MRS WALTON POV

"Susan, are you alright?" I asked, placing her on my laps as her breath was a bit slow.

"I'm alright." She smiled as I tried to pull her up but felt a liquid substance on my hand only to see it was her blood.

"You got shot, dear."

"It's fine. I'm glad it wasn't you. I would never have forgiven myself." She coughed.

"Don't say any word dear. I'm really sorry you had to be the one that got shot. But don't worry we're going to leave this place together."

"I don't think I can make it. You have to go without me. I'm so happy I had to save someone for the first time."

“No, darling we’re in this together. I can’t leave you behind.”

“Aunt, please. You have to go. I’m sure I will be fine. Andrew and your husband really need you more than anything.”

“But I need you Susan. I can't leave without you. Your husband is also waiting for your return as well. I can’t and won’t leave you behind.” I affirmed as she smiled with tears streaming down my eyes.”

“I have never seen such love from a total stranger that feels like a mother’s love. I never got to know or receive a mother’s love from my mom but now I know what and how it feels like to receive such love. Thanks for everything aunt. I promise to stay alive to receive such love again from you.”

“Oh my dear! Every child feels like a mother’s child and that’s why people call us, special beings.”

“Then do me the favor by saving yourself first as your child.”

“Okay darling but I promise I will come back for you once I find help.”

“I’ll be right here waiting for you.” She gave me a sweet smile which I couldn’t help but let the tears I was holding back stream down my cheeks.

I really don’t like how things are about to end but I have to stay strong and go find help to save her. She just has to hang on a bit so I can go find help from someone.

The little time I spent with her made me understand how she really needs a mother’s love. I wish someone will come save us before the hit man finds us.

“There you bitches are!” We heard the hit man’s moves afar.

“Go aunt! Go find help while I hold him down.” She yelled as I helped her lay still by a tree.

“I will come back for you darling. I promise.” I vowed and pecked on the forehead before running away before the hit man finds me.

ANDREW POV

We heard a gunshot few meters away from the spot we parked as I felt my heart rate increase from its normal rate in fear.

I won’t spare Naomi if anything happens to my mom even if it’s a little scratch on her body.

After five minutes, the car pulled to a stop a short distance from where the gunshot was heard.

“I need three men while the rest stay behind and keep me posted on when you find anything suspicious.”

“Frank stay back with them while we go find my mom.”

“I’m sorry sir but you also need to stay back with them. It’s too risky to take you with us, sir.”

“I have to go along as well to see what condition my mom is.”

“Sir, it’s our responsibility to save her and taking you will us might be a risk for us. Please sir allow us handle this on our own. Dean and Peter will watch over you both until our return.”

“My words still stand the same except if you want me to call your boss and ask for his permission.”

“That won’t be necessary sir. You can come with us but please stay closely to us.”

“I thought as much.”

“Stay right behind me sir. Let go men.” Agent Ronny uttered as I got to his back as we all moved into the forest leaving Frank and two other agents inside the van.

We walked a bit and head voices coming through the west as we quietly followed the sound and eventually found a man with a gun and a woman who I can’t really see her face lying on a tree.

“Where did the second bitch go?” He yelled to the woman pointing the gun in her face as agent Ronny gave two of his team the signal to attack while we stay back.

How dare the son of a bitch call my mom a bitch!

“Drop your gun down and turn around or I will blow your head off right here and right now.” One of the agents revealed himself out pointing his sniper at the man as he dropped the gun down and went on his knees.

“You can come out boss.” The second agent uttered as we came out of hiding as only to see it was Susan who was breathing slowly.

“Susan!” I called out in shock as her condition looks really bad.

“Do you know her sir?” Agent Ronny asked.

"She's my business associate's wife."

"Madam, where is the other victim, Mrs Walton."

"She has escaped. She took that path." She replied in a slow voice pointing towards the east.

"You're safe madam. Help her up." Agent Ronny ordered the female agent as she walked over to help her.

“She had been shot boss. Also she's running out on blood.”

“Shit! We should have been a bit early. Administer the first aid to her and Lex call in the agency ambulance and send them our location and help the victim back to the van while we Mrs Walton.”

“Okay boss.” They both responded and helped Susan to the van.

“Where is your boss?” Agent Ronny asked the man but he only smirked and spit on the floor.

“Wrong answer.” The second agent with agent Ronny said and shot the man in his left leg.

“Oohhh fuccckkk… Why did you fucking shot me?” He yelled.

“I will shot you again if you give a wrong answer. Who do you work for?”

“Fine! I work for Naomi Philips, the CEO of Starlight Company.”

“You see, that was easy. You should have said so earlier but anyway you deserve it.” The second agent said with a grin on his face.

“Where is she and where is your hideout?”

“She must be in the abandoned mansion where we had kept the victims hostage.”

"Take us there and don't even try to act smart or I'll blow off your head." The second agent warned him.

He got up quietly and head towards the south as we trail after him.

Heaven knows what I will do to Naomi for what she's done for keeping my mom hostage.
