Don't you dare touch me" ikenna words burned through his mother's skin.

He went straight to his father and greeted him.

He had also called  his siblings, to meet them and explain why he left the country suddenly.

"I'm sorry Dad, i didn't mean to disconnect from my family, but I just had to" Iyke told his dad.

" I'll explain everything when everyone is around"

" This is your third day home, you refused telling the reason for your sudden disappearance, you have been cold to your mom and twin brother, you even refused eating home" senator Daniels said with his cracking voice like he was going to cry.

Iyke was also teary but he masked his pain. He had bottled it for a long time.

"Dad, it's tomorrow. I'll make everything known tomorrow."

" Darling, we have somewhere to go tomorrow." Tunde told his wife.

"With the babies?" Mandy asked

"Yes, with the babies."

"I  don't understand any of you again, Sandra said she wants to tell me how we became blood sisters 'tommorow',

Ikenna, hasn't come check on me since I have birth." Mandy said in a scared tone.

"Everything  is going to be fine darling, don't worry yourself, he sure has his reasons" he assured his wife.

Amanda toss and turned in bed countless times, trying to find a comfortable position to sleep but to no avail.She finally gave up and moved to the nursery. Seeing her kids gives her Joy and unexplainable peace.

Her mind flashes back to when she was in their former house, all the dramas, Bimpe,her husband siblings, her mom and Dad.

What scared her most was, what she was to witness and hear the next morning.

"Why do I need to lose my precious sleep over such troubling thoughts sef?, Tomorrow will untangle itself"

She said to herself.

They look beautiful, the most beautiful creatures she had ever seen in life. Tiny nose,mouth, eyes even fingers, she chuckled.

“Her future and Joy” She was also a mother.

Before going back to sleep.

"Good morning everyone, please I'm sorry for the inconveniences, but you will still have to bear with me as the 'celebrants' are almost here." Ikenna said to his parents and siblings sitting in the living room.

Sandra came in with 2 babies, 1on her back and she held the second in her hands as she worked in.

"They are here." She said.

Tunde and his wife made their way to join the family, she only smiled as she walked in and her smiles were full of life.

They both carried their babies.

Like it was a ghost in town,  Chief Mrs and her brother's moved to the other side of the room.

"I knew my princess would come back to me" Senator said, as he went to hug her, like he had been expecting her.

" I left the country because she threatened to kill me" ikenna said pointing at his mother.

Tension filled the house, with stares of the Unknown.

Flashback

"Lydia! How dare you?, how dare you have sex with my husband?."

Chief Mrs said angrily.

" He forced me to, I would never betray you, I know how much you love me and my daughter" Lydia cried hard as she explained.

" I trusted you, i was warned but i didn't listen" she chuckled softly.

" You are fired!!" And Chief Mrs said walking away.

Ever since, senator Daniels forced himself on Lydia, it had been war for her in the house. She lost her husband 3months after she got married. It was after he died,she got to know she was pregnant. Nobody was willing to help. Her husband relatives blamed her for his death, she was an orphan and had no sibling.

Lydia had to seek for job and got one as a 'maid' in the Daniels mansion. She stayed at the maids quarters and that was where she even gave birth to Sandra. Sandra was only 3 years, when her mother was sent away from the mansion, all because her mother's master forcefully took advantage of her and got pregnant.

When Senator realized Lydia was pregnant, he got her an apartment, and took care of Sandra more. The love grew bigger than expected when the scan reported she was carrying a baby girl.

He showered love and attention to her and even started calling the unborn child 'Amanda' which was his mother's name.

Chief Mrs was never at rest all through that period, she felt Lydia was about taking her place.She didn't have any female child and Lydia the maid was about to give her husband one.

Many attempts to get rid of Lydia was in vain.

There was a time she sent some guys to burn the apartment she lived in but thank God it was the period she went for vacation with her daughter and unborn child.

After several attempts but to no avail. She went after the 8years old girl (Sandra).

Sandra was kidnapped numerous times in school but was found under the influence of senator Daniels.

When she saw that kidnapping Sandra might back fire, she stopped.

Even before she stopped, Lydia had already given Sandra to her close friend to take care of.

So, she lied to everyone that cared that "Sandra was dead".

Before labor, Lydia requested to see Sandra, told her about the dangers ahead and explained all that was going on,

(Who would blame the small girl, she only understood a little).

It was her second mum(her mother's friend) that made her understood as she grew, even till she had to play along with her sister (as friends).

Aside both of them, the only person who knew the secret was ikenna.
