Author’s POV

A WEEK LATER when Lucas doesn't show up to Maxine. After that scene at the University, the young man didn't even feel it.

"Did I think I would be his slave ..." Maxine said to herself. she was in front of the mirror and combing her hair over her shoulders. “Anyway, it's okay if he doesn't show up. Nakakailang kasi. Also, he may not be able to continue his contract. ”

"Who are you talking to?"

“It's a frog! my god ‘Mom, you surprised me.” Maxine exclaimed as she turned to Mother. He was unaware of its emergence.

"Who are you talking to?" Perlita asked her Son again.

“Nothing. I'm talking to myself. ”

The girl applied a little lipstick and put powder on her face.

"All right, Mom, I'm leaving." he said goodbye and kissed Mother.

Maxine’s POV

I am currently in the locker room. I picked up a book for our subject today. Exactly when I closed the locker, Hevo's face appeared on me.

"Why do you always show up where I am ..." I joked here. It smiled.

Shemay, in-fairness to him he is CUTE.

"I-ni-stalk kasi kita .." was his unequivocal response.

"It's broken ..." we walked out of the locker-room together.

... we are heading to the COM Building.

"Did you have a date at the acquaintance party?" Hevo asked afterwards.

I nodded, not even wearing anything. That was the next day. Its face was sad.

"Alas .. you're still the one I want to date."

"You already have a date, don't you?" I remind you here.

"That's a waste, eh." he said with a smile. "Tsk, why can't I refuse that woman."

I did not comment.

“By the way, why don't you reply to my texts anymore? I can't even contact you anymore. ” Hevo added. I was scratching my head.

"I'm sorry, my number is new."

I nodded. He happily snatched the cellphone from his pocket and handed it to me.

"There ..." then I said and returned the phone to him after typing the number there. "Just save it."

a short time later we also reached the second floor where we are in class now.

TIME passed quickly. Darkness is taking over. It's five o'clock and we're out of Meghan's COM building. Your class is over.

We have no business tomorrow for preparations for the acquittance party the other day.

"I have no money!"

“No worries. My answer."

I smiled then shouted. "All right, nothing to lose hah!"

"Yes, I know you're stingy!" its cry too.

Laughing I just watched Meghan as she walked away.

Phone Ring

I immediately took the phone out of the bag and answered it.

“Hello? Who is this?"

“Si Hevo. Are you going home? ”

Astonished I looked at the phone. How does it know?

"Yes why?" I asked when I put the phone back to my ear. It laughed softly.

“Nothing. It's cute to look at even from behind. ”

I was frustrated. "Where are you?"

“Behind you.”

I put down the phone and turned around. Hevo that. It ran to where I was.

"You are pure nonsense." I sit here faithfully in front of me.

Hevo just smiled as if he was still happy with what he did.

"Maybe I can take you now .."

"H-hah ...?"

"Please .. give it to me."

I scratched my head again. It's hard to refuse when its tone is pleading.

"All right." I just replied. Maybe that ‘arrogant’ won’t know. He didn't show up, eh. The contract may have been forgotten.

so, maybe it's okay to send to Hevo.

"You said that, huh!" its smiling language. The smile seemed to be plastered on his lips. Not detachable, eh.

Lucas’s POV

IT’S been week. Yeah, it’s been a week that I haven’t seen HER face. I really meant not to go down town first. Maybe I'll get better and feel normal again when I do that. But no matter what I do, I think I'm getting worse. HER face keeps on hunting me! Annoying!

Annoyed I got up and took a dress to the wardrobe. that ‘woman’ is really going to ruin my head.

IT WAS EXACTLY five o'clock in the afternoon, in front of Wilford University, when I saw Maxin show up on Campus. But it’s not alone, Hevo is with it.

The two still laughed. Just wonderin ’what they were talking about.

later Maxine was left alone at the gate opening. Hevo went back inside.

I got off the motor and walked over to Maxine. It was even a bit surprised to see me.

"L-Lucas?" she asked as if I was not real.

"I just disappeared for a while .. you immediately broke your rule?"

it froze for a moment. "N-no ..."

After a while, a car stopped in front of us, and Hevo was the one who spat.

Tsk, that's why it came back inside.

"Maxine?" wrinkled when he asked, his gaze shifted to Maxine and me. "Let's go."

i looked at him.

"He'll be like me." I said, holding Maxine’s hand. I pulled it onto my motor.

"Wait, Maxine ..." Hevo called again.

I shot him another look. "Stay away from her .."

I continued to step while still holding Maxine. I didn't give Hevo a chance to speak again.

“Wait .. Lucas is in pain. Also, why are you angry? ” I heard Maxine complain.

I stopped stepping and turned it violently, I let go of his hand. I was so carried away by my emotions that I tightened my grip on it.

"Next time around you violet the rule I will make your contract for life." I couldn’t help but raise my voice.

"It's not fair." he said holding the injured hand. “Besides, who hasn't shown up for a week? Do you blame me if I think you no longer have a contract? ”

Which again. But even so, the contract is contract!

"I meant that."

I averted my eyes from him. If it only knew I was going crazy at home, Jez!

"And why?" its question with astonishment. "Wait, look at me."

I looked at him.

but damn, I can't be quiet until the question is answered in my mind.

I stepped over to Maxine.

"I just want to confirm something .."

He did not speak, but frowned even more.

I slowly bowed ..

She’s trembling.

I was his first kiss ?!

I stopped for a moment and examined Maxine's face. I don’t know whether to laugh or what to react to it; it flickered in my face.

I couldn’t help but flash a small smile on my lips.

I turned my gaze to his lips again ..

.. and I want to taste them again.

I don't know, but my face went down and I gave in to my wishes.

Now I know why I was not feelin ’good these past few days ..

..I'm starting to fall for him ..
