Chapter 143: Chapter 143

Bryan opened the warehouse door, he walked in, in a large stride. Nicholas came to meet him immediately he saw him.

"Boss," He said respectfully.

"Where is she?" He asked in a cold voice.

"She is in room A" Nicholas replied.

Bryan nodded, he walked towards the room Nicholas told him. Nicholas wanted to follow him inside too but Bryan stopped him.

"Wait out here" He said.

Nicholas nodded.

Bryan opened the door and walked into the room, Flow was unconscious. She was tied in a chair.

Bryan walked towards, with murderous intent in his eyes.

He did not try to wake her up, he looked around him and saw water on the table.

He walked towards the table, and carried the water, not caring about the water temperature whether cold or hot.

He poured it on Flow from head to toe with a cold, rigid face.

Flow woke up in shock, "You bastard, do you know that I will soon marry your Boss?" She cursed it in frustration.

She was stunned when she saw Bryan but her expression soon turned to elate, "Big Brother Bryan, I know you will come. Your bodyguard really treated me badly" She complained in an aggrieved and pitiful face.

Bryan felt disgusted when he saw her expression.

"Do you think you are worthy?" He asked with a disdainful smile.

"Huh?" Flow was dumbstruck.

Bryan pulled a chair and sat down in front of Flow, he looked dangerously calm.

"I won't waste my time talking shit with you. I want to hear a reply to my questions or it won't be good if I get mad" Bryan said.

Flow smiled, "Big Brother Bryan, ask me any question, I will answer you truthfully. Let's get married after this" Flow said with a fantasying expression.

"Where is Sherry?" Bryan asked.

Flow was stunned, then she got angry, "Brother Bryan, don't ask about that bitch anymore. She already died in the fire, I am willing to take her place and stay by your side," Flow said with a smile.

Bryan's heart sank, he already knew the answer but he could not accept the outcome that Sherry really left him.

He forced down the sour feeling that came up to his throat.

"Who are you working with?" He asked, the temperature in the room turned cold and chilly.

Flow was shocked when she saw Bryan like this.

Did he know that she was not alone?

How did he find out?

No, as far as she never admitted it, he would never know.

"I-i d-dont know what you are talking about" Flow stuttered in fear, he saw that his expression turned gloomy and she could see the murderous intent in his eyes.

Bryan walked towards her.

Flow was scared, she tried to avoid him.

She would have been happy normally if he approached her but she was scared stiff because of his expression.

His body was radiating murderous intent.

This was not the Bryan she knew.

Bryan stood in front of her, he wrapped his hand around her throat with a murderous look like he wanted to snap his neck out.

Flow started panicking when she saw this.

She put her hand in his hand, she tried to stop him but she could not pull his hand away no matter how much strength she used.

Instead, Bryan tightened his hand on her neck with a grim expression.

Her face turned pale.

She started struggling, she could not breath properly.

"Will you answer my question?" Bryan asked.

Flow nodded hurriedly, she immediately surrendered. This has never happened to her before.

Bryan released her and moved further away from her, he started down in front of her back in a composed manner.

"Now I am all ears," He said.

Flow still could not get over the fact that she almost died. The man she loved for twenty years wants to kill because of that bitch. Fortunately, that bitch died.

She has never experienced something like this before, she has always been pampered and flattered no one dared to touch her to injure her or try to kill her. She felt that she would die if she delayed in Bryan's hand that was why she nodded immediately when she saw that Bryan does not look like he was joking.

"What do you want to know, I will say the truth please just don't kill me" Flow pleaded with fear.

"How did you get out of the prison?"

"It was one man who came to meet me, he told me that he can get me out of the prison if I agree to his deal" Flow said immediately without delay.

Bryan frowned, "How does the man look?" He asked.

"He was always with a mask" Flow said, she started explaining everything to Bryan without him asking.

She also told him about the drugs and everything.

"Brother Bryan, I am really telling the truth please let me off" She begged, she does not want to be his wife anymore. Her Bryan is not like this, this is another Bryan.

"But you killed her," Bryan said with a cold smile.

Flow felt panic in her heart , "No I did not, I was not the one who started the fire. It was that masked man I was just doing everything as he instructed me. And he was also the one who chose the clothes I wore also" Flow said and tried to persuade Bryan.

She was not really lying, she was telling the truth. It was the man who instructed her on how to aggravate Sherry and everything she said it was that man who asked her to say it. She practiced her words and expression for two hours before the man finally let her off. He was also the one who chose the clothes she wore also, she does not understand the reason behind his insistence but she understood everything when Bryan's face turned cold when he saw her.

The clothes the man chose for her was similar to the one Sherry has, making Bryan misunderstood that she was Sherry. Making the time waste which resulted in Sherry's death.

"Do you know where the man stays?" Bryan asked.

Flow shook her head.

She did not know truthfully, she was unconscious when she left the prison and woke up in that villa and she was blindfolded when today also when they were coming so she doesn't even know where the villa was located, it was when they got to an area near Bryan's villa that the blindfold was removed.

She does not understand everything the man did before but she now understands everything now, she will be the one facing the angry Bryan while the man escapes unscathed.

"You have to pay since you don't know where the man stays," Bryan said coldly.

"No please Brother Bryan, I am sorry. I swear I won't do it anymore" Flow pleaded in panic.

Bryan ignored her

"Come in," Bryan said.

Flow did not know who he was talking to until the room door opened.

The man who brought her here, Nicholas walked in and stood behind Bryan respectfully.

"Boss," He said.

"Take her away, Go and feed her to the sharks" He said in a cold and ruthless voice.

"Yes!" Nicholas said respectfully and immediately walked towards Flow.

He untied her and dragged her away

"No No Brother Bryan please, I am sorry let me off this one. I have loved you for twenty years please I am sorry I will die if sharks eat" Flow cried out in despair, she struggled in Nicholas hand and kneel down in front of Bryan with a pitiful face.

Bryan's face turned ferocious, "An eye for an eye, since you schemed and killed her, you should die too" Bryan said in a merciless voice.

He waved his hand indicating for Nicholas to take her away.

Nicholas put his hand on her mouth to prevent her from shouting or talking, he dragged her out.

Flow stared at Bryan with tears in her eyes but Bryan was not even looking at her. He still maintained his cold and ruthless manner.

She started regretting why she agreed to help the man in the first place.

She would have still been in the prison, at least she would be alive not dead.

She thought after she finished all the tasks which looked simple then Brother Bryan would accept her and they would get married.

But it is the person she loves who wants to kill her now.

She also realized that the man used her.

The task she was given was simple and she successfully did it now she would be their scapegoat and die. She was just their scapegoat.

Flow was confident before that she can win Bryan's heart after Sherry's death, but she will die even without trying.

The man took her outside, Flow was in a daze as she thought more about this.

She did not even realize that they were standing near the river. It was until her leg touched water she snapped out of her daze her face turned pale when she saw the river

She doesn't even know how to swim even if there is no shark in the river. She was sure she would die in thirty minutes since she does not know how to swim.

The man stood and whistled.

The water started moving like there was someone swimming.

Flow looked and did not dare to blink.

The water stopped moving, and a head suddenly popped up.

IT WAS A SHARK

Flow started shivering in fear.

Bryan was really serious, he was really trying to kill her.

She did not know that there was a shark in the river because of how small it looked and it does not look like it too.

The man released her and turned away, Flow immediately wanted to follow him.

The next that was heard was Flow's scream and struggle.

It went on for some minutes before the river finally regained its silence.

Nicholas turned his head and looked back, he saw the river was mixed with red which was blood.

He shook his head and walked towards the warehouse entrance.
