“Don’t even stand here and lie to me. Don’t!” Eva barked putting her hands on the head and shifting her eyes too; that was the best ways she could express how irritated she felt even though she was yet to express her fury.

“Calm down and listen to me.” Mary obliged , motioning her hands at her to put herself together. “I am just a victim of situationship ,” she started off explaining.

“What do you mean?” Eva asked and shot her nagging eyes at her, ”You are jus speaking English. What fucking situationship are you talking about? That you stoop so low as to open your pussy for that arrogant bad boy to fuck you? What damn situa…” she was interrupted abruptly

“Tony never fucked me!” Mary snapped , widened her gaze at Eva , just to let her understand what she had for Tony was nothing than fun.. “I never felt anything for him, trust me. Although he wanted more of love from me, I hesitated to give in to his advances and that was it.”

“You cheap liar! Mom!” Eva snapped as her blonde long hair scattered since she stroked it roughly. She was losing her mind.

“The reason I want you to give me your ears and hear what I have to say,” Mary said coldly, emotionless and with her dimmed brown eyes, she could recall how it all started between she and Tony. She breathed hard, and cleared her throat, “It all started when my car broke down and he pulled over to help me fix it. Fortunately his charm came through and he fixed it and demanded his prize was dinner with me. Ever since the dinner , Tony had been hounding me around just to make sure he steals my heart away. I could see the seriousness in his eyes. I knew this guy was for real. I least expected true love from a boy the age of my daughter . I was perplexed when he decided to give in to a prank I pulled…”

She was interrupted by Eva.

“What fucking prank are you talking about?” Eva was nervous but much anxious to know of the prank. Like a dog, her ears twigged to hear Mary say something.

Mary smacked her lips and breathed uneasily wondering what would be her daughter’s reply if she should tell her that she ordered Tony to strip and that she had him chained hands and feet to the edge of the bed for twenty four hours just to have him prove his love for her.

But she didn’t care. She was going to say it anyways. Eva could go crazy for all she cared, even though inwardly she felt like weeping for herself like a kid.

“I …I …” she stuttered effortlessly and paused with her lips pressed firmly together. “I didn’t know what came over me. I made a crazy demand.” A bulb of tears surged in her eyes before it leaked through and trickled down her cheeks. A sniff. “I…” she stuttered again amidst sniffing , “I wanted to know how much he loved me. I really wanted to know since I have been scared of love after my experience with men and sugar boys.”

Patiently, Eva waited for her to continue, even though she was already writhing in pain, struggling to guess what Mary was about saying.

She breathed hard, put herself together and sounded, “I demanded he strip,” as she spoke on, Eva brought her hand to her mouth and gagged it in shame and surprise , “I got him chained hands and feet to the edge of the bed and asked that he stay put for twenty four hours if he was sure of his love for me..”

Eva cut in, “What sort of dirty prank is that? Are you both alright?” she asked angrily, “What happened next?” she asked softly and followed the movement of her lips to make sure she got all she was about saying.

Mary sniffed , wiped her tears and shut her eyes, “He agreed and I left his house only to remember after three days that I left him chained to the edge of the bed without food and water. When I rushed to his house I met a party of medical personnel and ambulance who came to evacuate him to the hospital since he was almost dead. ..” she broke down in tears , leaving her body jerking. She sniffed to say at a breath, “That was when I met Doctor Frank at the hospital. He was so helpful and nice, it was through his help that he decided to ensure Tony would survive the coma I caused him,” she said and pulled out her handkerchief to catch a pool of tears surging from her eyes.

“Coma?” Eva beamed, looking all dumbfounded and shattered.

“Yes coma,” Mary affirmed even further more with the stroking of her head, “He was in coma for six months,” she emphatically said.

“Oh my goose! What the hell!”Eva exclaimed, holding her head and staring at the floor in shock, “What came over you, mom. Why did you that to a boy you claimed not to be in love with. Why! What the hell! I feel for him right now. Is he dead or still alive?” Eva asked.

Although she never liked Tony for one bit but she wouldn’t wish him dead.

“No!” Mary snapped and sniffed to pull back phlegm that was surging down her nostrils. “He is not dead. Doctor Frank was really helpful. As we speak he is alive but nowhere to be found.”

Eva asked in rage, “What do you mean nowhere to be found, uh?”

“Yes daughter, some hours ago, Doctor Frank told me about Tony who was discovered missing in his ward. But the CCTV shows he disguised as a nurse and escaped out of the hospital premises.”

Eva shook her head pitiably, “mom you are in deep mess . What becomes of you if Doctor Frank gets to know about all this shit?” she asked annoyingly, still holding her head.

She replied through grinned face, even though she knew what she was about saying was impossible, “He will never know. I lied to him that Tony is my nephew , so he will never know.”

Eva snapped at the top of her voice, “What! Oh lord, mom! Can you listen to yourself! You don’t know who you are dealing with. you are dealing with Tony, the baddest boy you could ever think of. You are in for the worst!...
