Chapter 35 Crisis
So when, Martin James heard the news, he was very angry. Behind these more than ten lives, they might have left more than a dozen families.
"Horace Edie, the boss of Mars Group, doesn't know how many lives have been on his hands over the years. He can have his present status. Even if he walked up on a corpse, he wouldn't care about the lives of those workers at all." Michael Bess said.
"Such an asshole should be torn to pieces!" Martin James said viciously.
Just then, Michael Bess's secretary rushed in again.
"Mr. James, Mr. Bess, Gold Group headquarters called and they said they had received a large number of complaints from our California City branch because of the Aerial garden building." The secretary reported.
"Damn it! Damn it! This wave after wave is obviously premeditated by the Mars Group. They must have planning all of this for a very long time!" Michael Bess slammed his fist on the table.

"The real estate project at Aerial garden is the most important real estate of our company this year, and our investment is very large."
"Now that the first phase of the project is coming to an end, and the houses are about to be delivered, it is related to the performance of our company for the whole year. If the house is really returned, not only a lot of painstaking efforts will be wasted, but also the loss will be unimaginable!"
"If the house is really returned, how much will we lose?" Martin James asked.

In the white main building in the center of the manor, Mr. Gracie was sitting on the sofa.

"In this way, take the initiative to inform all customers who bought Aerial garden real estate, that all houses have 20% discount. No! 30% discount! Customers would pay more money and the company will return back to normal within a month!"
Martin James's idea was very simple. That was to reduce the price to the point where it was attractive enough for the customers to buy
A 30% discount was definitely a very attractive number!
If they buy a 1 million house, they can save 300,000 dollars after a 30% discount!
The strength of this discount was definitely very big!
"30% discount?!"
Michael Bess and two other managers were shocked when they heard the 30 percent discount.
Since the establishment of Gold Group for so many years, there had never been a 30% discount!
Gold Group had a very good reputation, and the properties developed could sell well even without any discount.
Especially in recent years, there had been a surge in demand for commercial housing, and there was no trouble about selling at all. If anyone wanted to buy a house developed by Gold Group, they have to rely on robbery!
So, if the Aerial garden house was really discounted by 30%, it would definitely set the record for the lowest discount given by the Gold Group!
"If there is a 30% discount on the first phase, the Aerial garden project will be completely for nothing. It would only have a profit of tens of millions at the most!" Michael Bess said.
"In the current situation, not losing money is the best result. If all the customers backed out, we would not just lose a profit of tens of millions, but a loss of 1.5 billion!" Martin James said.
The account manager on one side also said:
