Bryan tried to stand up from the chair, he instinctively held his chest in pain. Blood flowed out from his mouth.

"Boss!" Nicholas said in a panic, he saw this scene immediately as he walked into the room.

Bryan waved his hand.

"I am fine," he said.

His phone rang.

Bryan wiped the blood in the corner of his lips. He then dipped his hand into his pocket and brought out his phone.

He looked at the phone and saw that the caller was Cornelius, he suddenly had a bad feeling about this.

"Yes?" He said immediately he answered the call.

"Bryan! Where are you? Something bad happened?" Cornelius' anxious voice could be heard on the phone.

Bryan frowned as the uneasy feeling he felt deepened, "What happened?" He asked.

"I don't know how the news about your house on fire got outside, anyway the news about the fire in your house is online right now. And people are speculating about your well-being, no one knew I saved you from the fire…" Cornelius said.

"You knocked me out, not save me" Bryan said coldly, he still bears grudge against Cornelius for what he did but he knew that he was right about something. Grandma only has him in this world and he was not sure about what will happen to his grandma once she heard the news of his death.

Cornelius' mouth twitched.

Knocked out and saved, what is the difference between the two?

He thought but he did not dare to say it, scared that Bryan would hang up the phone.

"Well, your company shares fell drastically and an anonymous account was buying the shares in large quantities and at a smaller price. The shareholders are outside the company right now demanding to see Grandma. Grandma fainted when she saw the news and her her…." Cornelius could not help stop when he got here.

"Well, nothing really bad happened to grandma, it is just that her heart attack acted up again. You don't have to worry, we already rushed her into the hospital and she is inside the surgery room right now. But I think you should visit the company and show your face to calm the shareholders. I think someone is manipulating all of these in the dark, " Cornelius said as he sighed as he finished his words.

"Okay, I understand. What is the name of the hospital grandma is?" Bryan asked.

"First star hospital" Cornelius replied instantly.

"What about Sherry? What about her body?" Bryan asked in a low tone.

He wants to see her, he does not want to bury her. He would also like it if she can stay by his side even though she is dead.

"The doctor insisted on cremating her body but I rejected him because you have not seen her yet. The doctor is also acting suspicious. I don't know why I have an inkling about this. I had to put some of my men outside to guide the room and not allow anyone to enter" Cornelius said in a low tone.

Bryan nodded.

"I understand," Bryan said in an uninterested tone.

It was not that he does not want to listen to anything about Sherry but he feels that Cornelius is thinking too much or taking it too hard.

He hung up.

Bryan walked out of the warehouse. Nicholas opened the car door for him, Bryan got in and sat down.

Nicholas closed the door, he walked towards the driver seat he got in and drove out of the warehouse.

Bryan looked out of the window with a blank look but pain could be seen in his eyes.

The drive was silent until Bryan broke the silence.

"Have you dealt with Flow?" He asked.

Nicholas raised his head and looked at Bryan from the rearview before he answered, "Yes boss, I watched the shark eat her with my two eyes"

Bryan did not say anything after this he continued to look out of the window.

The car was parked in front of five star hospital.

Bryan opened the door and got down from the car.

He walked into the hospital in a hurried step, Nicholas locked the car door and quickly followed him into the hospital.

Bryan saw Cornelius standing in front of the surgery room.

"You are here" Cornelius said, he studied Bryan and saw that he looked haggard and exhausted, he looked like a shell with no soul.

He sighed secretly.

"En" Bryan said.

"Grandma is still at the surgery room, the doctor said she would be okay" Cornelius reassured Bryan.

Bryan pursed his lips, he nodded without saying a word.

They were both silent and just looked at the surgery room.

Finally, the surgery room light turned off.

Bryan walked towards the door.

The surgery room door opened, Grandma was pushed out of the surgery room.

"Who are you to her?" The doctor asked when he saw Bryan looking at grandma.

"How is she?" He asked in a cold voice not replying to the doctor's question.

The doctor shivered and knew that the man was not someone to be underestimated.

"She is fine for now. Her heart attack acted up because she was in shock about something. I managed to save her but I am not sure about next time so you have to be careful and don't make her get shocked or sad" The doctor advised.

Bryan nodded.

The nurses pushed Grandma into a ward.

Before they walked out of the room.

Bryan stood outside for a while and he looked like he was thinking about something. He opened the ward room and walked into the room.

He sat down at the chair inside the room and looked at grandma.

Cornelius did not enter the room when he saw that Bryan was focused on Grandma and looked like he did not want to be disturbed.

He walked out of the hospital.

He brought out his phone and dialed Bryan's number.

Bryan picked up the phone.

"Yes?"

"I am leaving, do you need me to do anything?" Cornelius asked.

"No"

"Okay, if you need me for anything you can give me a call" He said.

Bryan said 'en' and hung up.

Cornelius flagged a taxi to his villa.
