He doesn't mind that Sherry was ordering him and was instead happy and hoped she could order him more.

Sherry snorted and helped him to wash the dishes.

Sherry got out of the taxi and paid the driver.

She was still traumatized because of the accident so she stopped driving. She was scared that she would remember how the accident was and her emotions would be unstable and cause another accident so she preferred taking a taxi instead.

She sighed and walked into the police station, this is the second time she would step foot into the police station.

The officer in charge recognized instantly, "Good morning, Mrs Tony" He greeted respectfully.

Sherry nodded with a smile, "Good morning, can you take me to my sister?" She asked

"Of course!" The officer said

"Sorry to bother you, " Sherry said.

"It is no bother " The officer replied quickly and led Sherry to the room Nancy was staying in.

"This is it!" He pointed at a room.

Sherry nodded, "Thank you" She said.

The officer smiled, "You are welcome." He felt flattered when he heard her thank him.

He thought she would be arrogant because her husband was powerful, he didn't expect her to be so nice and polite, she was even very beautiful.

He felt over the moon and felt that he would eat three bowls of rice to celebrate that someone powerful thanked him.

Sherry didn't know what the officer was thinking, if she knew she would probably burst into laughter.

She looked at the door that the officer pointed and stood outside for some minutes, before she headed towards the room.

She knocked on the door and opened the door.

She saw Nancy was resting her head on the table, she didn't even move even though she heard the knock, she was looking at the space in a daze.

Sherry's heart ached, she closed the door and walked towards her, she sat down in front of her. That was when Nancy finally raised her head and looked at her.

"You are here," She said.

She looked like she had become ten years older than her age, she looked thin and her lips were black, she didn't look as beautiful as she was before.

"Yes," Sherry replied.

"Are you satisfied now that I have been locked up?" Nancy asked with a forced smile.

Sherry was confused.

Why should she be happy?

Nancy chuckled when she saw that Sherry didn't talk, she felt that she was indirectly admitting that she was satisfied, "I guess that you are satisfied now, Congratulations you can now have both the man you married and Steven to yourself now. Does the husband you got married to know that you seduced your sister's boyfriend?" Nancy asked.

Sherry frowned the more she heard her words, "What do you mean? You were the one who tried to kill me" Sherry said angrily. She didn't sympathize with Nancy anymore when she heard her foul words, if an outsider was here they would have thought Nancy was telling the truth.

"I said I was just joking with you" Nancy yelled angrily.

Sherry stood up in anger, "You were just joking? Watch this then" She threw her phone on the table in front of her.

Nancy glared at Sherry, she reined in her temper and picked up Sherry's phone. She clicked on the video and started watching the video.

Her face turned paler the more she watched the video, her face turned white.

Her hand shook, she started trembling, the phone fell down on the floor but she didn't even notice. Sherry bent down and picked up her phone, she looked at the screen and saw that it was still normal and no cracks. She put her phone into her bag before she raised her head and looked at Nancy whose face was white.

"So are you joking with me now?" Sherry asked with a mocking smile.

Nancy shook her head as tears fell down from her eyes, "I d-didn't do this" She said, her voice trembling.

She was trembling unlike how she looked before.

Sherry raised an eyebrow, "You didn't do it? Then who did? You were the one who called the truck driver, your conversation is with me" Sherry said and was angry when she saw that she was still laughing.

Nancy's leg weakened as she collapsed on the floor, "I really didn't do it! Believe me Sherry" She said as she kneeled down on the floor.

Sherry was confused, she could see how sincere her eyes were. She didn't deny it before and said she was just playing with her but she denied it after watching the CCTV footage.

"Then who did it?" Sherry asked.

Nancy was stunned when she heard her question, her brain became blank after watching the video all she knew was that her sister almost died.

She tried hard to calm her emotions and think carefully.

Sherry didn't disturb her when she saw her like this and was waiting patiently.

She knew that Nancy was timid and wouldn't do something like that, she was scared of seeing blood and couldn't even kill a chicken.

Nancy started remembering after she calmed down her emotions, "It is Wendy! It is that bitch" Nancy said.

Wendy lied to her?

She almost killed her sister!

Nancy gritted her teeth in anger when she thought of this.

"Wendy?" Sherry asked with a strange gaze.

"That is right! She was the one" Nancy said.

"Are you close to her? When did you become close to her?" Sherry asked, she helped her sister up and made her sit down, she also sat down in front of her.

"I was not close to her before," Nancy said and closed her eyes.

"Can you explain what happened to me? So I will know how to help you" Sherry said with a gentle voice.

Nancy opened her eyes and looked at Sherry who was looking with sincere eyes. She looked patient and sincere.

Nancy understood now, she has been asking her mom to tell Wendy to come and meet her but she never showed up even after two weeks. Her mom always told her that she relayed her message to Wendy. Nancy waited but she never saw Wendy's shadow. She would be a fool if she didn't understand that Wendy deliberately didn't come and left her to suffer alone. She also trusted her mom and knew that her mom wouldn't lie to her. So she could understand now that she was the scapegoat.

She gritted her teeth and started explaining everything to Sherry.
