She logged off her social media so she wouldn't faint from anger.

She walked into the bathroom and sat down inside the bathtub for an hour and thirty minutes. Her thoughts were wandering. She knew she couldn't just say things and expect people to believe her immediately. She would need evidence before people would be willing to believe.

Thinking about it now, she felt that she was too rash. She actually decided to organize a press conference tomorrow. She didn't even know whether she would be able to get witnesses. She was not even sure if they were still alive. She sighed and got out of the bathtub.

She put on her pajamas that she already brought in when she was going to the bathroom. She walked out of the bathroom.

She blinked in surprise when she saw Bryan sitting down on the bed, he was reading some documents, he didn't raise his head and looked at her when she walked in.

Sherry pursues her lips, she blinks to prevent the tears on her eyes away. She sat down in front of the mirror to dry her hair.

She started drying her hair with a towel, absentmindedly. She suddenly felt someone take the towel from her hand, she raised her head and looked at the mirror, flabbergasted. It was Bryan, Sherry released her hand and let him do it.

Bryan smiled and started drying her towel, massaging her hair. Sherry was enjoying it, she moaned in satisfaction. She started feeling sleepy with the way he was massaging her hair.

Bryan smiled and did it more gently when he saw that she was enjoying it.

Sherry fell asleep in no time.

Bryan stopped and put the towel, he carried her gently into her arms and laid her down on the bed. He was about to stand up from the bed when Sherry suddenly held her hand. She didn't open her eyes. She fell asleep when he was drying her hair but she woke up when he carried her and laid her on the bed but she pretended like she was still asleep. She didn't even know why she held his hand and stopped him from leaving.

She didn't know what to say, she felt insecure, she couldn't resist and asked him, "Do you believe what he said?" Sherry asked.

"No, I believe you, " Bryan said.

Sherry finally heaved a sigh of relief, she didn't even know that she was holding her breath waiting for his answer until he replied.

She opened her eyes and looked at him with a smile, "Thank you. Maybe I was being naive and thought that I could make people Believe my words, but no one would believe me without evidence" She smiled mockingly.

Bryan hugged her tightly.

This was the first time she was sharing her insecurities and worries with him. He was happy she told him what was on her mind, he was always wondering about what was on her mind. She would just keep smiling, even though she was willing to allow him to kiss or hug her, she rarely reciprocated, he didn't want to rush her so he didn't mention anything about it for once.

"It is fine," He said. Sherry didn't see the glint that passed his eyes.

Sherry's eyes became heavy.

She yawned and fell asleep, Bryan covered her body with a blanket when he realized that she had fallen asleep.

He walked into the bathroom to take a shower.

Sherry opened her eyes, she looked around the room, no one was inside the room. She guessed that Bryan already went to work.

She stretched her body and stood up from the bed. She walked into the bathroom and took a shower.

She opened her closet to choose clothes, she would be breaking all ties with her father today. So she chose a black gown, like she was going to a funeral.

She would have no father from today on.

She walked into the living room with her purse. She walked into the dining room and saw that he already prepared a set of breakfast for her but she doesn't have an appetite to eat.

She drank the soup he prepared so she wouldn't go empty stomach.
