She opened her closet to choose clothes, she would be breaking all ties with her father today. So she chose a black gown, like she was going to a funeral.

Sherry felt a little panic.
She felt nervous, this was the first time she was organizing a press conference and facing a lot of reporters.
She knew she couldn't say she didn't want to go anymore because she already said she would do it. People would think she was a coward and believed that she really abandoned her father.
There was tension in her heart.
She sighed and put her earphones on, she started playing her favorite song.
The song was actually interesting and it made her calm down a lot.

Sherry looked out of the window, she could already see the reporters outside flashing their camera rapidly at the car even though she was not out of the car yet.
David came down from the car and opened the car door for her, Sherry walked out of the car, she smiled at the reporters elegantly and politely.
"Miss Sherry, Are you here to admit that you abandoned your father after getting married to Mr Tony?"
"Miss Sherry, is it true you like seducing men?"
Sherry just smiled without replying, she walked towards the hall without stopping.
Everything would be revealed in a few minutes so she doesn't have to say anything.

Bryan sat down inside his office with a stick of cigarettes on his lip.
In front of him were videos and evidence about Sherry's father and all the sufferings she suffered.
His heart ached for her after he finished watching some of the videos, it was from the footage.
He threw away his cigarette after taking the light there off, he dialed a number from the phone inside his office.
"Come inside my office now" He said and hung up.
Few minutes later, a knock was heard on his door.

The door opened, and Clinton , his secretary, walked into the office.
"Boss," He said.
Bryan put the documents in front of him, "Take this to the press conference" He said.
"Yes Boss" Clinton said and took the documents from the table, he turned around to leave the office.
"Wait!" Bryan stopped him.
Clinton turned around and looked at him for further instruction, "Boss?" He said,
"Use it as a surprise for her," He added after thinking for some time.
She doesn't know that he asked someone to investigate it and look for evidence last night. She was on her own there with no evidence.
Clinton nodded without question, "Yes Boss" He said and walked out of his office.

Sherry stood in front of the reporters, She stood with a microphone on her head.
"You can ask your questions now," She said.
First reporter: Is Mr Paul your father?
"Yes before, but he is not anymore" Sherry shrugged.
The hall turned into uproar because of her reply but Sherry was still calm and composed.
Reporter 2 : So you are admitting that you abandoned him after getting married to Mr Tony?"
"No it is actually the other way round, he abandoned us instead " Sherry replied.
"Do you have evidence?" A reporter asked aggressively.
"No but…" Sherry started but she was interrupted by the reporter again.
"So you don't have evidence and want people to believe what you claim to be true?" He asked with a hint of malice.
Sherry noticed that the reporter was targeting her, she was not a fool and noticed it. He was also the one who asked her if it was true that she seduces men. She understood that someone asked him to do it.
But she was confused about who the person was.
"Who sent you?" Sherry asked the reporter coldly.
The reporter smirked coldly, "Miss Sherry, what do you mean by your question?" He asked with an innocent face.
"Why do you keep targeting me?" She asked straightforwardly.
"Miss Sherry, no one sent me, I'm just doing my job as a reporter. I pity your father only. He is a poor man who was abandoned by his daughter and he is very pitiful" The reporter said.
Sherry smiled coldly, she would be a fool if she believed a word he said.
The television inside the hall suddenly lit up, startling everyone inside the hall.
