LENA’S POINT OF VIEW

The long flight burned my ass, I tied up my hair in a ponytail and grabbed our bags inside the car “Is everything clear babe?” I say as I close the tailgate trunk lids gently. “Yeah, all clear babe!” Maia says as she closes the car’s door. We carry our things and walk towards our house “It’s quiet here, just two of us… all guy having off day” I say. “It’s fantastic babe… I like being alone with you” Maia says as she bites her bottom lip.

“I know what are you talking about… get over here” I say. I pull Maia closer with my arm and she snuggles into my arm, I kiss her cheek as we walk towards the house in lovey-dovey. I open the door and we get into the house “Gosh, I can’t see anything…” Maia says as she put the bag on the table. I walk and looking for the light button in the corner of the living room “Shit” I mumble as I running my hand to the wall, I felt the button and turn on the light.

“Having a new mule, aren’t you?”

A woman’s voice came and I clearly know who owns the voice. Sasha just broke into my house and sits on the couch like she owns this house, crossing her arms as she put her legs on the table. Maia standing behind me, I could feel the dark energy in this room and Maia’s fear as she holds my hand tight, it’s gonna be dire straits in here… I hold Maia’s hand and try to not make everything worse, Sasha gets up from the couch and walks closer to us.

“Has anyone ever told you how beguiling your eyes are?” Sasha says as she points her gaze to Maia.

“What do you want?” I say as I’m blocking Sasha to get closer to Maia.

“Hah… What a spoiled kitty girlfriend!” Sasha chuckles.

“Get the fuck out of my fucking property!” I say in a low voice with a slight of annoyance in my voice.

“Mmm… How about we get out of here?” Sasha says.

I heavily inhale and follow the demand, I release my hand from Maia and kiss her lips “I’ll be right back…” I say. I could see Maia’s sad puppy eyes as she stares at me in grief “Okay…” She says as she kisses the palm of my hand. I watch Maia walk upstairs as she carries our bags. Sasha made her way to the pool and I follow her after, I have no idea how she got here and what was the reason she back into my life. We standing 2 feet from the pool and facing each other’s faces.

“I thought we’re done!” I say in whispers.

“Pfffttt…It’s not that easy lover...” Sasha scoffs.

“Okay, what do you want?” I say.

“Haha…” Sasha chuckles.

“Just tell the point!” I say with a slight of anger within my voice.

“Let’s be clear… I want my money back! And of course with the interest” Sasha says.

“Jeez… You must be kidding me” I scoff.

“What? You think I’ll let you live a happy life with your hetero dumbass girlfriend? Of course not” Sasha laughs as she rolls her eyes.

“How much did you wanted?” I say in a low voice as I point my gaze at her.

“200 grand” Sasha says.

“Jeez… Fuck you! I owed you 50 grand” I say as I highly raise my voice.

“It happens if you pissed me…” Sasha says as her mouth corner forming into a small and smile in a smirk.

I heavily sigh as I know Sasha is just messing around and wants to drag me down. I have no time to fight back or staring the drama and being her puppet because I know she will ask Egor to do a favor. I’m not stupid… I’ve been with her for years and I know all her games, It’s not her game actually… I was her coach and now she plays dirty. I don’t want to deal with someone like her anymore cause I want to have a normal day with Maia.

“Okay… I’ll give the money to you within a week” I say.

“Mmm… sounds great! Make sure you keep your words” Sasha says.

“I will…” I say in a low voice as I point my gaze to the pool.

“Toodles!” Sasha says as she leaves me and made her way to exit.

“Jeez fucking psycho motherfucker!” I mumble as I punch the table with my foot.

I run upstairs full speed and checking on Maia in our bedroom “Baby…” I say as I run to Maia and hug her tight. “What happened?” Maia says. I run my fingers through Maia’s hair and stroked her hair gently “Nothing happen babe… all good” I say. I could see Maia’s relief face as she hears the answer, I know I lied to her but it’s for our own safety. I don’t want to see Maia freaking out or sad and ruin her day.

“Hey, what’s going on?” I say as I’m stroking Maia’s sad cheek.

“Am I your drug mule?”Maia says with a slight of grief in her voice.

“Hey baby, hey! You’re not! You are my girlfriend… You are the love of my life!” I say in a convincing voice.

“Baby look at me!” I say as I pull Maia’s chin gently to facing me.

“Trust me…” I say as I stare into Maia’s eyes.

“I trust you…” Maia says with a smile come through her face.

I lean slowly and kiss Maia passionately… she let out a slow moan into my mouth as she keeps kissing my mouth. “It’s time to sleep… we have no energy to make love tonight” Maia says. “I have full energy for marathon tonight but my dear girlfriend loses her energy during the flight” I chuckle "Ah... Shut up!" Maia kisses my lips once again. “Okay baby, let’s sleep!” I say as I kiss Maia’s forehead. I cover Maia with our heavy blanket and stroking her hair gently until she’s asleep without realizing that I fall asleep too.

I open my eyes with Maia on my chest, the hazy sunlight came through the window and blind me “Bzz…bzzz…” My phone vibrating, I quickly grab my phone and make sure that Maia doesn’t wake up. “Fuck! Sasha” I mumble underneath. I release Maia from my chest and get up from the bed slowly. I sneaking to our bedroom balcony and close the door carefully “Hello...” I barely whisper. “Where’s my money!” Sasha highly raises her voice.

“I told you I’ll give your money back in a week!” I say in whispers. “I didn’t say yes last night… did you hear that I say yes? I don’t think so” Sasha chuckle “Oppsss... sorry lover!” She says. Fuck this bitch, she playing around and mess the good life that I just made with Maia. I inhale deeply as I choked on my anger “Listen… I’ll give your money back in 2 days, I promise… and please don’t ever call or mess my life in these 2 days, please…” I say.

Sasha laughs “Hahaha… What a nice paramour! Trying to protect the girlfriend which will leave her when she’s have nothing” Sasha says. My blood boiled, if Sasha is in front of me right now I swear to God that I’ll kill her one shot. “How dare you!” I highly raise my voice as I see Maia moving her hands and looking for me next to her with her half-closed eyes. I quickly hang the phone and lowering the burden on my chest, I calm myself and made my way back to bed.
