Chapter 136: Chapter 136
Sherry raised her head and looked at Bryan with a face full of indifference, "Bryan let get divorced"
Bryan frowned when he heard this, "Are you alright? Is there anything wrong?" He asked, he tried to touch her but Sherry took a step back from his outstretched hand.
"I am perfectly fine, let's get a divorce" Sherry said in a cold voice.
"No way!" Bryan blurted out.
Sherry looked at him, she knew it would not be easy for him to agree and divorce her.
Bryan turned his head and glanced at Tara, "Miss Tara should go home, we will solve this ourselves" He said in a polite voice even though he was not happy. He understood that she was Sherry's friend and had the right to support Sherry but he was unhappy because she did not inform him that Sherry was planning to run away. If he was one step late maybe she would have left before he arrived but he still tried to treat her politely because of Sherry.
Tara looked at Bryan and saw that his eyes were coldly looking at her. She shivered in fear but she still summoned up some courage and looked at Sherry. Sherry nodded at her. That is when Tara was finally willing to leave.
Sherry sighed when she saw that Tara had left, she didn't want to implicate Tara. That was why she asked her to leave. This was her own problem so she will solve it herself.
Bryan took a step closer to her but Sherry immediately took a step back, "Sherry what happened? Are you alright? You know you are pregnant so you should not feel too emotional " Bryan tried to speak in a warm voice.
Sherry smiled bitterly.
So it was because she was pregnant with his baby that was why he still has not asked West to come?
She put on a calm face, "You don't have to worry about the baby, after getting a divorce. I will go to the hospital to abort the baby, you can follow me to the hospital if you don't believe and think I would play a trick" She said.
"Enough!" Bryan yelled, scaring Sherry.
Sherry flinched when she heard him yell.
Bryan felt remorseful when he saw that fear and how she flinched when he yelled.
He tried to calm down and talk in a calm voice, "We are never getting divorce that is final" he said.
"Bryan, I never loved you. I just married you because of your money so I have enough and want to leave " Sherry said in a calm voice.
"No way!" Bryan said and looked disappointed, "You are so cold hearted, even if you are mad at me, the baby is innocent" He said with a sullen look.
Sherry glanced at him, "Mad at you? I am not worthy of being mad at the richest tycoon, I am just a woman with no power I don't dare. I am more cold hearted than this, I am sure Mr Tony won't want to find out " She said with a mockery smile.
She was cold hearted?
If she was then what about him?
He married her in the name of love but he was actually working together with that person to trap her.
"Since you married me because of my money then you should just keep pretending to be in love with me forever you don't have to worry I will provide you with more money " Bryan said and walked towards, Sherry tried to evade him but he was faster than her.
He grabbed her and carried her in his arms. Sherry struggled in his arms but he held her securely in his arms.
He walked into the elevator.
Ding!
The elevator door opened.
Bryan walked out of the elevator with Sherry in his arms.
He opened the room door.
He dropped Sherry on the bed, he immediately walked out of the room in fast step.
Click!
Sherry heard the door locked.
Her heart turned cold.
She immediately got down from the bed and walked towards the door.
She grabbed the doorknob and turned it, it didn't budge.
She already guessed that it was locked but she just still decided to confirm and she was also sure that Bryan will never leave the door open since she wants to leave.
He will never allow her to leave.
Why can't they just leave her alone?
Suddenly the light in the room went off. The room was dark and she could not see anything. She hated staying in a dark place alone.
Her heart turned cold when she thought of who was the only one capable of doing this.
She leaned on the door and slid down, sitting down on the cold floor not caring about it.
She felt scared and it looked like she had returned to how she was in Mexico.
She could see a man's shadow in the room, it looked like it was looking at her with a menace smile and approaching her.
The figure was also familiar, the man was the cause of her nightmare.
She immediately crawled back the closer the man approached her fearfully.
Her back hit the wall and there was nowhere for her to hide.
She wrapped a hand around herself like she wanted to guide herself.
She could see the shadow approaching her even though the whole room was dark.
It was getting closer to her and he didn't even stop, just kept on approaching her.
"No, don't come closer! Please!" Sherry pleaded, her voice trembled and her breathing was shaky.
It looked like the shadow didn't hear her or he heard her and chose to ignore her words instead.
"Plea-se, I won't do it -anymore. I will do whate-ver you wan-t, whatev-er you w-ant me to do! I swear I won't disob-ey you anym-ore" Her words sound incoherent and confusing.
The shadow stood in front of her, Sherry's face was already as pale as blood. She held her stomach protectively.
"I won't disob-ey you anym-ore, Please spare my baby" She said in a whisper.
Suddenly she saw the shadow swing something towards her even though she didn't know what it was.
She still screamed instinctively.
"AHHH!"
