The chirping of birds and chiming of bells and a knocking sound of the room service brought Audrey out of a wonderful dream.

" Yes, come in," she said sitting up.

" Miss, breakfast is served. Sir Lucas is waiting for you" the room service announced as reality dawned on her.

They were still on vacation and Jenny pull a string last night. She quickly went for a shower to see the snake again.

She trailed to the corridor but saw no snake. Did the janitors dispose of it? She decided to answer Lucas's call trailing to the restaurant which was outside the house.

Jenny stopped her smiling

" Still angry about last night I see"

" Get out of the way" she warned as she could see Lucas from the distance

" Didn't we have a deal? That's what I'm playing. Moaning in his arms while I'm around? That's not happening" she exclaimed as Audrey face darkened from the realization

" You did it on purpose? What's that supposed to mean? It's not my first intimacy with him neither my second or third or fourth. What? Are you surprised? She said smiling widely

Jenny was about to slap her but Audrey held her hand giving her a resounding slap which the rest people saw. Jenny retaliated dragging her hair. They both rolled down the stairs as Audrey flipped her punching her as she was bleeding.

The boys ran their way surprised to see them fighting. Jenny was weak from the series of punches that Lucas had to drag Audrey from her body.

" What's the matter with you? What did I say the other day about fighting? He yelled angrily

" She started it. " She said panting

" So? A slap was enough. What's the need for a physical fist? When will you stop acting like a shrew" he snapped

" I'm acting like a shrew? What about an aristocrat daughter fighting me over a man? Or an aristocrat daughter scheming to separate us? You didn't notice all that? Fuck you Luke" she said storming inside

Luke felt like strangling her but controlled his anger.

" Guys, is she going to be okay? He asked

" I think so she didn't use all her strength like when we fought," said Genevieve wiping her face.

" I'll call a medic," said Will reaching for his phone. The rest girls were scared of Audrey. Is she obsessed with Luke or what they wondered?

Vanessa slowly went to talk to Audrey and was surprised she was arranging her clothes.

" Audrey, what are you doing?

" What does it look like I'm doing? I'm going to my house since he thinks I'm a shrew. I should turn a blind eye to her ridicule? Because she's wealthy she thought she could trample on me. How much does she have? She snapped

" She deserved it but Lucas doesn't. Audrey, that man loves you. Jenny is in a bad state. The medics are on their way to attend to her. Stop violence. " She advised putting a hand on her shoulder

" Vanessa, she pounced on me first. No one bullies me. That lady hasn't been born yet. " She exclaimed

" It's a good thing to fight for your right but Audrey the man you're fighting for doesn't look her way. He's all over you. Shouldn't that encourage you? She queried

" No. Luke use to have a crush on her when they were little. Maybe that feeling is still there somewhere and she's trying to awaken it" she muttered

" And you believed her? He's down to earth in love with you. Don't ruin it because of her" she said as Audrey stopped packing

" I don't know what Luke did to me. I can't Love him this much. It's not appropriate" she whispered

" There's nothing wrong with the way you love and adore him. " She tried to make her see reasons but Audrey wasn't convinced. She fears she inherited her mother's gene of loving a man with all her heart which led to her predicament when her father died.

" Fine. I'll try and act like a lady henceforth. She's gonna be okay right? Though I don't care about her" she said making Vanessa chuckle

" How about you? Is Bobby treating you well?

" Yes. He's a gentleman. I think I'm falling in love with him Audrey. " She said shyly

" Go for it. You deserve it" she said hugging her

" Sure. I want to meet the girls Audrey" she insisted

" Okay. I'll take you to them by Sunday. "

" Ok. Aren't you hungry? I'll bring some food" said Vanessa leaving to get the food.

Audrey left the room and went to the bar to think. Her love for him was driving her crazy. He doesn't even trust her to reveal his allergy to her. She feels like she's giving too much to him. Does he see her as a shrew? An unpleasant woman? She asked for a cup of vodka and cigarettes.

