Chapter 75 Nobody Said So

Upon seeing Hedy Julian's indifferent reaction, Moore Johnson immediately told her, "Hedy, Martin James is cheating on you! Even though he has a beautiful woman like you, he dares to pedal with two boats. He used your money to rent a sports car in order to pick up other girls. You must find him to settle accounts quickly!"

Moore knew that Hedy had a bad temper and he could already imagine that Hedy would be furious at what he had just said. He believed that Hedy would not just break up with Martin, but she would even retaliate against Martin.

With this thought in his mind, Moore was very excited.

But unexpectedly, Hedy glanced at Moore then said lightly, "Well, he has his own reasons for looking for it. As long as he wants to, then I do not care about how many women he finds. Why should I go to him to settle the account? You are crazy."

The moment that Moore heard what Hedy said, he was immediately stupefied.

He asked in disbelief, "Hedy, what did you just say? You do not care about it? Are you sure you are not sick or something?"

And Moore glared at Hedy incredulously.

Moore knew that Hedy had a bad temper. And with Hedy's character, she couldn't tolerate her boyfriend's cheating.

Then Hedy indifferently told him, "What you had wanted to ask, I have answered already. Now, can you go away already?"

But Moore insisted, gritted his teeth, and said viciously, "Hedy, I know you cannot just bear being cheated upon! I think I have convinced you with what I have just told you about Martin just now."

After speaking, Moore immediately strode out angrily.

Hedy just shook her head. She knew that Martin and she were just pretending to be in a romantic relationship. Therefore, she has no right to care about Martin's whereabouts with other women.

And with that, Hedy picked up her mobile phone which had Martin's video on it.

Then she shook her head and said to herself, "I didn't expect this kid to chase such a beautiful girl."

But as she saw the video, Hedy didn't know why she found a trace of loss in her heart. It felt as if her own things were being taken away by others.

As for Martin driving a Lamborghini, even Hedy was also very puzzled about it.

She knew that Martin's family was poor. That was why she also knew that Martin couldn't just simply drive a Lamborghini that was more expensive than her Ferrari.

And the moment she heard Moore say that Martin just rented the Lamborghini, she realized that it was the most probable reason why Martin suddenly had a Lamborghini at the school.

Moore originally thought that Hedy would definitely get angry when she saw Martin's video.

And with the video, Moore thought that he could successfully cause Hedy and Martin's break up. He even hoped that Hedy would retaliate against Martin.

But the result was quite different from what he imagined.

The attendant next to him uttered, "Moore, I really don't know what kind of ecstasy this kid has poured over Hedy's head. I couldn't understand how he could just let Hedy accept that he has other women around him. Does he intend to have four concubines along with Hedy at the same time?"

Moore had nothing but pure jealousy and hatred in his heart towards Martin.

He also couldn't understand how a poor boy like Martin could have for himself the school's most beautiful girl and made her willing to accept that he has other women, while Moore himself couldn't achieve that feat.

He just couldn't understand how that was possible for someone like Martin.

Moore's heart was extremely unbalanced, and he was not reconciled yet to this matter. It was clear that his family was ten million times better than Martin.

Meanwhile, on the other side at the Gold square...

The Gold Plaza was currently the most prosperous square in C City.

Martin parked his Lamborghini in the underground parking lot.

Inside the car, he and Janet were having a conversation.

Janet Brown looked a little surprised at where they were and asked him, "Martin, didn't you just promised to show me the truth? Why are we here in Gold Square?"

Martin just smiled and told her, "Of course, I brought you here to Gold Plaza to shop. This is also part of my promise of telling you to the truth."

Janet said seriously, "But, the prices here at Gold Plaza were extremely high! Even if we want to shop, let's just go somewhere else."

But Martin still replied with a smile on his face, "Janet, I just drove a car that nearly costs 10 million, do you really think I could not afford to shop here at Gold Plaza?"

Then Martin took out a box and handed it to Janet.

Janet took the box from him curiously and asked him, "What is this?"

The bracelets definitely looked expensive. It was a pair of glass jade bracelets that Martin bought for 1.5 million dollars at an auction this morning.

Janet looked at the bracelets intently and blurted out, "What kind of bracelet is this? Isn't it expensive?"

Janet's family was poor. Of course, she had never seen or had jadeite. And of course, she did not know jadeite. Moreover, she would never know that this pair of jadeite bracelets was worth more than one million dollars!

Martin smiled at her and replied, "This is just cheap, don't you dislike it?"

Janet replied to him, "Why would I dislike it? As long as it was from you, even if it only costs a penny, I will not dislike it."

Martin opened the door and told her, "Okay, let's get off."

After getting off the car, Martin helped Janet out, and together, they took the elevator directly to the third floor.

The entire third floor was selling clothes.

Naturally, the cost of clothing here was not cheap. The lowest price was one thousand dollars and the highest was tens of thousands of dollars.

Martin wanted to help Janet buy a new dress. So, they went directly to the women's clothing area.

But because Martin didn't understand or didn't have extensive knowledge about clothing brands, he just picked a larger and luxuriously decorated women's clothing store and walked in with Janet.

"Wow! These clothes are so beautiful."

As Janet entered the shop, she saw the dazzling array of clothes, and her eyes lit up.

After looking through a few items and seeing the price tags, Janet immediately returned to where Martin was.

Janet said seriously, "Martin, let's go. I don't like it all here."

But Martin told her with a smile on his face,  "How come? I think the ones here are pretty good. It is because you think the price is expensive, right? Well, it doesn't matter. We came here to go shopping today, so don't look at the price!"

The truth was, Martin saw that Janet had just checked the price of the clothes and he saw that her facial expression changed before she came back to him and said that she didn't like the clothes here.

Based on her actions, Martin knew that Janet was frightened by the price here.

But Martin just glanced nonchalantly at the price tag. The two clothes that Martin saw were worth 8,888 dollars and 16,888 dollars.

In fact, if Martin had gone shopping at this place before, such a price would definitely be unbelievable for him and buying these kinds of expensive clothes would be unthinkable.

But for Martin today, this cost of money was just a drop in the bucket.

Martin yelled inside the clothing store.
