"Hello" Flow snapped at her.

Wendy forced out a smile even though Flow couldn't see it, she tried and made her voice gentle, "Flow, why didn't you pick my call? I have been calling you for a while now"

Flow roared on the phone in anger, "Are you stupid or something? Did you buy my phone for me? Or is it your wretched money that I used to buy my phone? Even if you are sold ten times the money, you won't be able to buy a phone. Don't ask me foolish questions next time, you did buy my phone for me" She said in disdain.

Wendy's face turned green when she heard her scolding her, "Sorry, I was just anxious that is why" She said to appease her.

Flow snorted in disdain, "What do you want? You are so useless that you can't get a simple task done, didn't I ask you not to contact me anymore?" Flow said, brimming with anger.

She didn't see the news about the accident, the only news she saw was about how the truck split trees in two. And it was because the driver was drunk and driving. She didn't see any news about Sherry 's death or accident. She thought it was Bryan who tried to keep things under wraps.

She asked an investigator to investigate it before she found out after three days that Sherry was in the hospital but she was not injured. She only has a slight concussion and nothing else!

"It was not my fault, it is her sister who is so stupid and didn't know how to accomplish something so simple" Wendy blamed Nancy without feeling guilty about using her.

Flow sneered in disdain, "What do you want? Why did you call me? If there is nothing else I will hang up" Flow threatens.

Wendy pleaded, "No please we are in trouble" She said in a grave voice.

Flow smiled in disdain, "In trouble? How?" She asked in a mockery voice.

Wendy couldn't care less about how mockery her voice sounded, "Her sister has been arrested by the police today" She said.

"So?" Flow raised an eyebrow.

"She will tell the police that I was the one who asked to do that!" Wendy said.

She shivered in fear at the thought of police coming to her house to arrest her.

"Ehn, What is my business about that?" Flow asked in a calm voice.

Her voice was so calm that Wendy, who was nervous, was angry but she immediately calmed down and knew that if she got angry and snapped at her, she would probably not help her.

"The police will involve you too once they arrest me, they will know that you are the mastermind" Wendy said, threatening her with a gentle voice. She had a triumphant smile on her face, she understood that this was Flow's weakness.

But Flow didn't fall for her words, she was not deaf and could understand that Wendy was threatening her.

She smiled, "Oh who cares? You can go ahead and report me. I will see the police who would dare arrest me" Flow said in a haughty voice.

Wendy's smug smile froze.

Wendy slammed her hand on to the table in anger

She should instead look for ways to protect herself so once the police arrest her she would be released.

She started cracking her head thinking of ways to escape from this dangerous situation.

If she had known she wouldn't have done it no matter how bold she was.

She suddenly realized how foolish she was, Flow couldn't do those things herself and made her do it for her. She hated Sherry in the first place and agreed to be Flow puppet. And it was because of the money Flow was giving her that was why she did, if not she would never do it based on friendship.

Now money and greed would make her go to jail.
