Author’s POV

Staying beside Ehan for a good enough time when Naira didn’t find any change in his condition, it made her felt like she was on the verge of getting left alone once again.

Being unable to handle anymore, Naira left the cabin while thinking in mind, “It’s all because of me. I am sorry, Ehan. Only if I could turn back time, I wouldn’t meet you then you wouldn’t get to have that dare to make me fall for you. Only if I could do that, then you would have been happy and safe unlike now. I am sorry Ehan. I am sorry.”

As she got out of the cabin, everyone looked at her for once but no one got uttering anything. Everyone was lost in their own thoughts. Naira got seated on the bench where she was sitting earlier for a moment only to stand up the very next moment and left the corridor thoughtlessly.

Coming outside of the hospital building, she got seated on a bench there. As some thoughts popped into her mind, tears made their way on her cheeks effortlessly. She wasn’t ready to get left alone again.

If something bad would happen to Ehan now, she would be in no position to face anyone. As this time she thought she was the only one to be at fault fully. Everyone tried to convince her but she didn’t listen to one which lead this to get happened.

She was failing miserably to get inside the hospital thinking of the worse to worst possibilities that she might have to face inside there.

Outside of the ICU, everyone was pacing around restlessly and hanging in there with the only way they had.. Desperately praying for Ehan to wake up.

After some time all of a sudden a sound like alarm or something got into their hearings which got them out of their thoughts immediately. Like it was the answer to their prayer.

Getting all startled, they turned towards the cabin where few doctors got inside running. They also got near the door and looked inside through the glass part.

Ehan was breathing all unsteadily and after few moments it got to somewhat normal as one of the doctors got injecting some medicine in the saline. He opened his eyes slowly only to get them closed again due to the light.

Blinking for few times, adjusting with the lights, he finally opened them. One of the doctors got uttering his name as he got close to him, “Mr. Sinha? Can you hear me?"

Sensing the situation, everyone got barged into the room.

After checking on him, doctors assured them that he was out of danger now but he was still weak and needed rest. Turning towards them, Ehan smiled a little which got them relieved from the uttered tension and fear of losing him forever and then everyone got outside of the room as Ehan closed his eyes again slowly.

Akash hurried to the cabin of Kevin only to find him sleeping. Though he didn’t want to get him awaken remembering his condition but while getting out his shoe got hit with the leg of the bed and that little sound got Kevin awaken.

Seeing Akash, he got asking immediately, “How's is my son, Akash?”

Akash spoke up with a smile, “Ehan is out of danger now Uncle. He had gotten back to his sense and now just sleeping.”

Kevin spoke up to get confirmed, “Really? He is out of danger now?”

Akash nodded smilingly as he uttered, “Yes uncle.”

Kevin got down from his bed as he spoke up, “I want to see my son for once.”

Akash got near and holding him, he took him to meet Ehan. After his wife left them, Ehan was Kevin’s world. Seeing him lying lifelessly, his world got shaken which made him miserable once again like that day when his wife left him.

Seeing Ehan sleeping peacefully and knowing he was out of danger, brought him peace. Staying for some time with Ehan, Akash got him back to his cabin to get him take rest.

In all this everyone almost forgot about Naira or they might have thought she was with them all along when actually she wasn’t. She didn’t even know Ehan had awaken up.

At some point Jiana sensed her absence and spoke up, “Akash, where is Naira?” looking around her.

She was being confused about Naira being all clueless of the matter but given the situation there, she couldn't get to ask anyone.

Alina got near as she spoke up, “Wasn’t she here with us a little ago? Where did she go then?” and looked at Akash being all worried.

When it hit his mind, Akash spoke up, “She must be near somewhere. You don’t worry. I am looking for her.” and left from there while wandering his eyes everywhere. Mack and Stella also joined him after few moments.

Getting outside the hospital building, they found her sitting on a bench. She was crying silently. Akash got near her running as he knelt down in front of her and uttered her name being all concerned, “Naira?”

But before he could say something else, Naira got uttering while crying, “Akash, I know it is all because of me. It's all my fault. But believe me, I didn’t want anything of this to happen. I never wanted anything bad happen to Ehan. If something happens to him now, I won’t be able to live with this guilt. I didn’t..”

Mack and Stella also reached them by that time.

Holding Naira by her shoulders, Akash slightly shook her to get stopped and made her get back to reality and listen to him as he got uttering, “Naira, stop and listen to me, sis. Everything is fine. Ehan is okay now. He has gotten back to his sense and out of danger now.”

It took some time for Naira to realise what Akash just said and when she did, she stood on her feet and got running inside the hospital building as she got uttering, “I want to see him.”

Three of them smiled looking at her as she went running and then each other as Stella got uttering, “Finally!”

Then they also forwarded towards the same direction with smile on their faces..
