I was sitting in my room when Abhi, Ayan, Daksh, Myra & Shruti were all just glaring at me.

"Daksh, you guys got married yesterday. Leave me & Shanaya aside and enjoy your first day as a married couple dude!" I said annoyed.

"We don't have a problem. We are not even moving an inch until we see you both making out." Myra said shrugging and I looked at her wide eyed.

"My mom & Dad, your mom & dad, Myra's mom & dad and all the relatives have left already so you have the chance to." Daksh said winking at me and then someone started ringing the doorbell furiously.

"I guess she is here. You can handle her alone right? Then we'll just say you are in your room and we won't come back for atleast an hour." Abhi said wiggling his brows and they left except for shruti.

"Aarav bhai, please don't mess this up." She said pleading me.

I just rolled my eyes at her.

"First of all you guyss messed it up. I was going to the airport to stop her. You said it would be good idea if she gets a shock. If she throws things at me & kills me then you are going to be responsible." I said glaring at her.

"Ohh please, you're plan was boring like you are." She said rolling her eyes and my door burst opened.

I looked at Shanaya panting standing near the door.

Her eyes were blood red as if she is been crying all this time.

Shruti quietly sneaked out.

She just stood there looking at me for 2 minutes and then came running to me with lightening speed and threw herself on me.

I happily encircled my arms around her and felt at peace with her over there.

My happy place..!

"I thought something happened to you." She said sobbing and just ran fingers through her hair.

"Jaan, I am fine. I swear. They were lying." I said kissing her forhead but she kept on sobbing in the crook of my neck.

"They what?" She said as she seperated herself from me.

"Wait a second! You're standing here fit& fine. There was no accident." She asked furiously.

And I just shook my head In a no putting my head down.

"You're so mean!" She said throwing the pillow towards me from the bed.

"Jaan it was not my— i started but she again cut me off.

"You asshole! You don't deserve me. You're right." She said picking up my phone and throwing it on me.

It hit my chest and I quickly caught it wincing.

"Owww..!"

"Jaan! Listen to me atleast. It wasn't my idea." I said trying to go near her but she threw another pillow on my face.

"I don't care. You lied about it. I was hell worried on my way back & all this was a joke to you?" She asked incredously trying to throw the charger towards me but I held her hand and throwing away the charger I brought her close to me.

"Why were you worried?" I asked to annoy her more.

"Don't ask these silly questions to me. Unlike you, I am not a coward. I've told you I love you and that is the reason I was worried." She said and I looked at her blushing.

So blunt!

"Now that I know, you're fine I can leave by the next flight." She said glaring at me and tried to go away.

I held her waist and pulled her more to me.

"I am not letting you go." I said and she looked at me rolling her eyes.

"Why should I wait? For you? You don't deserve me. You just lied about such a big— she started blabbering but I cut her off with my lips on hers.

And that was the best feeling.

At first she was shocked but then she pulled me more into her and deepened the kiss.

That's like my girl..!

We broke the kiss and I rested my forhead on hers.

"I am sorry for being this stubborn all the time. Sorry, for not understanding your feelings. Sorry for everything I've done wrong." I said with closed eyes and she opened her eyes immediately.

"I am sorry, For rushing you into things. I am sorry for not trying to think from your point of view." She said opening her eyes and we both looked at each other.

I pecked her lips & said

"I want to be with you. I am just a robot without you." I said chuckling and she just laughed.

" I know that you are a robot but why do you want to be with me?" She asked with furrowed brows.

"The moment I got to know you left for the airport was the moment I realised that You are it for me. My life is empty without you." I said.

"But that's not enough of a reason for me to wait. Adarsh has the same feelings for me probably. That is the reason he proposed a marriage alliance." She said shrugging.

"Woman! I love you & I'll be damned if I let you go. I'll be a fucking loser If I lose my treasure, which is you!" I said raising my voice while moving back.

"If I want to live for the rest of my life, I want it to be with you. You're all over my senses. You've made me crazy. I can't think of anything except you." I said frustrated.

"I have this weird feeling in my stomach when you are around me. My heart literally melts at all your smiles." I said and she just stood there smiling.

"What are you smiling about?" I asked her confused.

"Took you long enough to confess." She said shrugging.

"Today when I knew you left, I felt like someone just robbed my breath and that was the moment I realised that you are more important to me than any fucking no marriage rule of mine." I said and she kept on smiling.

" I just remembered those 6 months without you. They were HELL!" I said stressing on the last word.

"So, what do you want us to be now?" She asked.

I took a deep breath & said

"I want you to marry me. And before you jump to conclusions, i am not saying this because I am jealous of Adarsh or I am afraid you'll marry someone else. I am saying this because I know that I cannot live my whole life if I don't get to call you mine." I said releasing the breath.

"I know that I want to wake up every morning only if you wake me up with a morning kiss. I want to have a home with you. I don't belong to kapoor's but I want to have my own small family with you." I said and she was almost in tears.

"What if you're still in dilemma?" She asked.

"I am not! I am fucking sure it is you I want to hold on forever.It is only you I want to get annoyed by forever." I said and she hugged me tightly.

"My apartment was just a place to live without you. With you it was my home, the place where I would want to go running to after a long day." I said kissing her forhead.

"What if I say no?" She asked her head still pressed in my chest.

"Well! That's nearly impossible but then I'll just give you one of my best dimpled smiles and keep on proposing to you until & unless you agree." I said chuckling.

"What If I've started liking Adarsh now?" She asked and I rolled my eyes.

"Stop your drama. I know you're just equally dying to be with me." I said pulling her more to me.

"More than you!" She said smacking my chest and looked up to me.

"But you've troubled me a lot. So, I want to trouble you a bit." She said with a grin.

"Jaan! Don't do this to me. I really want you as my better half. I know if I fuck up at some point you're going kick my ass and put me straight." I said chuckling.

"So, I know you're last name is really nice. But, would you like to have mine?" I asked her with hope in my eyes.

And she jumped on me with her legs wrapped around my waist. I held her and she yelled a no in my ear.

"Why?" I still asked holding her by her waist.

"I want a proposal. A very nice one. You've made me wait a lot." She said shrugging and I grinned.

"You deserve the best. I know I am not up to the mark but I am going to improve for you." I said pecking her lips.

"No! I want you the way you are. All of you." She said kissing my cheek with a grin.

"You were really going to leave?"

I asked her as I sat on the bed with her on my lap and her hands around my neck.

"No. I did not catch the flight. I was hearing your voice notes and I just lost all my control." She said playing with my shirt.

"You won't runaway from the wedding, would you?" She asked with a serious expression and I just laughed at her.

"Where would I go, running away from you? You're my everything. I don't have another place to be except with you." I said kissing her forhead.

"I'll kill you if this is some prank." She said and I laughed.

"I really love you & want you be my wife.

I want to book you for all my life." I said and she pulled me for a deep kiss.

Damn!

How did I survive without her?
