TIA POV
I still can’t believe Naomi turned out to be Andrew’s cousin and was the one who abducted mom after all.
I’m pretty sure she will live the rest of her life with regrets and pain of not learning about her mom.
As much as she has done unpleasant things towards Andrew and his family, I still feel pity for her for the pains she will go through in jail.
I just wish she would be given a second chance to experience a mother’s love from her aunt. Andrew’s mom is indeed a rare gem. She overlooked all the pain her niece caused to her family and still wants her back into her life. Isn’t that the greatest love of all? I wonder if they’re still such people like her in this world.
I set all the dishes on the tray to take to ma’am Sarah in her room to eat and rest for a while.
“Sally, could you help me with the coffee and orange juice?” I asked one of the maids that helped me out in cooking.
“Sure ma’am.” She beamed and placed the coffee and orange juice on a tray as we both strolled to the stairs.
We were just on the way to ma’am Sarah’s room when Mr Walton approached us with a warm smile.
“I was just coming to get the meal for her. Give it to me dear, I’ll take it from here.” He stated, stretching his hands to take the tray from me.
“You don’t have to stress yourself dad. I’ll take it to her.”
“Since you insist, I'll abide by it. Let go dear.” He smiled and gestured to the maid and I to move first while he trails behind us.
We got inside the room and found ma’am Sarah on the bed while Andrew sitting on the bed side with her.
Andrew gave me a dirty wink which made me blush as I walked towards them and dropped the tray on the nightstand before taking the other tray from the maid.
“How are you feeling mom?” I inquired as Andrew helped her rest her back on the pillow.
“I’m okay Tia darling.”
“I made you this coffee to make you feel better.” I said, handing the cup of coffee to her.
“Thanks darling.” She smiled and took the coffee.
“We’ll leave you to have your meal and get some rest before we visit Susan at the hospital.” Andrew said and stood up.
“Okay son. She really regrets her actions and seeks you and Tia’s forgiveness.”
“Let’s talk about it later mom.”
“If you say so.” She said and smiled at me.
“Let me feed you my queen.” Mr Walton announced and sat right next to her.
“How sweet of you, sweetheart. You’re really the best thing that has ever happened to me.”
“Enough with the words, my love. You need to eat and get a lot of rest like the doctor said.”
“I guess my wife and I will leave you both to carry on with your romance. My wife and I want to have our own moment as well.” Andrew uttered and grabbed my hand to leave as we both heard ma’am Sarah and her husband laughing.
What was he thinking when he said those words out loud to them? I really feel embarrassed right now.
ANDREW POV
I kept holding hands with her until we arrived at my bedroom before letting go of her hands.
“I’m so shy right now, darling. Why did you have to say those words in their presence?” She said holding her cheeks in such a funny way.
“I got moved by their advances between each other which is why I did that. Moreover, you don’t have to be shy over it. I do mean the words I said.” I smirked.
“Why do I feel there’s something else with that look on your face?” She asked curiously and tried to move away from me.
“Where are you planning to run to, Mrs Walton?” I asked, grabbing her waist with my arms.
“You don’t really mean you’re in the mood with that look, right?” She chuckled.
“What’s wrong wifey? Are you shy to do it here?”
“You can’t possibly be thinking about that when your mom just got back.”
“I don’t see anything wrong in that when she’s with her man in their bedroom. Or are you not interested in me anymore?” I frowned.
“No. I mean that’s not actually what I was thinking. I just feel it a bit odd.”
“You’re full of excuses when it comes to love making, my love. Why is that or are you afraid I’ll hurt you?”
“I’m not afraid of that. I just feel someone might hear our voice.”
“You mean your moans, right?” I grinned.
“Why do you always do that? You’re making me feel really shy.”
“That’s because you always amaze me with everything you do. You’re really the apple of my eyes and I cherish you so much.”
“I cherish you as much as you do for me and you will always be the only man before my heart.” She admitted as I lean in closer to her face to capture her lips when the door suddenly opens.
We quickly pulled away from each other as Tia covered her face with her hands while the moment spoiler Mike kept smiling.
“Wow! I’m sorry for interrupting such an intense moment between you too. Please carry on. I’ll just pretend I didn’t see a thing.” He chuckled.
“Couldn’t you have knocked before barging in and spoiling our moment?”
“Sorry bro. I thought you were alone but it turned out you both were trying to do something mischievous.”
“Get the hell out Mikey before I lose it.” I snarled.
“Yeah sure. I can always come back when you both are done with whatever you’re trying to do.” He smirked and shut the door before him.
I can’t believe he spoiled everything for me. It was really hard to get her to accept in the first place and now he just ruined everything.
“I’m sorry about that, my love. Let's forget about him and continue with what you’re about to do.” I tried convincing her.
“I feel so shy right now. I don’t think I’ll be able to face him throughout today.”
“Just forget about him and focus on me. You’re mine to tame and mine alone.” I said, taking her hands off her face and gave her a light smile before capturing her lips with mine.
