"...so I met with Pamela today. The kids birthday is the day after tomorrow. And it will be their fifth birthday. I want it grand. And since this will be their first birthday with me, I want to unveil their faces to the world.

I am changing their last name from Johnson to Hayden. And it's all going to happen during their birthday. What do you think, dad?" He asked.

"Did you discuss this last part of your statement with Pamela?" Ellis asked. She's the kids mother and whatever decision Louis would take on the kids, must be agreed upon by them both.

"No, dad," Louis replied.

"Talk to her first. She needs to feel important on matters concerning the kids. If she agrees, then you have our full support, Leah and I. But if she refuses, you let it be" Ellis advised.

" Ok, dad. I will have a word with her and let you know the outcome" Louis declared and nodded. After hanging up, he decided to have a word with Pamela straight away.

He sent a text: Hi dear. Can we talk on a video call?". He sent and was waiting for her response. Five minutes later, he received the response.

He immediately called her. "Hello Louis," Pamela said sitting at the dinning. She was having dinner alone when Louis' message came in.

She quickly pushed the empty dishes aside and replied to his text. It wasn't quite thirty minutes that she returned from the hospital.

"How are you?" Louis replied. He was seated in his study and had his computer in front of him.

Pamela replied and said fine. She immediately knew he was in his study. They exchanged pleasantries before Louis went to the purpose why he called her.

"I called you because I wanted to make a decision about the kids and needed to seek your opinion" he paused and saw that Pamela nodded in the affirmative.

His dad was right. She felt alright by his words. He hadn't even said a word about what his decisions are, yet she felt satisfied already.

"I will be organising the birthday party for the kids and I want it grand. Also I would like to unveil their faces for the first and the last time to the public. After this, they are not going public again.

I want to acknowledge them as my kids and I might have to change their last name from yours. What do you think about it?" Louis concluded and waited for her response.

"I do have a problem with going public with them. You are a celebrity, Louis and here are people out there who might want to pull you down and destroy you.

If they know you have kids, they might turn their target on the kids, just to get to you. I don't want you to go public with them.

But then, you can have the party and Change their last name. Aunt Leah would like it," Pamela replied.

Louis nodded. "Okay, it will be as you want it. Thank you for the kids, Pamela" Louis said. He'd wanted to say the words to her for a long time now. But her stubbornness would not let him.

Pamela smiled and nodded. "I should be thanking you, Louis. You are the reason why I am a mother and no matter what happened in the past, your seed was the first to occupy my womb.

And to think of it that my children are looking so cute and charming could only have happened because their father has good genes just as his good looks" Pamela chimed, smiling.

She feels so happy to be talking to Louis. Lucas wàs right, she should find a way to get closer to him and make him know she loves him.

He probably might be having a crush on her as well. It's so amazing to be with him. She knows many women out there are having a crush on him and wish he could just talk to them or wave a hand at them.

But she has an edge over everyone else. She's the mother of his four kids. That's the best gift and possession of his life. But he said he loves a woman.

She heard it when he gave his speech and dedicated his new project. Who could that be? Who's that woman?

"Thank you" Louis chimed and soon said goodnight. As soon as the call got disconnected, he chimed I love you very much, Pamela.

If he had said those words to her, what would be her reaction? Wouldn't she yell at him and end the call on a bad note? Well, for the time being, he would bottle his love for her and keep having a cordial relationship with her.

He called his dad back and told him the outcome of his discussion with Pamela. Then they both agreed on going with her decision.

That night, something drastic happened to Rowland. He was beaten and wounded and then left with a thin life between life and death by the Mafia gangster who he lent money from.

Emma had waited and didn't see Rowland return. She was calling him but he wasn't answering his phone. It wasn't only Emma that was worried, Jessica, Albert's nanny was also worried.

After all, they are both his women. Late into the night, Emma receives a call that if she wants Rowland to be alive by dawn, she should bring their money and come over to save him.

And if she thinks she is not affected, they would abduct her son and finish him off along with his father. Emma was scared and came downstairs to find Jessica in her room, but she's no longer in her room.

Confused, Emma was scared beyond her comprehension. She can bear it if anything happens to Rowland but not Albert. What is she going to do now?

She got back into her room, collected her jeweleries and put them all in a bag. She was waiting for them to call her back when suddenly, she decided to check on Albert.

She got into his room and met the shock of her life; Albert was gone. Emma's feet wobbled. She went quickly to the restroom and found it empty.

What happened, where is Albert? She rushed downstairs and checked on Jessica, like before, her room was empty. She was more than scared when she went to the kitchen and saw that the back door was open.

She was alarmed. Albert was gone and it's Jessica who took him away. What the hell is going on, is Rowland really kidnapped or was he playing pranks on her?

Just then, her phone rang and she quickly answered ,"I have your son now. If you want to see your son and boyfriend, pay me the money that Rowland is owning me and I can think of sparing them both, otherwise, your son would be the first to be killed" the caller declared in a husky voice.

"No, no, please spare my son. I will give you what you want…"Emma pleaded. What will she do now? Albert is a sickly child and if exposed to cold, he might have a crisis.

Next, she received an address and she was to bring the money that night. And if she dares to call the police, or bring anyone along, then her son would be dead long before she arrived.
