well, don’t be a coward!”

“If you meet a lion in a jungle, you too need to act as a brave animal if not you will end up as it meat!” Yusufar said with loud voice and looked at his mother.

“Don’t worry Mom! Nothing is going to happen to your son, I and father are both lions and it’s forbidden for lion to eat lion!” He laughed at his mother and continued watching his movie.
