Chapter 636: Chapter 636

Inside a private villa in Aethelgard.

Ronan Keating stared at the information he had uncovered, lost in thought. The most significant were the three words, Moira Ray, which left him extremely shocked.

His hand clutching the paper was trembling.

Moira Ray’s age... her name...

Suddenly, he understood why Yvette Ray suddenly contacted him and got involved with him after years of no contact.

Could Moira Ray be his child?

At this thought, Ronan Keating could no longer hold back and stood up to walk outside.

After he left, Claire Truman came in.

As Ronan Keating’s fiancée, she had fingerprint access to the villa and easily came in.

"Ronan, are you there?"

Claire Truman called twice without a response. She walked in, looked around, but didn’t see Ronan Keating.

Suddenly, her attention was caught by some scattered sheets of paper.

When she saw Moira Ray’s information on them, her pupils constricted sharply.

Could this be Yvette Ray’s child?

Whose child is this with Yvette Ray?

There was hardly a second answer; Ronan Keating’s name popped into Claire Truman’s mind.

Claire Truman was shaking all over, unsure if it was from anger or excitement, as she gritted her teeth.

Moments later, Claire Truman placed the documents back where they were and left the villa.

Ronan Keating drove straight to the villa Yvette Ray had returned to that day.

In the villa garden, three people were there.

Yvette Ray stood on a ladder, reaching to pick the bright red fruit from the tree, while Ethan Finch and Moira Ray were holding the ladder for her below.

As she placed them in the basket, she said, "Alas, we’re going to pick all the fruit from President Faulkner’s garden."

Ethan Finch chuckled, speaking softly, "At worst, we’ll pay him some money."

Yvette Ray shook her head, feeling that since Moira Ray wanted to eat, she would try her best to satisfy her.

"Mommy, that one up there."

Moira Ray pointed excitedly to the reddest fruit at the top, shouting with excitement.

Yvette Ray looked up and reached out to pick it, but it was a bit far. She had to stand tiptoe and reach out as far as she could.

Suddenly, Yvette Ray lost her balance and fell downward sharply.

Yvette Ray didn’t hit the ground; Ethan Finch caught her.

"That scared me to death." Yvette Ray’s face was pale, and she caught her breath.

"I’ll wash the fruit, you guys wait here."

After Yvette Ray went inside, Moira Ray climbed into Ethan Finch’s arms, "Uncle Ethan, I want to sleep."

Knowing Moira Ray wasn’t well and easily tired, Ethan Finch immediately patted her back, "Okay, Uncle Ethan will hold you. You can sleep."

Moira Ray closed her eyes and quickly fell asleep.

When Yvette Ray finished washing the fruit and came out, she found Moira Ray had fallen asleep. She shook her head with amusement, "Just now asking me to pick fruit, now she’s asleep."

Ethan Finch smirked, "Come and sit down."

Yvette Ray walked over and sat down beside them, handing a washed fruit to Ethan Finch.

With Moira Ray in his arms and his hands occupied, Ethan Finch bent over slightly to take a bite.

Yvette Ray smiled gently, carefully feeding him.

Ronan Keating watched the whole time, the natural and warm interaction between them making them seem perfectly matched, even as if there was no way to come between them.

His eyes were filled with icy emotion, and his face was dark and terrifying to the extreme.

After sitting for a while, Yvette Ray stood up and said to Ethan Finch, "I’m going to the supermarket to buy some things. Wait for me at home."

She grabbed her keys and left. Seeing Yvette Ray go out, Ronan Keating silently followed her.
