Chapter 136

~The sweet magic~

When Jacy joined them downstairs and about opening the door on the Ford SUV to sit with Ken in the front, Ken rebuked her, “Impossible. It can’t happen. Sit at the back. My son sits with me in the front.”

Jacy paused, raised a brow, pouted her lips in disappointment, stared at Blueeyes who winked at her to let go and do his bidding.

The door on the back had slammed – she had hopped into the back of the car.

“Where do we do, son?” ken asked calmly, gazing at Blueeyes.

“Um,” he wondered, tossing his head this way and that way, shutting his eyes briefly and finally said with smiles , “Let’s do Corny Island Beach.”

“Corny Island Beach?” Ken asked , squeezing his face at him.

“Yes anything wrong with it?” Blueeyes asked, curving his tiny lips and anxiously blinking at Ken.

“That is Brooklyn.”

“Yes I know,” he replied, “Or does visiting Brooklyn going to change you to dragon?” he asked hastily to know his mind.

“I wanted something close, well,” he shrugged, “I can do anything for my son than any woman.”

Jacy swallowed hard, hearing that. She perceived what Ken was up to and wouldn’t want to give in to him. It was obvious that he was making her feel jealous and isolated. To her, ken was out to make the picnic horrible for her even if it was possible to influence her to withdraw from joining them.

“Are you kidding me?” Blueeyes asked, “Including mom or is mom not a woman?”

“You may have to ask her. Who knows? You know these days strange things are happening” Ken said, squeezing his mouth and turning on the engine of the car.

Jacy kept still, had a grin and ignored the quarrel he was fuming.

Soon they were cruising out of the neighborhood and Ken couldn’t avoid staring at Jacy in the mirror. And Jacy had caught sight of his gaze in the mirror and tried to lock eyes with him if that was what he wanted. And Ken had looked away when she tried to engage him further more.

Blueeyes had dozed off by the time they got to Coney Island Beach. But quickly woke up when the engine died off.

When they alighted from the car, Jacy held Blueeyes by the arm.

“I am going to take you around, baby,” she said, curling up a rare smile across her face. “You are going to enjoy the wonder of Cony Island. You…”

She was interrupted by Ken. “I didn’t bring him here to be distracted by you.” He shot his frown at her saddened face. “Yeah I meant every word of it,” he added and held Blueeyes by the arm.

Blueeyes shook his head in disinterest and frustration.

“You know what, you two sort yourselves out. I will fain join the party of playful kids over there.” He started walking away.

“Where are you off to son?” Ken said promptly, stretching out his hand to him.

Blueeyes turned walking with his back, “Trust me, you don’t care about my feelings because if you really do you two wouldn’t be educating me on war through your temperament and way of life.”

“Come on Blue, it is not what you think.”

It doesn’t have to be what I think but what I see almost every day and I am tired of having two adult enemies as parents,” he said and ran off to join the kids who were chasing after the wave.

“Damn it,” Ken cursed, “Son, please stay off the beach remain at the shore. Daddy loves you.”

“Be careful boy, play at the shore!” Jacy warned and added, “Mom loves you most,” before she tilted her face to him.

Ken winked abruptly, stroked his hair and turned to Jacy, “You know I feel like casting you into the beach and watch you drown.” He scowled at her with his hands on the waist.

She shut and opened her eyes to mock at him and prove to him that he wouldn’t dare. “You are just feeling pained for nothing. Why don’t allow me enjoy this moment. You didn’t invite me to this place, Blueeyes my son did.”

“Now you know you have a son.” He drifted to her, as though what he was about saying next needed to sink into her ears, “I regret poking my clean dick into your dirty pussy just to have a son for me. The son is not the problem but the pussy through which he came.”

She snorted, sniffed and hated herself forever opening her legs for Ken that very night in his two bedroom apartment in Brooklyn.

“While you were away between the thighs of that bitch in California, I was busy carrying around a baby bump, hopping from place to place in search of job so I could pay my bills and maternity dues. I took care of Blueeyes to what he is today and suddenly this cheap ambulance chaser of a man that calls himself the father of my child shows up to portray the father figure he never was and would never be.” She beamed and fought back the urge to cry.

“Did you ever tell me about Blueeyes? Did you hint me I was expecting a child of your womb? Did you?” he shouted at the top of his voice.

And Blueeyes turned to behold his parents were still bickering. He scarcely could enjoy the sand play with other kids who were roaming around the shore and hasting after the wave that rolled harshly into the sea.

Ken’s gaze and that of Blueeyes switched and he noticed the war and distraction ongoing in the heart of Blueeyes which could serve as much distraction to his stay at the beach.

“Make sure you don’t join me while going home. You are on your own,” Ken warned Jacy conclusively and walked away to the bar.

Jacy stared at Ken in one thoughtful moment with her arms folded before she walked into the bamboo hut to undress into her bikini.

All her plan was already shuttered; she thought as she undressed and squeezed into the red, sling, bikini which was also part of her plan to charm and seduce Ken at the beach. She thought she could repeat history; some years ago in the glory of their young promising relationship, Ken had fallen out with her, and somehow they had met coincidentally at the beach. Everything had turned around in her favor once she changed into her rose flower bikini- Ken had met her later after most of the visitors had left and gave her a quickie from the backside under the coldness of the sea shore; a ravaging quickie that had stuck to her heart till date.

She was lost in the middle of her thought when a male voice grunted behind her and interrupted her peace.

“All my life I have never seen a lady as pretty as this in human form. May I know this human angel…”

The sweet magic unfolded…
