MRS WALTON POV

His face was totally priceless when his dad said the words which I’ve been waiting to say.

I know sooner or later he will fall head over heels in love with her. He’s just putting on a hard face and attitude with the impression Naomi made him believe about her.

I need to tell Tia who Naomi was to our family and why Andrew became cold hearted after she betrayed the family.

“Don’t they make a perfect couple?” My husband asked as Andrew and Tia left the ward to have their wedding night.

I just hope he gets to be nice to Tia. I won’t be able to forgive myself if Andrew doesn’t give Tia the respect she deserves as his wife. I shouldn’t have forced her into marrying my cold hearted son but I know potential in her to change his attitude.

“I know my love.” I smiled as I sat close to him on the bed.

“If you hadn't told me about him getting married, I wouldn’t have regained consciousness.”

“I knew you had always wished he would settle down and create his own family so I had to talk sense into him into bringing the woman he has been hiding away from us.” I lied to him since the deed has already been done.

I know it's really a bad thing lying to him but he just regained consciousness and telling him we arranged a contract marriage for Andrew will only endanger his life again which I can’t afford to risk at the moment.

“That’s right, my world. I knew he had someone he loves but didn’t want to make it known to us.”

“I’m just happy you’re finally with us again.”

“Yes, my world. I just felt hurt and betrayed that Naomi could do such a thing to us after all we have done for her.”

“She's already our past, let's forget she ever existed to us. Let’s talk about us. Do you know how long I waited to stare into this pair of dashing eyes and how long I’ve yearned for your warmth?” I asked, smoothing his chest.

“I know honey and it must have been the toughest time of your life. I’m so sorry to have left you that way.”

“Shhh… It’s all gone now. I’m just glad you’re finally back to me. I’ve really missed you so much.” I confessed, staring at his eyes.

“I miss you too, Sarah.” He replied, caressing my face with his hands.

“Promise me, you won’t leave me like that again.”

“I promise you, my queen.” He vowed and pulled me into a warm hug.

TIA POV

The moment we got into the car, Andrew strangled me by the neck as I held on to his hand in pain.

“Didn’t I warn you never to go beyond your limits?”

“Please, let go of my neck. You’re hurting me.” I managed to say.

“Let me make this very clear to you. There’s nothing that will never happen between us and will never be. I hope you get that into your head.” He stated and let go of my neck as I kept coughing.

I never planned for any of these. Wasn’t my response better than letting his father get to learn the arranged wedding?

“If you ever repeat such a thing again, you won’t be able to leave another moment on the earth.” He threatened and got out of the car as the tears I kept holding back streamed down my cheek.

Isn’t my life just a living misery now? God, I can’t really bear all these in one day.

After some couple of minutes the chauffeur and one of the bodyguards got into the car.

“Ma’am, sir instructed us to take you back to the mansion.”

“Okay.” I responded, sniffing back my tears.

Minutes later, we arrived in the mansion as I stepped out of the car and found my way inside.

I got to my room and hopped on the bed crying myself to sleep.

ANDREW POV

I made sure they were far ahead before getting into the car and instructing the chauffeur to head in the direction of the company to join Frank and two other board members waiting for me.

I don't know what came over me to have grabbed her by the neck. I didn't mean to do it. I just wanted to make her know her place before she tries to act like she's the woman of the house.

She has no place in my heart and never will she. Once dad recovers quickly, I will file for divorce and give her $10000 as planned while we go our different ways like we never met or knew each other.

After the long journey, we arrived at the company and found Frank and two of the broad members standing outside.

"What happened sir? You said you're on your way the last time I reached out to you which is over an hour and thirty minutes?" Frank said as we all headed inside the company.

"Dad has regained consciousness. How much time do we have left?"

"Finally! Congratulations sir."

"I don't need compliments. I need an answer to my question."

"I'm sorry sir. We just have a few minutes to get to the airport."

"Okay." I responded as we stepped inside the elevator going for the terrace where the helicopter directly to the airport.

We got to the terrace and got into the helicopter before the pilot took off to the airport.

MORNING

I got dressed early since the investors insisted the meeting should be shifted this morning.

I finally got out of my hotel room and found Frank and the broad members waiting by the door.

"Good morning sir." They chirped.

"Good morning." I mumbled as we all headed to the VIP reserve for the meeting.

We arrived at the reserve and met three of the investors who were at the round table as we joined them and exchanged pleasantries.

"You're Andrew Walton, right?" One of them asked.

"Yes, I am."

"So, let's get straight to the point. There's another company that's going to be involved with us."

"That wasn't part of the agreement until now."

"Yes, Andrew and we sincerely apologize about that."

"The Starlight Enterprise is really a successful company and would do just well with your company, Andrew." The second man uttered.

"What did you just call the company?" I asked to be sure of what I heard.

They can't possibly be serious to have involved that lowlife bitch's company with my own hard earned success.

"The Starlight Enterprise. Are you not aware of that successful company that got so popular in less than five months?"

"If I knew there would be a change in the contract deal. I wouldn't have made myself available just to receive such humiliation today."

"What do you mean Andrew?" The first man questioned.

"My company can't ever and will never join forces with that company."

"Why are you saying such words Andrew? This deal involves a lot of money and fame."

"I have got the fame and the money so the deal is off from my side." I stated and got on my foot to leave when the last man's words stopped me.

"What's your relationship between that company you're not telling us?"

"It's best that it remains unknown to all of you. I can't accept the deal if that company will be involved." I declared and stormed out in rage.

Never will I partner with the company that was built through theft and scandals.
