I can't sleep, surely because of the bad position I took to sleep beside Taylor... No! Because of the sound been produce outside, I stand up and yawn a little, and get out. On my way, I see a nurse and get to her and ask her why everything is so agitated in the hospital hall. " Excuse me, what is happening?" I ask. " This night three cars had a road accident and we are busy with them right now. Ohh, wait! Did you come with a man having blond hair? " The nurse asks. " Yes! But what is the matter?" " I think he was one of the people who had a car accident and he was the only one drunk." I suddenly open my eyes widely, all the tiredness in my eyes blow out and I get shocked suddenly. " Where is he?" I say afraid. " Room 102!" She answers. I rush to room 102 and find on my way, his father Mr. Kevin Blaise. I held to him and ask him what happened. " He had a car accident, when I came all the doctor said was that he had a fracture on his right arm and some injuries not very important on his forehead. He will remain in a wheelchair for at least two days after getting out tomorrow or later." Mr. Blaise say. " So he will be better, that's important." " I have to sign some papers at the reception you can go and see him if you want. Then if I have time I will come tomorrow to see Taylor, Allan told me!" " Alright!" I watch Mr. Blaise going and put two hands behind my pockets and breath before going towards Allan's room. I get in front of his door and see him struggling to eat while making some strange facial expressions, surely because he feels little pain. I look at the floor and realize all this is my fault, and if I didn't betray him then he wouldn't be here. The nurse told me he was drunk, he surely drank a lot because of our quarrel. " Hey, Lea!" He says while trying to redress on the bed. I immediately come and help him to attenuate his pains. " Are you okay? Is it okay like that?" I ask fearfully. He looks at me and smiles. What? Does he think all this is funny? that is a joke? " Why are you smiling?" I ask. " I love the way you care about me!" He says taking my hand in his. " Allan am sorry for what happened to you, I know is all my fault!" I say ashame. " No Lea, that's not your fault." " I don't like when we quarrel." " Me too Lea!" " So let promise never to restart!" " No!" He said directly. I look at him surprised. " Why?" " Cause it would not be sufficient to promise that! " He says. " What do you mean?" I ask, full of intrigue. " First of all, am sorry for what I said to you...and secondly, for us to stop all this quarrel, let get married!" I look at him more surprised by his proposition, why is he obsessed with the idea of getting married. Has he taken into consideration if I was ready or not?" You and I know ourselves and I think getting married is just the final step for us. We don't need much time for that!" " I think Allan is right!" Mr. Blaise says while entering." You know each other for four years already and you don't need to be girlfriend and boyfriend. This is for those who do not know themselves, but for you two, is the contrary. If you love each other, then get married." He continues. I am blocked! I am blocked! Allan first wanted to block me in front of his mother and now in front of his father cause he perfectly know I can't deny something from them since they helped me so much. " I will be so happy if you were a member of my family Lea, you know I consider you as my daughter!" He says insisting. I could also accept the proposition. I mean, in a certain manner Allan is right. Since Derick came here, I can't act normally nor think normally. All my thoughts finish with Derick, always! I think forget about him will be better for me. " So what do you think Lea?" Allan asks me while trying to remove a ring from his shirt pocket. He has again this ring, everything seems to show me he has prepared everything. But I close my eyes on this detail and I think if I got firstly engage with him, I can get married to him. I started all this, and I have to finish. " Okay!" I will be yours!" I say decided. He smiles and put the ring around my finger. Mr. Blaise takes a picture of us. " I will show this to everyone, I am very excited about this and am sure people will be glad to know that the Lean couple is true now." He says before stepping out. I am trying to assimilate all this, but I can't. My head and heart tell me all this is shit! But my reason denies the fact and encourages me. I turn to Allan still staring at me with a smile. " Don't you kiss me?" He asks. I smile too and act as he said, kissing him on his forehead even if it isn't what he intended me to do. I excuse myself in front of him and get back to Taylor's room. Back there, Taylor is still deep in her sleep all I have to do is wait for the morning to get on. I sit on the chair in the room and take my phone to write a little about the next part of my novel to chase out all my thoughts, I mess up, right? But I can't turn back now. I hear waves of laughter in the room, I open bit by bit my eyes and scratch it a little before realizing it is Allan in his wheelchair and Taylor on her bed laughing loudly. I get up and get straight to them. I give a kiss on Taylor's jaw and wish everyone a good morning. " So how are you two this morning?" I ask while sitting beside Taylor. " Am fine now sweetheart, I just have to rest and if possible I need a special nurse tonight." He says with a smirk. " Ohh so you are capricious! Alright, I will assign the fat and rude nurse I saw last night to one patient room. When you don't take your medicine, she injects you by force. I think it is better right?" I say while laughing. Taylor laughs too in front of the funny face of Allan. And we all laugh. I needed this type of moment to come back after all that happened within two days. A nurse enters the room and informs Allan has to pass some exams. He greets us and goes accompanied by his nurse. " Am happy you are laughing!" I say relieved. " Lea...Allan told me what happened to you when I was not there. You know, the prison! Am so sorry about that, I wouldn't have taken your car that night." She says sadly. " Don't worry, the important is that you are well now. And...Derick and Marco acted like heroes. " I say with a smirk. " That is great, does it mean you have forgiven him?" Taylor asks. "( Sighs) no Taylor, I can't! Allan already knows what I did and we quarreled." " He told me!" " Oh! So you also know about the engagement?" I say. " Yes of course! How do you manage that?" " I don't know what to say. One part of me thinks is better and another thinks is a mess." " Think about it again Lea! Getting engage is good but you have to be with the right person." She says. " You are right. But tell me do you remember something?" " A little bit I think is better cause am not traumatized. I also remember is Derrick and Marco who rescued me." Taylor says. " By chance!" I say while breathing. " Lea, your joy is mine and I don't what you to cry!" "Thank you my friend." I say while holding her hand friendly with a smirk, then I stand up." Let me go back home now, I smell so badly since I came out from prison I didn't take a bath." "(Chuckles) that's not your fault." " Am coming back later," I say before going. Right outside I take a taxi to my building. I arrived and get to my apartment and without wasting time I get to the shower and get a sweet and good shower. I finish and enroll a small towel around me. I dry my hair when I hear someone ringing at the door. It must be Elizabeth, she sends me a message saying she will come and see Taylor today. She is very kind, no matter the fact she has to rest after the success of the movie, she still cares about Taylor. Well! I think they are very close. I get to the door with the towel still around me and open the door before realizing it is not Elizabeth but Derick! " Oh shit, am half-naked!" I say blushing and turning my back infront of him shyly. " Are you serious? I saw you countless times naked." He says. I realize he is right and how am ridiculous hiding myself. I turn to him. " What are you doing here?" I ask him. He enters without permission under my surprised stares. " Yes of course you can come in, make yourself at home!" I say sarcastically before closing the door and get to the parlor. " What is this?" He says angry and showing me a post Mr Blaise had put on our website. I could read<> I was shocked about the speed he made to announce it and once more without considering me. " You can't get married to him!" Derick says.
