Roshni's P.O.V.

When I entered the house, I heard Tithy talking to Ammi, "Ma, Look at the time. Api is still not here. Do you think, she will come early today? She promised me but "

Interrupting her, I spoke up, "But you thought that I will break my promise, right?"

Hearing my voice, Tithy got startled at first. Then with a smile she said "Ma look, api is here. Didn’t I say that she will come early today!"

"Yeah yeah. I heard that for myself. Such a Drama Queen."Hearing me, Tithy pouted.

Ammi laughed out at that and said, "Now come. Take your lunch."

I nodded and Ammi went to set the table.Then I turned to Tithy again and asked her, "What about your leg?"

"I am fine api. A little bit of pain but you know, its nothing to me. I am used to it." She replied casually.

"Be careful on your way dear. And for your boss, he should." She didn’t let me complete and said, "Api please. Not again!"

I was about to say something but got interrupted and heard Ammi saying, "Roshni, go freshen up first and come to table."

"Api, go otherwise we will be late." saying this, she went towards Ammi.I also rushed to washroom while thinking about Tithy.

She never supports others that also going against me. But just in the mention of Ruhaan, she got onto it like really!

As if Ruhaan is just not her boss but he is like.. Like someone more than her boss. Like...I didn’t find any word that would fit in this.

Giving my thought a break, I got freshen up and said my prayer. Then I went for lunch.

Lunch was completed in a hurry as Tithy was being restless. After lunch, she said with excitement, "Lunch is completed. Now we should get ready, right?"

I replied sarcastically, "No dear, we should take rest for sometime. Then we will go."

She tried to convince me, "But api, it will take time for us to reach there."

"I know but we have enough time to take rest for a while. Right, Ammi?"

Ammi supported me and said, "Its just  half past 3 by afternoon now Tithy. Take rest. After Asar prayer we will go."

Hearing Ammi, I smilingly said, "Yeah, right." and Tithy glared to us and went towards our room while saying, "Yeah yeah. You both are always right and I am wrong."

Ammi and me looked at each other and laughed out.

After Asar prayer, we got ready and went out. Taking a cab, we hopped in and started our journey towards our destination. On the way I asked Tithy, "How come you think of going there suddenly?"

"I don't know api. I just feel like going there suddenly."

Hearing Tithy, I kept silent for a while but my mind went on like, "What are you doing, Roshni!"

Shaan's P.O.V.

Leaving me behind utterly confused, Vai went away. I kept looking at his receding figure until I couldn't see him any longer.

Then I looked ahead and kept thinking what is happening with me! Why is vai behaving like that!

I know that today I hurt vai a lot by talking about the wound directly. This man can never think a bad thing for me and I know this very well.

I never disobeyed him but if this time I listen to him then it will make me go away from him. Go away from my memories. Go away from Titly. It will create a wall between us and I just don’t want that wall. Why isn’t he understanding that?

I know he wants me to be happy. And I am happy as the way I am now. I won't change my decision. I won't..

I got interrupted when I felt someone sitting on the bench beside me. I turned to the person thinking vai is back but seeing the person, I got startled and said, "You!"

Without replying, she kept staring at me. Being angry, I yelled at her, "What are you doing here!"

She normally replied pointing to some people, "I am here with my family. "

Being irritated, I again asked, "What are you doing here? On this bench Right beside me?"

With a calm voice, she replied again, "Why can't I be here? Is the bench all yours?"

I got dumbstruck at that and said after a few moments, "Are you out of your mind? Please go from here."

She stood up and took few steps ahead only to turn to me again. She again got near and said with a sad expression, "Don’t hold onto something if you know it’s no longer there. It’s just stupid to hold on to something which doesn’t exist anymore. Sometimes a journey which was assumed to be bad at first turns out to be a good one. So get on the train. It won't remain standing for you."

I didn’t know what she meant but some words came out of my mouth automatically."This train is not necessarily be the right one for me."

She replied with a little bit of smile, "You know, sometime wrong train takes you to the right station." and went away but not before again giving me a sad smile on her way back...

Tithy's P.O.V.

When we reached the park, it was 15 minutes past 5 by afternoon. We selected a spot under a big tree and sat there.

I didn’t remember coming here before but I don't know why the place seemed quite familiar to me.

I looked around while trying to remember anything about the place but couldn’t. When I tried pressurizing on the brain, I felt terrible headache.

Api noticed that and asked me, "What happened sweetie?"