Jenny was taken to the hospital for treatment while the guys returned home after she was deemed fit to follow them.

Lucas went to his room and noticed Audrey wasn't in. He checked the whole suite but couldn't find her then called her.

She saw his call and ignored it asking for another cup of vodka and lit another cigarette. Doesn't he want her to behave like a lady? that's what she's doing.

" What's a beautiful lady doing all alone? Asked a young boy probably underaged but grew fast

" I don't see what that has got to do with you. " She said sarcastically puffing out smokes of cigarettes

" How I'll love to be that cigarette between your plump succulent lips," he said coquettishly walking closer to her staring at her lips

" I won't do that if I were you" she warned dropping the cigarettes.

" Pay for the drinks maybe I'll let you go" she stated as he paid the bartender. Audrey stood up from the chair, pushed him out of the way, and left. the young boy staggered and fell on the floor aggrieved.

The first thing she did was brush her teeth when she entered the suite. She took her shoes off and went straight to bed without a care in the world.

Lucas entered minutes later and saw her sleeping. He heaved a sigh of relief. He thought she left already. He wondered if she has eaten but said nothing.

The next day, they went for a beach party. Every guy with his lady. Luke and Audrey haven't reconciled yet. So Audrey sat under a shade drinking a milkshake while lying on the chair on the beach. She didn't bring bikinis so she wore a mini off-shoulder dress with her legs crossed while everyone was dancing and doing dirty things with their girlfriends.

Vanessa dragged Bobby to the dancefloor as he moves shyly along with her. She laughed at the way he was swaying his body and held him instead. he puts his hands around her waist.

" I think you're used to this kind of dance" she stated as he giggles staring at her in admiration

" I love you, Vanessa. Will you be my woman? He asked as she kissed him

" Yes, Bob. " She said resuming another round of kiss then pulled him out of the party.

Lucas was inside his room when he heard noises then moaning followed. He closed his PC and left the house perhaps the party will be better.

Audrey used sunglasses thinking of sleeping when someone tapped her.

" Mind if I join you? He said sitting by her side

" I don't need company. " She said sternly

" It won't take long. Have you ever thought of being a model? If yes give me a call. We're looking for people like you." He said handing her his card. She looked at it than him then at the card again when a punch landed on the guy's face. He couldn't feel his face for seconds.

" Luke, it's not what you think. He's not hitting on me" she explained as he wanted to punch him again. His friends intervened joining the fight instead of helping the poor guy.

" He invited me for modeling" she announced as they stopped hitting him. He was drenched in blood.

His friends knew how strong Lucas was and they didn't want to stop him anyway. He stopped when they assisted that does it.

Lucas collected the card and tore it

" Get the hell out of here. She's not interested in modeling" he yelled. The guards pulled him out of the place.

" See. Some people think I'm a shrew. " She whispered. The boys went back to the party leaving Lucas and Audrey to themselves.

" Why were you listening to him?

" Cos I was bored and alone besides he did all the talking" she stated returning to her shade. He grabbed her

" What's wrong with you Audrey? Why are you reckless? He asked noticing her nonchalant altitude

" I'm acting like a lady. Don't you like it? She said coquettishly as his grip loosened. She freed her hands from his grip and walked back to her shade.

Is that how to be a lady? He wondered.

Jenny joined the party dancing and swaying to the music while she winked at Lucas. Audrey ignored her drinking her milkshake.

Jenny was glad the rift she created was still widening after a whole day has passed. She grabbed the opportunity and went to him beckoning him to dance.

" Get out of my sight Jenny before I make you" he snapped

" It's just a dance.no harm done. Audrey doesn't seem to mind" she said as Luke pushed her away infuriated that Audrey is giving him a breathing space. Does it have to do with what he said yesterday or the interrupted sex he wondered? He picked a glass of wine and drank.