"Nothing api. Just give me the water bottle." I said covering up the pain and smiled a little.

Api gave me the water bottle and said to me whisperingly so that Ma couldn’t hear us, "Don’t try to hard. We are here with you, Tithy." and caressed my hair lovingly.

I smiled a little at her and drank some water.  Ma looked at us and I spoke up, "Api, let's go to that restaurant. I wanna eat something."

Ma said, "You two go. I will sit here for sometime. Its peaceful."

Api and me looked at each other. Then api said, "Okay, Ammi. You just wait a moment. We two will go and bring something to eat together while sitting here."

Ma smilingly nodded and we went towards the restaurant. On the way api asked me, "You okay?"

"I am okay api. Don’t you worry."

Entering the restaurant, api asked me, "What do you wanna eat?"

I thought for a moment and then said, "Pizza and cold drinks."

Api gave the order and I looked around like I was searching for someone but didn’t find that one.

Taking our food, we got out of the restaurant and went towards Ma.

I was about to sit but my eyes caught the sight of Ruhaan sir who was going  towards the exit. Reaching the exit, he turned back and kept staring with a sad expression and I was sure there were tears in his eyes.

To know who he was staring at, I followed his gaze and found someone sitting on a bench looking ahead. When I again turned to sir, he was not there.

I took few steps ahead and api asked me, "Where are you going, Tithy?"

Without answering her, I said "I will be right back." and went upto the man  only to find him no other than Shaan, Ruhaan Sir's brother sitting on the bench.

He was also looking sad just like Sir. "It must be about Titly" the thought came to my mind immediately and I didn’t know what happened to me but I went on blabbering what came to my mind.

After that I went back to Ma and Api but not before taking a last glance of him on my way back.

Roshni's P.O.V.

I saw Tithy talking to a man at the park but didn’t recognise him. When she was coming back to us, I could see the sad expression on her face. But reaching us, the expression changed. With a smile she sat beside Ammi and Ammi said her to eat indicating Pizza.

She nodded and started eating pizza but she was literally silent that bothered us. Sensing something wrong about her, Ammi gave me a look which was like, "What happened to her?"

I gave her an assuring look and put my hand on Tithy's shoulder and asked her, "Everything okay, sweetie?"

Smilingly she nodded and continued eating like she was out of words.I tried to cheer up her only to get failed. After a while she looked around like she was searching someone and when she met my eyes, she smiled a little and said, "Shall we leave now, api?"

I looked at the watch and it was almost 7 by evening. I nodded to her and looked at Ammi and said, "Ammi, we should leave now. It’s quite late."

Ammi looked around and said, "Let's go."

We walked towards the exit and took a cab for our way back. All the way Tithy was totally silent. When I asked her, she said, "I am tired Api."

Tithy the girl who never gets tired of blabbering, she was too tired to utter a single word!

It was becoming hard to digest for me and to make it worse, my mind went on like, "It's all because of you, Roshni."

I looked at Ammi who was leaning on her seat with closed eyes and Tithy who was looking outside.

I looked back at Ammi and some words kept buzzing in my mind, "Remember, you must keep her always happy. Stress is very harmful for her health. A little stress can take her life away."

Then again turned to Tithy and again some words came to my mind, "Don't let her pressurize her brain. It can lead her to terrible headache and eventually brain death."

I tried whatever I could but now I feel like I am still stuck there. Whatever I do, I just can't reach where I want to reach.

"What should I do now?"

I got interrupted when driver of the cab spoke up, "Maam, we reached your destination."

I looked around and found ourselves just outside our house. I called Ammi and Tithy. Getting down, I paid him and got inside our house.

I slowly walked inside behind them while thinking in mind looking at Tithy, "I reached my destination, sweetie. But where is yours? You said that you would drop me on your way back and then you would go your home. I wish I would have asked for your address that day. You said you would come other day to my house but I never thought I had to brought you here like that. I am trying but getting failed to send you back to your home. I am lost sweetie. I am just lost. Help me."

My thought broke getting bump into her slightly. She looked back to me and held my hand just like that day but said otherwise, "Where are you lost api? Watch your way otherwise you will get hurt and get me hurt me too." and at last moment pouted innocently.

I smiled at her and caressing her hair, I apologised, "I am sorry. I don’t want you to get hurt ever."

She looked surprised hearing me and said, "I know api. You can't hurt me. Never. I was just joking. So cool."

She smiled at me and went to our room. I kept standing there for a while thinking what to do now.
